신성원무의 수렴적 움직임과 음악 기반 통합예술치료 실행연구: 의례의 치유성과 심상체험의 의미를 중심으로

이 연구는 신성원무의 의례적 특성을 기반으로 통합예술치료를 구성하고 실행하면서 발견하게 된 치유적 의미와 가치, 연구자의 성찰, 참여자의 자기이해와 변화의 과정을 정리하였다. 이 연구의 통합예술치료는 신성원무의 움직임과 음악, 만다라를 통한 적극적 상상과 글쓰기, 통찰의 순으로 구성되었다. 초기 단회기성 실행과 참가자 인터뷰를 거쳐 4개의 신성원무를 선택, 프로그램구성 후 1차 실행하였고, 배경 음악에 대한 탐구와 프로그램 과정분석 및 재구성 후 2차 실행하고 1, 2차 과정을 종합하였다. 연구결과 첫째, 신성원무의 의례적 특성은 연구자와 참여자를 공동체의 일원으로 담아주는 안전한 심리적 울타리가 되었다. 둘째, 신성원무의 움직임과 음악은 적극적 상상의 장을 마련하였고, 만다라는 심상을 담는 그릇으로서 이미지를 객관화 하고 통찰하도록 하였다. 셋째, 일원상에서 움직이고 체험된 심상을 담아내고 나누는 과정은 위계적인 틀을 벗어나 수평적인 새로운 질서속에서 심리적 이행을 가능하게 하였다. This study summarizes the process of self-understanding and acceptance of researchers and participants which were founded during construction and practice of integrative arts therapy based on the ritual characteristics of Sacred Circle Dance (SCD). The integrative arts therapy of this study consisted of the movements and music of the SCD, Active Imagination through mandala, writing, and insightful discussions. After the initial single-session practice and interview with the participants, we choose four SCDs, executed the 1st practice, then we analyzed and reconstructed the program due to the request for more study on the background music, and finally we executed the 2nd practice. This study is the result of synthesis and analysis of 1st and 2nd practices. The results of this study are as follows: First, the ritual characteristics of SCD become a safe psychological boundary, which was letting the researchers and participants to become a member of the community. Secondly, the movement and music of SCD provided a place for Active Imagination, and the mandala was the container that allows us to objectify those images and gain insight into it. Third, the process of dancing the movement, containing and sharing images in one whole circle made possible the psychological transition in a new horizontal order other than by hierarchical framework.

이콘(ICON, 聖畵) 제작과정에 내재된 치유와 성장의 의미

본 연구는 정형화되고 반복적으로 구현되는 이콘 도상이 어떻게 인간내면에 깊은 울림과 감동을 일으키는 신상(神像)이 되는지 질문하면서 시작되었다. 전승되는 제작방식을 고수하며 같은 상을 복제함에도 각각의 이콘이 고유성을 지닌 성물(聖物)로서 개인을 넘어선 종교적 가치를 갖는 것은 장인의 작업과 유사하게 느껴졌고, 제작과정에 대한 탐구로 이어졌다. 그리고 제작과정에 내재된 체험의 본질과 치유와 성장의 의미를 작가의 체험과 연구자의 경험을 통해 발견하고자 하였다. 이콘은 상을 담을 도판을 준비하는 것부터 금을 입히고 세공하고 그림을 완성하기까지 제작과정 전반에 종교적 상징과 의미가 편재해있다. 따라서 이콘 작가는 전래되는 이콘을 그대로 옮겨내며 그 의미를 묵상하고, 성찰과 기도를 통한 영적 수행을 실천하게 된다. 이 과정에서 작가 개인은 낮아지고 비워지며 이콘은 그리스도교 전례의 한 부분인 성물(聖物)로 이행한다. 따라서 이러한 이행은 탈의, 제의, 직면, 성찰, 해결, 변화, 성장의 순환과정을 담고 있으며, 의례과정의 리미널리티(liminality)에서 체계의 변화를 포함하는 과정임을 발견하였다. 즉, 과거의 나를 포함하는 이전의 현실과 이후에 되돌아갈 현실의 중간영역에서 사회적 지위는 사라지고 본래 있는 그대로의 자기가 회복되며 재통합을 통한 성장이 이루어진다. 이콘 복제과정이 신-형상(神像)아래 개인의 욕구와 개성을 내려놓고 마주하는 상과의 끊임없는 상호작용을 통한 성찰과 수행할 수 있도록 설계되었기에 그 결과물은 그자체로 고유하고 감동과 깊은 경외심을 일으킬 수 있는 것이다. This study began by asking how the Icon image, which is formally and repeatedly embodied, becomes a God image that is deeply resonating within the mind. It is felt that similar to the work of master, each of the Icons has a religious value beyond the individual as a holy object with a unique identity, even though the same way of copying is preserved. I tried to discover the essence of the experience inherent in the Icon painting and the meaning of healing and growth through the experience of the iconographer and the researcher. The Icon is devoted to religious symbols and meaning throughout the drawing process, from preparing the plates for the image, to put gold on, to finishing and to completing the paintings. Therefore, the iconographer will transcribe the traditional Icon and deeply meditate and realize spiritual performance through reflection and prayer. In this process, the individual is humbled and emptied, and the Icon shifts to holy things, a part of the Christian liturgy. Therefore, we have found that this transition includes a process -- the entrance, the ritual preparation, confrontation, reflection, resolution, transformation, and maturation -- and involves a system change in the liminality of the ritual process. In other words, social status disappears in the transitional space of the former reality and the post reality that will return, and one restores oneself as they are and proceeds to grow from the former through reintegration. The process of transcribing the Icon involves reflection and practice through communication with God and the individual on the individual's desires and personalities, and the result is inherent, impressive and deeply reverent.

인공종묘 감성돔(Acanthopagrus schlegeli) 치어에서 발생하는 형태이상의 종류 및 다발성증상에 대한 형태학적 분석

This study aims to investigate the patterns and incidence rates of morphological deformities during artificial fingerling production of blackhead seabream (BSB, Acanthopagrus schlegeli) juveniles by visual and soft X-ray observations of BSB juveniles (n=881) collected from four industrial hatcheries. Using both methods, we observed seven types of external deformity (11.2±4.4%) and eight types of skeletal deformity (53.4±5.1%). Lordosis occurred in all hatcheries with the highest frequency and the mean frequency was 13.1±4.4% (24.5% in total abnormal) by soft X-ray. Although they had a similar standard length (SL), juveniles with lordosis had a significantly lower condition factor and body weight than normally developed juveniles ( P<0.05); normal distribution curves of histogram of body proportions, i.e., body height (BH)/head length (HL) and trunk (=SL-HL)/BH, indicated differences between normally developed juveniles and those with lordosis. In addition, 59% of juveniles with lordosis had vertebral curvature of less than 20°, generally at the 17th vertebrae. It is expected that the above results will be used as basic data necessary for determining the cause of lordosis and for developing techniques to prevent this symptom in the fingering production industry of BSB juveniles.

As a continuation of the previous study, a second group of sixty two aqueous extracts (freeze dried) from natural products was screened for the inhibitory effect of platelet activating factor(PAF) binding to rabbit platelet using 0.6nM [3H]PAF as a radioligand. The results demonstrated that three medicinal plants inhibited 40~50% of [3H]PAF equilibrium binding at the concentration of 200mcg/ml.
