한미라(Mi Ra Han),구정아(Jeung Ah Gu),유일영(Il Young Yoo) 한국간호행정학회 2014 간호행정학회지 Vol.20 No.4
The purpose of this descriptive study was to identify the impact of workplace bullying and LMX (Leader- Member Exchange) on turnover intention among nurses. Methods: The participants were 364 nurses from the Seoul metropolitan area who were attending a continuing education program. A structured questionnaire was used for data collection and data were analyzed using the SPSS/Window program. Hierarchical multiple regression analysis was performed to verify the effect of variables on turnover intention. Results: Higher workplace bullying was associated with higher turnover intention. Workplace bullying was negatively correlated with leader-member exchange. The most influential factors for turnover intention were LMX (β=-7.22, p<.001), work load (β=2.96, p=.003), and workplace bullying (β=2.64, p=.009). These factors accounted for 28% of the variance in turnover intention. Conclusion: The study results indicate that there is need to develop strategies to prevent workplace bullying and cultivate a good relationship between nursing managers and nurses to lower nurses’ turnover intention.

박종숙,구정아 忠州大學校 2011 한국교통대학교 논문집 Vol.46 No.-
Purpose : This study was conducted to identify the relationship between the Attitudes and Knowledge toward HIV/AIDS among nursing students. Method : The participants consisted of 567 students who were enrolled 3 nursing schools in Chungcheong province. The data were collected using a questionnaire which consisted of HIV/AIDS Attitudes and Knowledge. The data was analyzed by using SPSS WIN version 18.0 for descriptive statistics, t-test, ANOVA, Pearson correlation coefficient and Scheffe's test. Results : The mean score for HIV/AIDS Attitudes(Social alienation) were 10.48(range 0-18), Homosexual 16.38(range 5-25). The mean score for HIV/AIDS Knowledge was 24.65(range 0-33). There were significant correlations between Attitudes and Knowledge toward HIV/AIDS. The more positive attitudes to HIV/AIDS, the higher level of knowledge. Conclusion : In general HIV/AIDS related knowledge was relatively low and students showed negative attitudes to HIV/AIDS. The research finding show that the educational program for preventing HIV/AIDS must take into consideration attitudes and knowledge. Incorrect knowledge and lack of information on HIV/AIDS would lead to unnecessary negative attitudes and there need to be addressed by educational programs systematically.
