The characteristic of sheet metal process is the few loss of material during process, the short processing time and the excellent price and strength. FEA applications with the sheet metal forming process is purpose that increasing due to the potential of time and cost saving. This study are industrial field problem solve using AutoForm which used a Static implicit way. According to this study, the results of simulation will give industrial site good information to access the Design sheet metal forming.

Drawing process at the household goods until industrial site is used in the various filed. This study are drawing process analysis using Auto-Form software which used a Static-implicit time integration method. Analysis simulation result, it was possible to know that choice of a bead and blank size choice can be optimized through a forming analysis. By making apply this to an industrial site the productivity improvement and cost reduction etc. effect able was predicted.

The static implicit finite element method has been effectively applied to analyze total cowl top otr panel stamping processes, which include the forming stage. Complicated and abnormal large size cowl top otr panel was analyzed by using commercial program called AutoForm. Analysis results examining possibility and validity of the AutoForm software and the factor study are presented. Furthermore, the simulated results for the total cowl top otr panel stamping processes are shown and discussed. Its application is being increased especially in the automotive industry for the cost reduction, weight saving, and improvement of strength.

Today, product a model is diversified according to consumer various request, and product development period and beginning period and cost saving are urgently required. High speed modeling system can serve to reduce expense and time. That is required in product development that product arrived from design to prototype production to cope effectively with a market's request. In this paper, studied to supplement problems to use VLM-ST to solve problem of modeling time of long hours, high price's device induction and preservation etc. that is problem of that do existent rapid prototyping system.
