민간경호·경비원의 갈등관리가 리더신뢰 및 이직의사에 미치는 영향

본 연구는 민간 경호 경비원의 갈등관리 유형에 따라 민간 경호 경비원들이 인식하는 갈등 관리가 리더신뢰 및 이직의사에 미치는 영향을 규명하여 민간경비 종사자들에 대한 효율적인 갈등관리 방안 유형을 제시하는데 목적이 있다. 연구대상은 2010년 서울 경찰청에 등록된 민간경비회사에 다니는 경호 경비원을 대상으로 선정한 후 유의표집법을 이용하여 표본을 추출하였다. 이 연구에 설문한 총250명 중 234명의 표본을 회수하여 최종분석에 사용된 사례수는 210 명이다. 입력된 자료는 SPSS WIN 17.0 Version을 이용하여 요인분석과 신뢰도분석, 상관분석 및 다중회귀분석 등을 수행하였다. 설문지의 선뢰도 분석결과 Cronbach's ${\alpha}$값이 0.838~0.859로 나타났다. 분석 결과, 첫째 민간경호 경비원의 갈등관리 하위요인인 통합 타협 은혜는 리더신뢰에 영향을 미치고, 둘째 민간경호 경비원의 갈등관리의 하위요인인 통합 타협 은혜 지배는 이직의사에 부적영향을 미치며, 셋째 리더신뢰는 이직의사에 부적영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. This study aims to suggest the method for an effective conflict management to private security workers by investigating the impact of complicit management that recognized by private security, guard on trust for leader and turnover intention according to the complicit management type of private security, guard. The subjects was sampled by using purposive sampling method after selecting security, guard who work in private guard company registered in the Police Department in Seoul in 2010. Respondents of this study was sampled a total of 250 people and collected the sample of 234 people, and the number of cases used in the final analysis was 210 people. The entered data was processed by using SPSSWIN 17.0 Version to apply factor analysis, reliability analysis, correlation analysis, and multiple regression analysis. The result of reliability analysis of the questionnaire was Cronbach's ${\alpha}$ value of 0.838~0.859. First, combination, compromise, and grace the sub factors of the conflict management of private security, guard affect on trust for leader. Second, compromise, grace, and rule the sub factors of the conflict management of private security, guard has a negative effect on turnover intention. Third, the trust to leader has a negative effect on turnover intention.

공공데이터 분석을 통한 스마트버스정류장 최적입지 선정 : 창원시를 사례를 중심으로

본 연구의 목적은 GIS 공간분석과 종합점수화 기법을 활용하여 스마트버스정류장 최적입지를 분석 및 제안하는 것이다. 연구대상 지역은 경상남도 창원시이다. 통상 최적입지 스마트공공시설물의 경우, 기존 공공시설물과 달리 다양한 분야를 포괄하는 종합 플랫폼의 성격을 띄기 때문에 최적입지 선정에 있어서도 다양한 요인들을 고려해야 한다는 점에서 본연구는 의의가 있다. 입지 선정 지표로 창원시 내 모든 버스정류장의 대기오염도, 광고효과, 안전취약도, 디지털취약도를 정량화 하였다. 안전취약도상위 30개 스마트버스정류장은 엔트로피가중치 산정방법에 따라 선별되었으며 이를 시각화 했다. The purpose of this study is to analyze and propose an optimal location for a smart bus stop using GIS(Geographic Information System) and CSR (Comprehensive Ranking System). The target area of the study is Changwon-si, Gyeongsangnam-do, South Korea. In the case of optimal location of public smart facilities, unlike existing public facilities, they have the characteristics of a comprehensive platform involving multiple elements. Therefore, those factors should be considered in the selection of the optimal location of smart bus stops which makes our study significant. We quantify the air pollution level, proficiency of advertisements, safety vulnerability, and digital vulnerability of all bus stops in Changwon-si to compute as indicators. We rank the top 30 smart bus stops and visualize them on a geographical map.
