이해관계자 반응 분석을 통한 인지·신체 복합 훈련기기 개발 및 서비스 설계방안 도출 : 고령자를 중심으로

본 연구의 목적은 이해관계자의 반응 분석을 통해 ‘고령자 중심 인지•신체 복합 훈련기기 개발 및 서비스 설계방안’을 도출하는 것이다. 이에 따라 훈련기기 측면과 프로그램 측면 그리고 훈련기기의 서비스 측면에서 이해관계자의 반응을 분석하였다. 이를 위해 포커스그룹 인터뷰 방법으로 전문가 5명과의 인터뷰를 시행 후 질적 분석을 시행하였다. 결과는 4개의 범주에서 9개의 하위요인이 도출되었다. 도출된 4개의 범주는 ‘사용자 유형에 대한 정의’, ‘대상자에 적합한 훈련 콘텐츠 개발’, ‘훈련기기의 적합한 활용 방식’, ‘서비스의 적합한 운영 모델 개발’이었고, 9개의 하위항목은 ‘사용자 유형 및 방향 정의’, ‘복합훈련에 효과적인 콘텐츠 구성’, ‘사용자 데이터 기반 개인 맞춤 훈련 제공’, ‘고령자의 인지를 고려한 정보 제공’, ‘지속적 서비스 사용을 위한 흥미 유발 및 동기부여’, ‘효율적 활용이 가능한 훈련기기 선정’, ‘고령자 편의성을 고려한 훈련기기 인터페이스 설계’, ‘사용자 데이터 연계를 통한 서비스 확장’, ‘서비스 접근 및 지속 운영을 위한 방안’이다. 이 연구의 결과를 바탕으로 인지•신체 복합 훈련기기를 개발하고 서비스를 제공한다면, 고령자의 건강을 위해 지역사회 내에서 활용할 수 있을 것이다. The purpose of this research is to derive development and planning to set methods of the cognitive and physical complex training device for the elderly by analyzing demand responses from stakeholders. Accordingly, the responses of stakeholders in term of device, development of device and service were analyzed. For the research process, a qualitative analysis was applied by interviewing five experts as a focus group interview method. As a result, four factors were derived from nine categories. The four categories derived were ‘definition of user type’, ‘development of proper training content to the user’, ‘a proper method for utilized of using’, and ‘development of a proper model for the service’, also the nine factors are ‘user type and direction definition’, ‘effective content configuration for dual task training’, ‘providing user data-based personalized training’, ‘information providing considering the recognition of the elderly’. ‘interesting and motivating continuous service’, ‘device interface design considering the convenience of the elderly’, and ‘expanding service.’ If cognitive and physical complex training device is developed and service plan are provided based on the results of this study, it will be applicable in the communities a total training program for the health of the elderly.
