        미용소재를 위한 쇠뜨기 생식줄기 추출물의 생리활성

        The water and 70% ethanol extracts of Equisetum arvense fertile stems were carried out to investigate the whiting,anti-wrinkle and physiological activity of the possibility as a cosmetic material. The contents of soluble protein of waterand ethanol extract were determined as 21.96 mg/g and 23.07 mg/g, respectively. The reducing sugar contents of waterextract contained 147.54 mg/g and ethanol extract contained 108.83 mg/g. The contents of flavonoid and polyphenolcompound of water extract were 28.45 mg/g and 22.36 mg/g, that of ethanol extract were 28.25 mg/g and 26.72 mg/g,respectively. The tyrosinase inhibition activities of both extracts were less than 10% inhibition. The collagenase andxanthine oxidase inhibition of water extract were 18.86% and 33.82%, that of ethanol extract were 24.96% and 37.25% at1.0 mg/mL. The electron donating ability of water extract was 94.60% and that of ethanol extract was 87.21%,respectively. In the analysis of nitrite scavenging ability of pH 1.2 condition, ethanol extract (64.44%) showed asignificantly higher effect than water extract (43.51%). The SOD like activity of water and ethanol extract showed lessthan 17% at 1.0 mg/mL concentration. This suggest that the ethanol extract of E. arvense fertile stems have the potentialto be used as physiological activity source for the beauty food and cosmetic material. 한방에서 문형(問荊)이라는 약재명으로 이뇨, 지혈 및 식용으로 사용되는 쇠뜨기(E. arvense) 생식줄기를 미용 소재로서의 활용 가능성을 알아보기 위하여 물과 70% 에탄올을용매로 추출하여 각 추출물에 함유된 수용성 단백질, 환원당,플라보노이드와 폴리페놀 화합물 함량을 측정하였으며, 미백효과와 주름개선 및 생리활성을 측정하였다. 수용성 단백질과 환원당은 물 추출물에서 21.96 mg/g과 147.54 mg/g을함유하였으며, 에탄올 추출물은 각각 23.07 mg/g과 108.83mg/g을 함유하였다. 플라보노이드는 물 추출물과 에탄올 추출물이 약 28 mg/g으로 유사한 함량을 나타내었으며, 폴리페놀은 에탄올 추출물 (26.72 mg/g)이 물 추출물 (22.36 mg/g)보다 약간 더 많이 함유하였다. 미백활성을 나타내는 tyrosinase저해는 쇠뜨기 추출물 모두 10% 미만의 낮은 저해율을나타내었다. 1.0 mg/mL 농도에서 물 추출물은 18.86%의 collagenase저해율과 33.82%의 XOase 저해 활성을 보였으며,에탄올 추출물은 각각 24.96%과 37.25%의 저해 효과를 나타내었다. 전자공여능은 대조군인 L-ascorbic acid보다 낮았으나 물 추출물은 약 95%의 활성을 나타내었으며 에탄올 추출물은 87%의 활성을 나타내었다. 아질산염 소거능은 pH 1.2의 조건에서 에탄올 추출물이 64.44%로 물 추출물(43.51%)보다 약 1.5배 우수한 활성을 보였으며, SOD 유사활성은 두추출물 모두 17% 미만의 낮은 활성을 나타내었다. 이상의결과 쇠뜨기 생식줄기는 에탄올 추출물이 물 추출물보다 전자공여 활성은 낮았으나 폴리페놀 함량 및 collagenase 저해율과 아질산염 소거율이 높아 뷰티 푸드 및 화장품 관련 산업의 소재로서 활용 가능할 것으로 판단된다.

        구성디자인선 발상을 응용한 의상디자인 : 2005s/s-2009s/s 컬렉션을 중심으로

        Internationally competitive fashion design to keep up with the modern era can be created only by understanding design forms based on a new artistic creation idea together with a new modern fashion trend. To achieve this, a sense of line appreciation should be enhanced based on the composition design line shown in recent collections, and a sense of designing with one's own unique style should be promoted by recomposing new design lines. The results of analyzing composition design lines shown in fashion design collections from 2005 S/S to 2009 S/S are as follows. First, among basic composition design lines, five representative composition design lines appeared mostly distinctively. Second, kinds of combination lines shown in composition design line combination expressed in fashion can be classified into four. The most noticeable line is a vertical line which is shown essentially in all composition design line combination. The second noticeable pattern is the combination of horizontal and vertical lines as basic lines, and addition of diagonal line or curved line to those basic lines. Third, characteristics of the composition design lines applied in fashion include recomposing composition design lines with new image and free variations such as diverse movements and realignment of lines and dimensions of the basic composition design lines. Within given basic composition design lines, only a portion of the line, not the entire line, is omitted or modified. Thus there is no addition of totally different lines nor line variation in a complicated style which merges with other composition design lines. Accordingly, creative idea of fashion design applying composition design line is a method of obtaining a creative idea to understand lines as a sign of idea, create a new form by modifying the lines, and obtain new ideas which enable reinterpretation of the design. The results of the analysis in this study can contribute to the fashion design in which the above composition design line method is applied.

        쇠뜨기 (Equisetum arvense L.) 생식줄기와 영양줄기 열수 추출물의 항산화 및 항노화 활성

        Hot water extracts of fertile and sterile Equisetum arvense Linne stems were used to investigate their anti-oxidative anti-aging properties and their possible use in beauty foods or cosmetic materials. The contents of polyphenol and flavonoid compounds of fertile stem extracts were 27.06 mg/g and 45.62 mg/g, respectively. The sterile stem extract contained 191.14 mg/g of reducing sugar and 56.14 mg/g soluble protein. The nitrite scavenging abilities of fertile and sterile stem extracts at pH 1.2 and 2.0 mg/mL were 92.24% and 81.65%, respectively. At a concentration of 2.0 mg/L, the superoxide dismutase (SOD)-like activity, xanthine oxidase (XO) inhibition, tyrosinase and collagenase inhibition capacities of fertile stem extract were 24.77%, 61.48%, 28.16% and 29.68%, respectively, while those of sterile stem extract were 16.58%, 25.57%, 52.88% and 37.47%. The DPPH radical scavenging capacity at a concentration of 0.05 mg/ mL (fertile stem extract, 44.94%; sterile stem extract, 40.82%) was higher than L-ascorbic acid (36.95%), and all extracts showed greater than 90% scavenging ability even at a concentration of 0.5 mg/mL. As a result, E. arvense fertile stem extract showed the highest nitrite scavenging, SOD-like activity, xanthine oxidase inhibition, tyrosinase and collagenase inhibition, while sterile stem extract had the highest amount of reducing sugar, soluble protein and collagenase inhibition. These results suggest that hot water extracts from fertile and sterile E. arvense stems might be considered as potentially useful for the development of beauty foods and cosmetics materials.

        현대 아동복의 디자인 특성 분석 -2006S/S~2010S/S 컬렉션의 여자 아동복를 중심으로-

        The analysis results of the characteristics of children`s clothes for school girls from the 2006S/S-2010S/S collections reveal that the most frequent type of item composition was 2`PS & 3`PS. T-shirts were the popular kind of item for upper garments and pants for lower garments. The major silhouettes were H and A line. The predominant neckline was U, which was followed by camisole and V. The major collar styles were stand-up and flat. Chromatic colors were used more than achromatic ones and after white the most popular colors were blue, pink, red, black, navy, and green. The dominant color scheme was a two-color or three-color scheme. The percentage of solid and patterned material garments was the highest and the most popular pattern was flowers. The most popular style of garment had no decorative detail that was followed by one-item, two-item, and three-item decoration. The major kinds of decorative detail were frills, pleats, and prints.
