Corrosion of water supply system due to the low of pH and dissolved oxygen mainly. Important thing is that corrosion occurs by inflow feed water pipe product of apartment house to each system of progression, supply water, compound waters. By inflowing the Fe²+, CU²+, ferrate freight etc. from boiler proper inside, corrosion is apt to be occurred in boiler body proper. There is method that use heating, vacuum, chemical method and separation film by deaeration method to prevent this corrosion. In this study, progression develops and manufactures and supplies all water pipe and equipment to anti-corrosion fundamentally in pressure tank of equipment that use service water of feed tank etc.. using and supply deaeration equipment. There is purpose of study in plan presentation for cost reduction economic income by this.
지열히트펌프 냉매자동조절에 따른 냉ㆍ난방 성능실험에 관한 연구

This study presents analysis of the experimental data meeting conditions of several applications in real time. The results of this experimental study are as follows: Respectively in cooling and heating performance, a refrigerant charge tank can take automatic control of variation of the refrigerant quantity by controling pressure and temperature of system and outlet water temperature. The COP shows 3.5 in cooling operation and 3.2 in heating operation. The refrigerant quantity increases 0.69 kJ/h. When the outdoor temperature decreases 1℃, Therefore if the temperature become lower from 25℃ to -16℃, the refrigerant quantity increases about 9.5%. Compared to the normal state experiment results, the COP in automatic control of the refrigerant quantity rises roughly 10%.

This study presents how to take automatic control of temperature and pressure in geothermal heat pump system. It aims to minimize heat loss with regard to energy-saving in cooling and heating performance. In this study, COP of cooling and heating operation rises through automatic control of refrigerant quantity by changes in outdoor temperature. Test results show that COP of cooling and heating are 3.6 and 3.2 respectively, which means that heat pump system performance improves by adjusting of refrigerant quantity under the outdoor temperature changes.
냉각탑 스케일방지를 위한 농축수 이온 관리에 관한 연구

Dosing is the traditional way to prevent scale and corrosion of cooling water. System in this study performs ion managing in order to maintain clean cooling water circulation so that noticeably delays regular sterilizing action and blowdown working. Electric conductivity 23days after measuring the experiment data records 1/125 times lower. This study contributes to scale prevention, anti-corrosion, and energy saving of cooling tower equipment.
핀-관 열 교환기의 핫가스 제상장치에 의한 최적제상시간에 관한 실험적 연구

In the Freezing. I studied a defrosting method more efficient to remove a frost floor generated to a vaporizer in cold storage. I Study to the evapolator which used Hot-Gas Defrost Equipment, and I was more efficient, and I endeavored in order to prevent loss of an unnecessary energy. I have tired among various defrosting methods in this study as I applied a Hot-Gas Defrost Equipment defrosting method for knowing the necessary most suitable a period of defrosting to remove perfectly frost conceived to a Fin-tube Heat Exchanger, and I measured a change of temperature and pressure a defrosting in time by real time.
