        학교 외부공간의 자연적 감시 취약지역 분석기법에 관한 연구

        The number of school crime has grown continuously for last ten years and its intensity also has reached to serious condition. The concept of CPTED(Crime Prevention through Environmental Design) needs to be focused for improving school environment regarding this context. The exterior space of school environment is variously exposed to school crimes committed by colleague students and also intruders. From the perspective of school CPTED, Natural surveillance as one of the practical strategies requires the micro-scale analysis which clarifies local visibility at each different school exterior space. Thus, the purpose of this research is to develop the analysis method clarifying visibility condition at exterior space of school environment, which supports finding the condition of natural surveillance. The programmed analysis algorithm generated quantitative results clarifying Degree for static visibility and Clustering Coefficient for user tracking visibility. The result of this study produced the analysis method feasible to clarify weak natural surveillance conditions at school exterior spaces. Also, it is expected that the developed analysis method will be used to improve the layout of school exterior space from the perspective of CPTED.

        공간 이용자의 이동빈도를 이용한 행위자 기반 공간 네트워크 분석모델 연구

        본 연구는 이용자의 이동빈도를 고려하여 행위자 기반 공간 네트워크 분석모델을 제안하기 위해 수행되었다. 현재까지 공간 구문론이나 가시성 그래프 분석 이론에 기반을 둔 공간분석 모델은 개별 공간 간의 균질적인 상호 가시성을 기술하는 이원적 링크를 고려하는 한계를 보여 왔다. 행위자 기반 모델을 사용하는 선행 분석모델의 연구들은 공간 네트워크의 개념을 고려하지 않는 또 다른 한계를 가져 결과적으로 이들이 부적합한 행위자의 이동을 허용하였고, 물리적 공간에서 이용자의 이동을 수용하지 않는 결과의 생산을 야기하였다. 본 연구에서 제시된 공간 네트워크의 분석을 위한 행위자 기반 모델은 공간 네트워크와 행위자 기반 모델을 그 구현함에 있어 개념 및 분석방법에서 병합하였다. 이 연구는 요소 공간들 간의 구성적 관계를 재현하는 공간 네크워크 모델과 그 모델 상에서 구현된 이용자의 행위자 기반 모델을 사용하였다. 결과적으로 이들 두 모델의 병합은 제안된 분석모델이 건축공간에서 이용자의 이동에 대한 시공간적 특성을 고려하게 하였다. 제시된 모델이 공간에서 다중 사용자의 이동을 고려하는 분석적 연구에 이용되기를 기대한다. This study aimed to suggest an agent-based model for spatial network analysis considering user"s movement frequency. The existing space analysis models based on Space Syntax theory and Visibility Graph Analysis theory have shown limits which considered binal links representing homogeneous inter-visibility between individual spaces. The precedent studies using agent-based models had also another limit neglecting the concept of spatial network so that they allowed inappropriate movements of agents and caused the production of analysis results not affording user"s movements in physical spaces. The proposed agent-based model for spatial network analysis combined the spatial network and agent-based model in concept and analysis method for its implementation. This study used a spatial network model representing configurational conditions between component spaces and an agent-based user model implemented on the spatial network model. As a result, the combination of these two models make the proposed analysis model consider spatio-temporal property of user"s movement in architectural space. The suggest analysis model is expected to be used for the analytic studies considering multiple users" movements in spaces.

        스타디움 관람자의 관람특성을 반영한 가시성 분석기법에 관한 연구

        The purpose of this study was to suggest an analysis method clarifying viewing characteristics with quantitative consideration of users’ visual perception measured on stadium spectators’ seats and its applicability to physical facility conditions. Sightline analysis method precedently used for the design of stadium seating tiers has not provided methodological capabilities feasible to consider spectator’s visual perception and evaluate the difference of viewing characteristics at each viewing location. It has simply allowed local sightline studies focused on specific building sections. The analysis method suggested in this study to improve the limitations presents the following: First, the new analysis method can quantitatively distinguish the difference of viewing characteristics at each testing node. Second, it extends the analysis capability three-dimensionally, and considers locations of spectators and forms of facility components as analysis conditions. Third, the new method considers spectator’s visual cognitive features as quantitative variables including visual distance, visual angle and minimum visible height. Forth, the analysis result can be provided as a format of contour map presenting overall visibility examined on whole stadium seating tiers. Finally, the suggested method has shown the applicability to the analysis on stadium spectator’s viewing characteristics with performing a model analysis on a stadium facility.

        집합형 소규모 학교의 단위학교 평면구성 특성에 관한 연구

        This study clarifies the theoretical background and the floor plan characteristics of component schools in Small Schools Complexes. The recent researches have proved the enhancement of students' social relationship and school security in the new school environment. The findings fur the characteristics by analyzing the component schools from six school complexes follow: (1) Students can access their classrooms in component schools through main entrances, shared corridors and private corridors. (2) Teachers' area is segregated from students' area, which does not encourage the social relationship between teachers and students. (3) Some of special classrooms, which are generally considered as shared facilities in a Small Schools Complex, are planned within component schools for accommodating specialized educational programs. (4) A component school occupying multiple floors reduces Intelligibility of space and chances of users' visual contact to colleagues. Finally, this study proposed the alternative floor planning directions in order to improve users' social relationship in a component school.

        거주자의 조망향상을 위한 아파트 주거동 배치 기법 연구

        본 연구의 목적은 거주자의 조망을 향상하기 위해 아파트 설계 프로젝트에서 주거동의 배치 기법을 제안하는 것이다. 한국에서 개별 아파트 주호로부터 천공으로의 조망을 포함한 외부로의 조망은 주거의 질과 경제적 가치로 인해 중요시되어왔다. 아파트 설계에서 조망의 가치를 향상하기 위해 건축가들은 일반적으로 그들의 전문적 경험을 토대로 반복적인 건축물의 배치작업을 수행해 왔다. 이러한 설계과정을 더욱 효율화하는 설계 기법이 요구되고 이는 결과적으로 디자이너들이 더욱 창조적인 문제에 집중할 수 있게 한다. 본 연구는 일반적으로 수용되는 설계과정 상의 정량적 데이터를 이용하였고 디지털 알고리즘과 진화적 탐색으로 아파트 주거동의 배치 기법을 구현하였다. 제안된 디지털 디자인 기법을 이용하여 아파트 주호의 조망과 그 설계 과정의 효율성을 향상하기를 기대한다. The purpose of this study is to propose a layout method of residence building blocks in apartment design projects especially focusing on the enhancement of resident"s views. Outward view from each apartment residence unit has been emphasized in Korea due to residence quality and its economical value even including view toward open air. To enhance the outward view in apartment design, architects usually revise their building block layout works in repetitive ways based on their professional experience. A design method making the layout process more effective is required so that it can allow designers to focus on more creative issues. This study utilized quantitative data derived from commonly accepted design process and implemented a layout method on apartment residence buildings with a series of digital algorithms and evolutionary exploration processes. It is expected to improve the views at apartment units and the effectiveness in the design processes by using the suggested digital design method.

        다중 행위자 기반 학교주변 가로의 범죄위험 지점 탐색모델 개발에 관한 연구

        The purpose of this study was to develop a multi-agent-based model searching crime risk spots in school zone streets. The specific location data with crime risk have been were hardly, as meso-scale or local space, identified within school zone streets. The review of precedent studies on school zone crimes, situational crime theories and agent-based modeling and simulation approaches related to crime situations suggested directions of the development. Overall process included four parts; data input, modeling, simulation and result recording. Two networks representing walkways and vehicular roads considering agents’ travel methods and the use types of facilities configured a combined spatial network model. GIS system linked to the model enabled it to derive data for spatial networks and the facility use types. Students, attackers, school staffs, police officers driving patrol cars, police stations and pedestrians were implemented as behavioral agents composing crime situations. Finally, a spatio-temporal simulation of the proposed model searching crime risk spots in school zone streets was able to specify the spots with potential crime situations. This study also applied the implemented model and the simulation procedure to an existing school zone conditions and found crime risk spots frequently identified from a field survey on the area.
