부모로부터의 신체학대 피해경험이 청소년의 교사관계부적응에 미치는 영향: 자기통제력의 매개효과

본 연구는 부모로부터의 신체학대 피해경험이 학교에서 부모와 유사한 역할을 하는 교사와의 관계에서 청소년이 경험하는 부적응에 미치는 영향을 살펴보고, 두 변수 간의 관계에서 자기통제력의 매개효과를 검증하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 이를 위해 서울ㆍ경기지역 9개 중ㆍ고등학교를 조사대상을 선정하였으며, 본 연구에서는 고등학생에 비하여 학교에서의 부적응 문제가 더욱 심각한 영향을 미치는 남.여 중학생 835명을 대상으로 하여 다중회귀분석을 실시하였다. 분석결과, 부모로부터의 신체학대 피해경험은 청소년의 교사관계부적응에 정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 동시에 자기통제력에 대한 부적인 영향을 확인하였다. 또한 자기통제력의 경우 교사관계부적응에 대하여 부적인 영향을 나타냈다. 최종적으로 자기통제력의 매개효과를 검증하기 위하여 Sobel test의 대안으로 Preacher와 Hayes(2008)가 제안한 SPSS Macro를 활용한 부트스트랩 방법을 통하여 부모로부터의 신체학대 피해경험이 청소년의 교사관계부적응에 미치는 영향에서 자기통제력의 부분매개효과를 확인하였다. 이러한 결과를 바탕으로 청소년의 자기통제력 향상을 위한 프로그램 실시와 부모에 대한 가정폭력 예방교육 의무화, 가족기능강화를 위한 가족치료프로그램제공의 필요성을 제시하였다. 또한 담임교사 및 학교사회복지사의 학대피해청소년에 대한 지속적인 관심의 필요성을 제언하고자 하였다. The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of physical abuse by parents on adolescents’ relationship maladjustment to a teacher as a protector at school, and the mediating effect of self-control. 835 participants consisting of males and females from 9 schools (middle schools and high schools) in Seoul and Gyeonggi province, South Korea responded to the survey. By using frequency analysis, descriptive statistics and regression analysis, it was checked if participants experienced physical abuse by parents and were suffering from relationship maladjustment to their teacher. Preacher and Hayes’ SPSS macro using the bootstrapping mediation methods was employed. Crucial findings were as follows; the physical abuse was significantly associated with self-control and adolescents’ relationship maladjustment to a teacher. At the same time, self-control significantly influenced the relationship maladjustment to a teacher. Self-control partly had a mediating effect on physical abuse and the relationship maladjustment to a teacher. Based on the results, it was necessary to intervene at the level of the social welfare as a way to mitigate adolescents’ relationship maladjustment to a teacher.

치매환자의 증상정도가 주부양자의 우울에 미치는 영향 : 가족지지의 보호효과를 중심으로

Objectives: The purpose of this study is to examine the effects of symptoms of dementia elderly on the primary caregiver’s depression. In addition, moderating effect of family support was examined. Based on the results, the necessity for intervention in the level of social welfare as a way to mitigate primary caregiver’s depression was suggested. Method: In order to accomplish these purposes, a total of 197 who are spouse and adult-children of dementia elderly using day care facilities or services in Seoul, Gyeonggi, Busan province, South Korea were utilized. Data were analyzed by frequency analysis and descriptive statistics, regression model analysis with SPSS 18.0. Results: In case of analysis results, the mean value was reported 0.9 out of four point about primary caregiver’s depression and the mean value of family support was reported 3.34 out of five point. And besides, the analysis result of dementia elderly’s symptoms showed that prevalence of depression/dysphoria were 62.2%, prevalence of aberrant motor were 61.3%, prevalence of apathy/indifference were 56.6%. Crucial findings are as follows: the symptoms of dementia elderly was significantly associated with the primary caregiver’s depression. At the same time, family support significantly influenced lower level of the primary caregiver’s depression. While, in the relationship between the symptoms of dementia elderly and the primary caregiver’s depression, family support has a moderation effect by important protection factor. Conclusions: From these findings, the necessities to provide the care service for dementia elderly to help improve symptoms of dementia as well as the policy and service to manage the mental health of the family as primary caregiver were suggested. Also, the necessities to provide the family therapy program to improve the relationship with family members were suggested.

청소년의 학교폭력 피해경험과 자살위험성의 관계에서 TSL(부모-자녀 간 긍정적 의사소통)의 조절효과

The purpose of this study is to examine the effects of exposure to school violence on adolescents’ suicidal risk. In addition, the moderating effect of parent-adolescent positive communication (TSL)was examined. For the purpose, data from “The domestic violence on children and adolescents” section of the 2010 National Data on Domestic violence, which was conducted by the Ministry of Gender Equality and Family, was used. A total of 369 middle-school students participated in this study. The results showed that the victimization experience of school violence was significantly associated with suicidal risk. At the same time, parent-adolescent positive communication (TSL)significantly resulted in a lower level of suicidal risk. Meanwhile parent-adolescent positive communication (TSL) had a moderating effect between school violence and suicidal risk as an important protection factor. From these findings, the necessity of the intervention of school social workers in educational environments to decrease suicidal risk caused by school violence and TSL, as a parent-adolescent positive communication program, were suggested to improve family functioning.
