뇌졸중 병변에 따른 brain network 특성 비교

Stroke is the second cause of death, and many researchers study for therapy and rehabilitation for that. However, existing studies just found brain activation patterns for each stroke lesion without comparing brain patterns between stroke lesions. Besides they only analyzed brain activation without considering brain communication. In this study, we wanted to find characteristics for brain network per stroke lesions. Considering these problems, we found next results. First, the high beta band(21~30Hz) is easy to analyze brain network pattern during motor task. Second, stroke patients have increased centrality patterns on bilateral primary motor cortices during motor execution regardless of lesion by compensation effect. Third, supplementary motor area show significant characteristics depending on lesion. These results showed possibility that brain network have available to analyze characteristics according to stroke lesion.
