기업 퇴직자 대상의 창업교육 프로그램 사례연구 - A사 창업지원 프로그램을 중심으로 -

본 연구는 민간기업에서 운영되고 있는 기업 퇴직자 대상 창업교육 프로그램의 사례연 구를 통해 기존에 창업교육을 운영 중인 타 기관에 창업교육의 새로운 방향을 제시하고, 나아가 민간기업 차원에서의 창업교육 활성화를 위한 시사점을 제공하고자 한다. 이를 위해 국내 민간기업 중 체계적인 창업교육을 실시하고 있는 A사를 사례로 선정하였다. A사는 2001년 9월에 퇴직자의 전직지원을 위해 경력컨설팅센터를 설립하였고, 이후 양 적, 질적인 확대를 통해 4곳의 상담센터와 12명의 전문 컨설턴트를 갖추게 되었다. 2014 년부터는 창업지원 프로그램을 운영하여 현재까지 총 6회차를 운영하였다. A사의 창업 지원 프로그램은 ‘기본 익히기’, ‘응용하기’, ‘심화 다지기’ 등 크게 3단계로 구성되어 있 으며, 교육에 참여하는 대상자들은 주로 40 ~ 50대의 퇴직자들로 교육초기에는 다소 소 극적인 모습을 보이지만, 교육이 진행됨에 따라 창업에 대한 긍정적인 마인드를 갖게 되 고 결국은 100세 인생을 대비한다는 장기적인 안목에서 교육에 적극적으로 참여하는 모 습을 보이게 되었다. 본 연구 결과를 바탕으로 민간기업에서 운영하고 있는 창업교육에 대한 연구가 기업군별, 교육대상 창업분야별로 더욱 세분화된 후속연구로 이어지길 기대 해 본다. This study intends to present other institutions operating the existing entrepreneurship education with new directions of education through a study case of an education program operated by private enterprises for company retirees, and furthermore, provide implications for vitalization of education at private enterprises level. For this, the study selected A Company initiatively implementing a systemic education for its retirees among domestic private companies as a case. A Company established a career consulting center for job-change support of the retirees, and later, included 4 counseling centers and 12 professional consultants through quantitative and qualitative expansion. And one, a start-up assistance program, operated starting from 2014. A Company’s start-up assistance program consists of main 3 stages, ‘mastering the basics,’ ‘application’ and ‘solidification of enrichment.’ The participants participating in the program are mostly retirees in their 40s~50s, and showed more or less a negative attitude in the early part of education. But as the education progressed, they had a positive mind about foundation, and finally took an active part in the education from a long-term perspective of preparing for living to be 100 years old. Based on this study, it is expected that a study on an education operated by private companies will lead to a more sub-specialized follow-up study by company group and by foundation field for education subjects.
