脾摘出 白鼠에 있어서 自律神經系가 網內系 貪食能에 미치는 影響

The present experiment was designed to investigate the influences of autonomic nervous system on the phagocytic function of reticuloendothelial (RE) system in splenectomized and nonsplenectomized rats. The phagocytic activity was assessed by means of carbon clearance method after buscopan, neostigmine, and propranolol were administered into rats. The following results were obtained: 1. The phagocytic activity of RE system in the buscopan treated group was decreased significa₁ntly, but increased in neostigmine and propranolol treated groups compared with normal and control groups. And the phagocytic activity showed the most significant nodulation at five hours after injection. 2. In splenectomized group, the phagocytic activity was not modulated after administration of buscopan, neostigmine and propranolol. 3. From these results, it is concluded that the influence of autonomic nervous system on the phagocytic function of reticuloendothelial system was manifested by intervention of spleen.

The E.E.G. of 71 patients with severe head injury was recorded in acute, subacute and chronic stage after trauma. The results were summarized as followings : 1) Abnormal E.F.G findings such as generalized slow wave, focal slow wave, asymmety and phase revarsal showed high incidence in acute stage. 2) Abnormal E.E.G. findings such as generalized slow wave, focal slow wave, asymmety and phase revarsal showed high incidence in acute stage. 2) Abnormal E.F.G. findings were diminished in parallel with clinical improvement. 3) Generalized slow activity occurred predominantly in acute stage but focal slow activity was noted frequently in subacute stage. 4) Abnormal E.F.G. findings were coresponded with intracranial pathological lesions. 5) It was suggested that E.E.G. abnormalities result from generalized distubance of brain dysfunction rather than intracranial local lesions.

A rare case of mixed pial and dural arteriovenovs malformation in the left frontal convexity is reported. This arteriovenous malformation is supplied from the left middle meningeal artery and small pial vessels and drained into the superior sagittal sinus. This arteriovenous malformation was totally excised without artificial emoblization of the left middle meningeal artery.
