본 연구는 상사-부하관계가 사회복지시설의 종사자인 사회복지사의 소진과 경력변경의도에 미치는 영향을 살펴본 것으로, 민간 사회복지시설의 사회복지사 342명의 구조화된 설문자료를 분석하였다. 이를 위해 소진은 정서적 고갈(EE), 비인간화(DP), 성취감 감소(PA)로 구성된 Maslach와 Jackson의 MBI를 사용하였다. 구조방정식을 이용한 연 구 결과, 사회복지사들이 인식한 LMX 수준은 5점 척도의 평균값 이상으로 나타났다. 또한 LMX는 소진과 경력변경 의도에 부(-)적 영향을 미치고, 특히 소진의 구성요소 중 정서적 고갈과 비인간화는 경력변경의도에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과를 바탕으로 사회복지조직에서 활용할 수 있는 LMX 전략에 관한 실천적 함의를 논의하였다. The purpose of this study was to examine the effects of LMX on the burnout and career turnover intention of social worker. For the research, burnout was consisted of emotional exhaustion (EE), depersonalization (DP) and diminished personal accomplishment (PA) by Maslach and Jackson’s MBI. This study was analyzed 342 social workers in private social welfare organizations by survey. The results of this study were summarized as follows: The level of LMX perceived by social workers was a higher than medium. LMX was negatively related to the burnout and career turnover intention. LMX had a negative influence on the burnout and career turnover intention. Especially, EE and DP had a positive effect on the career turnover intention. This study finally discussed theoretical implications for future study and practical implications for LMX strategies on the results.

The plastic zone of knuckle hole inner surface was occurred by inserting hub bearing into knuckle. Finite element analysis was performed on tolerance establishment of knuckle and hub bearing. As a result, the optimized tolerance condition was established considering the stress distribution of knuckle and hub bearing. And, analysis of knuckle hole inner surface verified the effect of insertion. Insertion force and separation force curve was derived from test equipment The possibility of design tolerance establishment was identified by the insertion analysis using the finite element analysis.

연구 목적: 이 연구는 Demerouti & Nachreiner(1998)가 개발한 올덴버그소진척도(Oldenburg Burnout Inventory)의 한국판(K-OLBI) 타당화를 위해 수행되었다. 연구 방법: 원척도 번안과정을 거쳐 강원도 내 사회복지사 216명을 대상으로 2019년 12월부터 2020년 1월까지 구조화된 설문조사를 실시하여 연구를 수행하였다. 연구 내용: 연구결과 K-OLBI척도의 신뢰도는 매우 높게 나타났으며(Cronbach’s α=.89), 탐색적 및 확인적 요인분석을 통해 탈진(α=.84)과 무관심(α=.82)의 2요인이 확인되었다. 수렴타당도와 판별타당도는 K-OLBI척도와 MBI척도 및 조직몰입 간의 상관분석을 통해 확인하였고, 준거타당도는 소진(K-OLBI)이 이직의사에 미치는 영향을 회귀분석하여 확인하였다. 결론 및 제언: 한국판 올덴버그척도(K-OLBI)의 신뢰도와 타당도는 원척도와 동일하게 검정되었고, 후속연구를 위한 제언을 제시하였다. This research extended the findings on the Oldenburg Burnout Inventory (OLBI) by Demerouti & Nachreiner (1998) to a South Korea sample. To approve the purpose of this research, data were collected from 216 social workers in Kangwon-do from December 2019 to January 2020. The inter-item reliability of K-OLBI was high (Cronbach’s α=.89). In addition, Two factors (exhaustion and disengagement) were identified by exploratory and confirmatory factor analysis. The correlation among K-OLBI, MBI, and organizational commitment appeared to be appropriate, which support convergent and discriminant validity. Criterion-related validity was identified by multi-regression on the effects to turnover intention. Reliability and validity of K-OLBI was approved in the same way as the original scale, and the suggestions for further studies were provided.

The most frequent trouble parts in automotive suspension system are seals and joints. Their fault is critical not in safe but in satisfaction of consumers. They are made of rubber or plastic material. The life of rubber and plastic parts is affected by not only loads but environmental conditions such as temperature, ozone, UV, contaminants and so on. In this study, the contaminants affecting wear of seal and joints was evaluated. From test in China, the contaminants absorbed in suspension system was collected. The chemical composition and particle size of them was analyzed and compared to test dust in KS standard in order to acquire the fundamental data for standardized environmental durability test of seals and joints.
