        치과기공사의 직무만족도와 삶의 질의 관련성

        Purpose: This study was carried out in order to examine the relationship of job satisfaction and quality of life on the dental technicians and to analyze its influence. Methods: A self-reported questionnaire survey was carried out by having convenience sampling as 220 dental technicians who work in Seoul Metropolis, Gyeonggi-do Province, Daejeon and Chungnam Province from March 12, 2012 to April 13. A research tool was used questionnaire that was proved reliability and validity. It was prepared with totally 50 questions such as 12 items for subjects' general characteristics, 18 items for job satisfaction measurement, and 20 items for life quality measurement. An analysis of the collected data was computationally processed by using SPSS Win 17.0 program. An analytical technique was made by using statistical techniques such as frequency & percentage, T-test or One-way ANOVA analysis. The following are the analytical results of the collected materials. Results: As a result of analyzing research subjects' job satisfaction level, there was significant difference(P<0.05) in items of religion, hobby life, working environment, and rest time out of daily work. The whole mean in job satisfaction was indicated to be relatively high with 3.13. However, job satisfaction with social recognition, salary, and safety was indicated lowly. As a result of analyzing research subjects' life quality level, there was significant difference(P<0.05) in items of religion, hobby life, working environment, and rest time out of daily work. The whole mean in quality of life was indicated to be relatively high with 3.10. However, the satisfaction was indicated lowly in the whole life quality and the life environment sphere. As a result of analyzing correlation between job satisfaction and life quality, all variables were indicated to be positive correlation in high significance level, thereby having been indicated that the higher job satisfaction leads to the higher life quality. Conclusion: As a result of research, the dental technicians' job satisfaction was indicated to have high correlation with quality of life. An effort is judged to be necessary for establishing fair compensation system, improving welfare policy and enhancing social recognition and position in order to promote dental technicians' quality of life.

        치과기공소의 작업환경이 이직의도에 미치는 영향

        Purpose: The purpose of this study was to analyze dental laboratory's working environment and turnover intention level and to examine its correlation. Methods: 180 dental technicians in Seoul, Incheon, and Chungnam area were selected. Survey was carried out from April 6, 2009 to May 20, 2009 by using self-administered questionnaire. As for the tools for this study, the structured questionnaire was used with its proven reliability and feasibility, and the contents of questionnaire consisted of 43 questions on the basis of related references. The questionnaire consisted of total 32 questions which included general attribute of subjects(14 questions), working Environment(20 questions) and turnover intention(9 questions). The data analysis was processed by computerized system with SPSS 12.0. Statistical analysis techniques included frequency, percentage, T-test, F-test analysis and regression analysis. Results: As a result of analyzing the research subjects' working environment level, there was significant difference in the item of health(P<0.05). The average in the working environment was indicated to be high with 1.53. As a result of analyzing the research subjects' turnover intention level, there was difference in the item of working hours a day(Hour), job satisfaction level, plan for task continuity, most difficulty given task(P<0.05). The average of turnover intention was indicated to be high with 2.85. Conclusion: Correlation between working environment and turnover intention, most of variables were indicated to have reverse correlation, thereby having been shown that the worse working environment leads to the more turnover intention.

        치과기공사의 직무만족 요인이 이직의사에 미치는 영향 분석

        Purpose: This study aimed to determine dental technicians' job satisfaction levels and to assess its influence on turnover intention. Methods: We included 230 dental technicians who work within Seoul, Incheon, Daejeon, the Gyeonggi Province, and the Chungcheongnam-do Province. We carried out a self-reported survey using a structured questionnaire. Results: As a result of assessing the research subjects' job satisfaction level, we found that there was a significant difference in working hours and a dental-work continuing plan sphere (p<0.05). Achievement & self-realization factors, the human relation factor, and growth & development factors were reported to be major job satisfaction indices. The whole average of the job satisfaction level came to 3.11, thereby appearing to be relatively high. In analyzing the research subjects' turnover intention, there was a significant difference in age, task field, dental-work career, working hours, incumbency, and dental-work continuing plan sphere (p<0.05). The question average for turnover intention was 2.88. As a result of assessing a correlation between job satisfaction and turnover intention, a significant negative (-) correlation was found between job satisfaction and turnover intention. Thus, a higher job satisfaction level was observed to lead to a lower turnover intention. Conclusion: As a result of conducting a regression analysis in order to assess the influence of job satisfaction on a turnover intention, a working condition factor, a human relation factor, and a recognition factor each appeared to have a high impact.

        치과기공사의 직업윤리의식이 직무만족도와 조직시민행동에 미치는 영향

        Purpose: The purpose of this study was to examine the influence of dental technicians sense of work ethics on their organizational effectiveness such as job satisfaction and organizational citizenship behavior. Methods: A self-administered survey was conducted from August 25 to September 15, 2017, on 220 selected dental technicians. The collected data were analyzed by SPSS Win 19.0. Statistical data on frequency and percentage were obtained, and t-test, one-way ANOVA, correlation analysis and regression analysis were carried out. Results: When the subjects' sense of work ethics was analyzed, there were significant differences according to their field of work, position, dental technician career and monthly income(p<.05). Their average score in the items about a sense of work ethics was 3.80, which was a high score. As a result of analyzing the organizational effectiveness of the dental technicians, there were significant differences according to their field of work, position, dental technician career and monthly income(p<.05). The average score in job satisfaction items was 3.14, and that in organizational citizenship behavior items was 3.55. Conclusion : As a result of research, the above-mentioned findings of the study imply that as for the correlation between a sense of work ethics and organizational effectiveness, a better sense of work ethics led to better organizational effectiveness, as every variable had a significant positive correlation with each other. In addition, interpersonal relationships were identified as the factor that exerted the largest influence on both of job satisfaction and organizational citizenship behavior.

        치과기공사의 업무스트레스에 관한 연구

        This study was designed to grasp the degree of job stress affecting dental technicians and the degree of the symptoms of their job stress. With this in mind, the researcher selected a total of 170 dental technicians living in Seoul and Incheon, conducting a research in a period ranging from August 1,2001, to August 20, 2001. The researcher made use of a structured questionnaire whose reliability and feasibility are proved. The questionnaire is composed of a total of 55 questions: thirteen questions related to the subjects' general characteristics; 28 questions connected to the measurement of job stress and fourteen questions linked with the measurement of job-stress symptoms. The researcher analyzed the findings with the aid of SPSS(Statistical Package for Social Sciences). The research came to draw the following conclusions on the basis of frequency, percentage, T-test, and F-test, multiple regression. I. The analysis into the job stress of the subjects indicates that there is a significant difference in difficult questions among their work places, working hours, academic background, job satisfaction and jobs(P<.05). The job stress stands at 3.48 on the average, and the area of conflict among too much work and job performance turns out to be highly perceived. 2. The analysis into the degree of the symptoms of the job stress of the subjects shows that there is a significant difference in work place, working hours, job satisfaction and the continual maintenance of job(P<.05). The symptoms of job stress accounts for 2.65 on the average. Physical symptoms turn out to be highly perceived; The response 'My arms and legs are killing me' proves to stand for 3.03. 3. The correlation between job stress and the symptoms of job stress turns out to be significant(r=0.519, P<0.001), and there is a significant correlation between the average points of each job-stress area and the average points of the symptoms of job stress. All in all, it is necessary that dental technicians themselves should make positive efforts to control and relieve stress and that more efficient programs should be implemented with a view to dealing with stress.

        치과기공사의 작업환경과 직무스트레스 관련 연구

        본 연구는 치과기공사의 작업환경과 직무스트레스 정도를 분석하고 그 상관관계를 알아보기 위해 서울특별 시, 인천광역시, 충남지역의 치과기공사 180명을 선정하고 자기 기입식 설문지를 이용하여 2009년 4월 6일에서 5월 20일까지 조사를 실시하였다. 수집된 자료의 분석결과는 다음과 같다. 1. 연구 대상자의 작업 환경정도를 분석한 결과 건강 항목에서 유의한 차이가 있었다(P<0.05). 작업환경 평균은 1.53 으로 높게 나타났다 2. 연구대상자의 직무 스트레스 유발정도를 분석한 결과 모든 변수에서 유의한 항목은 없었다. 직무 스트레스 평균은 3.44로 높게 나타났다. 3. 작업환경과 직무스트레스의 상관관계는 대부분의 변수가 역 상관관계 가 있는 것으로 나타나 작업환경이 나쁠수록 직무스트레스를 많이 받는 것으로 나타났다.         치과기공사의 신체자각증상과 건강행위 실천의 관련성

        본 연구는 치과기공사의 자각증상과 건강행위 실천도를 분석하고 그 상관관계를 알아보기 위해 서울시, 인 천시, 전북지역의 치과기공사 250명을 선정하고 자기 기입식 설문지를 이용하여 2010년 10월 11일부터 11월 25일까 지 조사를 실시하였다. 수집된 자료의 분석결과, 자각증상 전체 평균은 2.83으로 비교적 높게 나타났으며, 건강행위 실천의 영역별 전체 평균은 2.76으로 나타났다. 자각증상과 건강행위 실천의 상관관계를 분석한 결과 대부분의 변수 가 유의한 수준의 역 상관관계로 나타나 작업 시 건강행위 실천도가 높을수록 신체적 자각증상은 낮아지는 것으로 나타났다. 연구결과, 치과기공사의 작업장 환경 개선과 건강행위를 실천하여 건강을 유지하기 위한 노력이 필요할 것 으로 생각된다. The purpose of this study was to analyze dental laboratory‘s self health recognition level and health behavior level and to examine its correlation. 250 dental technicians in Seoul, Incheon, and Jeonbuk area were selected. Survey was carried out from October 11, 2010 to November 25, 2010 by using self-administered questionnaire. The following are the analytical results in the collected data. The average in the self- health recognition was indicated to be high with 2.83, The average of health behavior was indicated to be high with 2.76. As for correlation between self health recognition and health behavior, most of variables were indicated to have reverse correlation, it was concluded that higher health behavior likely led to lower self health recognition. From the result of this study, the work environment of dental technician must be improved and do more Practice of Health Behavior to improve and maintain their health.

        Zirconia-Glass frit 조성에서 MgO 및 착색료가 소결체의 색상 변화에 미치는 영향

        지르코니아(3Y-ZrO₂)에 frit을 첨가하고 MgO를 조제로 첨가하거나 혹은 하소된 성형체에 액상의 착색료에 침지하 는 방법을 통하여 착색하고 얻어진 소결체의 물성과 색상 변화를 고찰하였다. Frit가 20 wt% 첨가된 지르코니아-frit조성에 MgO가 첨가됨에 따른 색상의 변화는 소결온도가 높아짐에 따라 구별가능한 정도로 효과가 있음을 확인하였다. 이 때 색상의 변화 정도는 MgO의 첨가량 변화에 의한 효과 보다는 소결 온도의 변화에 의한 효과가 더 크게 나타났음을 확인할 수 있었다. 액상의 착색료에 침지한 후 소결한 경우에서는 frit의 첨가량이 증가함에 따라 반사도가 증가하는 것으로 나타 났으며 착색료에 침지하지 않은 경우에 비하여 색상의 변화가 감소함을 알 수 있었고 frit은 색상의 변화를 억제하는 것으 로 나타났다. The effects of MgO and coloring agents on the physical properties and color of zirconia based ceramics with glass frit were studied. The addition of MgO was effective on the coloring of zirconia-20wt% glass frit system. Major factor on the coloring was turned out to be sintering temperature. Coloring agents was turned out to be more effective than the addition of MgO on the coloring of zirconia base ceramics. Specimen without glass frit showed drastic change in color, while specimen with 20wt% glass frit revealed a limited change in color. This means that the addition of glass frit suppresses the coloring of zirconia based ceramics. The effect of sintering temperature on coloring revealed little change in color.

        An analysis of the perceptions of dental implant plans in the Korean national health insurance and the dental clinic selection criteria among elderly patients in Hongseong-gun, Chungcheongnam-do

        Purpose: This study aimed to investigate the perception of dental implant insurance supply and demand for the elderly living in Hongseong-gun and Chungcheongnam-do, as well as the selection criteria regarding dental clinics for dental implant treatment to collect basic data for improving the oral health of the elderly population. Methods: Participants living in Hongseong-gun, Chungcheongnam-do who were at least 55 years old from November 2020 to March 2021 were included in this study. The chi-square test was performed to examine the age-specific perception of insurance-covered dental implants (p<0.05). Results: The age group that was the most interested in implants was the 70s age group, and the difference between this age group and the other age groups was statistically significant. Those in their 70's, 80's, and 90's or older paid about 600,000 won including dental implants covered by insurance, and there was a significant difference (p<0.05). Those in their 60s, 70s, and 80s estimated the highest value of implants covered by insurance as two and showed a significant difference (p<0.05). The awareness of the dental implant insurance by age showed that all age groups, except for the ≥90 years age group, considered the insurance to be mediocre mostly due to the large co-payment (p<0.05). Conclusion: There were differences by age in the awareness of dental implant insurance, co-payments, number of applications, and insurance coverage. The perceptions on dental implant insurance by age showed that all age groups except for those over 90 years and older, they considered the insurance was just mediocre the most.
