해외 대학도서관 공동보존서고 운영에 관한 연구 - 자료이관과 자료제공을 중심으로 -

이 연구는 해외 공동보존서고의 자료이관지침과 자료제공지침을 분석하여 향후 국내 공동보존서고 운영에 참고할 수 있는 실질적인 데이터를 제공하기 위해 실시되었다. 이를 위해 해외 대학도서관을 중심으로 운영되고 있는 공동보존서고 7개관의 홈페이지와 관련 자료를 분석하였다. 자료이관지침은 이관자료의 유형과 수량, 자료유형별 이관기준, 자료의 소유권 처리, 자료의 폐기 등을 중심으로, 자료제공지침은 보존서고 관내이용과 자료대출/전송서비스 등 관외서비스 등을 중심으로 살펴보았다. 이 연구의 결과는 향후 국내 공동보존서고 운영지침 수립에 기초데이터로 활용할 수 있을 것이다. This study was conducted to investigate the materials deposit policies and service policies of overseas collaborative repositories and provide practical data that can be referred to the management of the collaborative repository in Korea. For this purpose, this study tried to analyzed websites of 7 collaborative repositories and related data. Materials deposit policies were focused on duplicate materials, criteria of materials to be accepted, ownership and withdrawal and service policies were focused on on-site services and off-site services including circulation and document delivery service(electronic copy and photocopy). The results of this study can be used as practical data for the establishment of guidelines for collaborative repository in Korea.

도서정가제 시행에 따른 공공도서관 자료구입의 쟁점과 과제

이 연구는 2014년 "출판문화산업진흥법"의 개정으로 새로운 내용의 도서정가제가 시행됨에 따라 공공도서관 자료구입과정에서 쟁점으로 부각되고 있는 문제를 짚어 본 다음, 이를 토대로 개정된 도서정가제의 취지를 살림과 동시에 보다 효율적인 자료구입이 이루어지기 위한 과제를 제안하고자 하였다. 연구를 통해 도출된 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 개정 도서정가제 시행으로 가격경쟁 비중이 축소된 상황에서 도서관은 업무이행능력 등 질적인 측면에 초점을 맞추어 자료납품업체를 선정할 수 있는 방안을 마련해야 한다는 점 둘째, 자료납품업체로서 지역서점의 개념과 범위를 명확하게 설정하여 무자격업체의 응찰을 방지함과 동시에 지역서점 활성화 정책의 취지를 살려야 한다는 점 셋째, 경제상의 이익 처리에 대한 보다 명확한 규정이 마련되어야 한다는 점 등이 그것이다. This study intends to analyze issues of purchasing process in public libraries by the 2014 revised Publication Industry Promotion Agency of Korea and fixed book price. Furthermore, this study suggests future tasks for restoring the intent of revising the laws and toward a better book purchases. The main contents of this study are as follow: 1) preparing the effective methods for selecting book vendor with evaluating the performance not price competition, 2) establishing concept and scope of local bookstore as book vendor for restoring the intent of the activation policy of local bookstore, 3) establishing the well-defined regulation about benefit of the economic dimension.

부산시청사 내 공공도서관 기본계획 수립을 위한 조사연구 - 국내 공공청사 내 도서관 현황과 부산지역 시민인식조사를 중심으로 -

최근 복합문화공간으로서의 공공도서관 건립이 하나의 트렌드로 자리잡고 있고, 지자체마다 다른 시설과 한 건물에 혹은 한 대지에 함께 건립되는 복합시설로서의 공공도서관 건립이 활발하게 추진되고 있다. 이는 「제3차 도서관발전종합계획」에서 밝힌 바와 같이, 2020년까지 공공도서관 1,468개관을 확대함과 동시에 생활 SOC사업과 연계를 도모하고자 하는 정책의 일환이며 부산시가 추진하는 계획 중 2025년까지 25개의 공공도서관 추가 건립계획도 이에 해당한다고 볼 수 있다. 공공도서관 복합화의 유형은 매우 다양한 형태로 나타나는데, 공공청사 내 도서관 조성 역시 공공청사와 도서관을 결합한 형태로 이러한 복합화 움직임에 포함될 수 있다. 이에 이 연구는 국내 공공청사 내 공공도서관 조성 현황을 조사하여 우수사례를 제시하고, 부산시청사 내 공공도서관 조성에 대한 시민들의 인식을 조사하였다. 이를 토대로 하여, 부산시청사 내 공공도서관의 기본 방향, 조직과 인력, 장서개발, 서비스 프로그램(특성화 프로그램) 등 운영의 기본계획을 제안하였다. Recently, public libraries as complex cultural spaces are becoming a trend, and public libraries as complex facilities that are built in one building or one site are being highlighted. This can be seen as part of a policy to expand public libraries as part of the government's Living SOC project. The establishment of libraries in government office is also included in this movement. Therefore, this study presented excellent cases by investigating the current state of government office in Korea and investigated citizens' perception on the establishment of public libraries in Busan Metropolitan City Hall. Based on this, a basic plan for the operation of public libraries in Busan Metropolitan City Hall, including basic directions, organization and manpower, collection development, and service programs (including specialization program), was proposed.

공공도서관을 위한 지역 공동보존서고 운영방안에 관한 연구 -부산지역을 중심으로-

Recent efforts to systematically transfer older materials from local library collections to preserve in a cooperative preservation facility, such as regional main library, are being made in each region. The study, in this regard, sheds light the regional preservation program, as it identifies status of preservation in local libraries and analyze the opinions of librarians in order to illustrate the planning process of regional preservation program. Based on the data about preservation status of public library in Busan metro area, the study focused on the strategies to operate a cooperative preservation program for public libraries. Specifically, 1) it investigates the preservation status of public library in Busan area and the librarians' opinion on a cooperative preservation facility in Busan library. 2) It adds a proposal composed with a materials transfer strategy and a space management program. 최근 지역대표도서관을 중심으로 해당 지역 도서관자료를 체계적으로 이관받아 장기적으로 보존하기 위한 노력이 지역별로 진행되고 있다. 이 연구는 지역대표도서관 공동보존서고 운영계획 수립단계에서 첫걸음은 지역 내 단위도서관의 자료보존현황을 파악하고 현장 사서의 의견을 수렴하여 공동보존서고 계획과정에 반영하는 일이라는 관점에서 출발하였다. 이에 이 연구는 부산지역 공공도서관의 자료보존현황을 바탕으로 부산도서관 공동보존서고 운영방안을 논의하고자 하였다. 구체적으로는 1) 부산지역 공공도서관의 자료보존 현황과 부산도서관 공동보존서고 운영에 대한 사서들의 의견을 조사하고, 2) 부산도서관 공동보존서고 운영방안을 자료이관방안과 공간운영방안 등으로 나누어 제안하는 것을 목적으로 한다.

공공도서관의 자료선정에 관한 연구

본 연구에서는 현재 국내 공공도서관 자료선정업무의 현황을 자료구입비 규모, 자료선정정책과 자료선정기준, 자료선정 담당 인력과 자료선정위원회, 자료선정방법과 자료선정도구 등의 카테고리로 나누어 살펴 본 다음 사서들의 자료선정업무에 대한 인식을 조사하였다. 이러한 현황을 바탕으로 효율적인 자료선정이 이루어질 수 있는 방안을 자료선정정책, 자료선정인력, 자료선정방법의 세 가지 측면으로 나누어 논의하였다. 자료선정업무현황 분석을 위한 데이터 수집은 국내 공립공공도서관 315개관을 대상으로 한 설문조사를 통하여 이루어졌다. This paper strives to illustrate the selection processes in public libraries. It specifically attempts to survey the budget allocation, collection development policy, usage of selection criteria, and priority of selection decision in collection development units in public libraries. Staff structure, committee activities, methods of selection, usage of selection tools and librarians' recognitions about selection process are also investigated. Data are drawn from a survey with 315 public libraries in the country. Specific statistics to be analyzed via literature, although not detailed in nature, are scrutinized as well. As a conclusion, the paper discusses such an issue as current situation in selection of materials public libraries and possible impetus toward a better collection development process.

대학도서관 공동보존서고 건립·운영 모형 연구 - 부산·경남지역 국립대를 중심으로 -

최근 지역대표도서관을 중심으로 자료의 공동보존을 위한 노력이 가시화되고 있으나 이는 대체로 공공도서관을 중심으로 한 움직임이다. 이에 이 연구는 부산 경남지역을 중심으로 국립대학도서관을 위한 공동보존서고 건립 운영모형을 제안하는 것을 목적으로 하였다. 이를 위해 1) 참여도서관 보존서고의 규모와 시설, 운영정책, 장서량과 이관현황, 포화상태 등을 조사하고 이관예정자료의 규모를 추산하는 등 현황분석을 실시한 다음, 2) 건립형태, 조직과 인력, 자료이관지침, 자료정리와 배가, 자료제공 등 공동보존서고 건립 운영 모형을 제안하였다. Efforts to establish a joint preservation facility for library materials are being discussed in the regional representative libraries recently, but this is mainly a movement in public libraries. This study aimed to provide a model for a joint preservation facility construction and management especially for the National Universities Library in Busan/Gyeongnam area. For this job, after analyzing the current situation, this study focuses on 1) estimated size of the planned facility calculated by investigating the size and equipment, operation policy, collection quantity and saturation status of participating library archives, 2) strategies for construction, proposed a joint preservation architecture construction management model such as organization and human resources, and standards for transferring materials.

실내 환경 집중 및 휴식상황에서의 뉴로-퍼지를 통한 LED 감성조명 시스템 설계

차세대 조명광원인 LED가 급격하게 발전하고 저 전력, 고효율, 장수명의 장점을 가지고 있어 LED를 이용한 조명에 관심이 높아지고 있다. LED를 이용하여 감성조명을 구현하게 되면 기존의 단색의 조명과는 다르게 빛의 3원색을 이용한 모든 색상을 구현할 수 있다. 이러한 장점으로 인간의 감정까지 다스릴 수 있는 LED 감성조명이 지속적으로 개발되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 실내 환경에서의 집중 및 휴식상황에 맞는 색상을 추출하고 사용자가 느끼는 온도의 색상과 배합하여 상황과 온도에 대한 LED 감성조명을 표현하기 위해 알고리즘을 설계한다. 그리하여 뉴로-퍼지시스템을 이용하여 설계된 LED 감성조명은 사용자에게 집중 및 휴식에 대한 감성에 효과적인 영향을 나타낼 수 있을 것이다. LED, the next-generation light source, rapidly develops and has advantages of low power, high efficiency, and long life. Accordingly, an interest in lightings by using LED rises. If emotional lighting is implemented by using LED, all colors can be represented by using 3 primary colors of light, differently from the conventional single-color lighting. LED emotional lightings which can control human emotions continue to be developed thanks to these advantages. This study was conducted to design an algorithm for expressing LED emotional lighting in line with the situation and temperature by extracting colors for concentration and resting situations in indoor environment and mixing them with colors of the temperature felt by user. The LED emotional lighting designed with a neuro-fuzzy system was found to have effects on user's emotions during concentration and resting.

공공도서관의 자료구입에 관한 연구

공공도서관의 자료구입과정은 도서관 내부적으로 장서개발과정을 실현하는 역할을 수행함과 동시에, 이를 통해 도서관이 출판물에 대한 공적소비자로서의 역할을 수행하여 출판산업에 기여하는 효과를 창출한다. 이에 이 연구에서는 현재 국내 공공도서관의 자료구입과정을 면밀히 살펴보고 그 과정에서 드러나는 여러 가지 문제들을 조명하여 합리적인 자료구입이 이루어지기 위한 방안을 모색해 보았다. 이를 위해 자료구입정책, 자료구입을 위한 인력과 조직, 자료구입방법, 자료구입을 위한 계약, 자료구입 할인율과 도서정가제 등 다섯 가지 측면으로 나누어 자료구입의 과정과 방법 등 그 현황을 살펴보았다. 현황 분석을 위한 데이터 수집은 국내 공립 공공도서관 315개관을 대상으로 한 설문조사를 통하여 이루어졌다. It specifically attempts to survey the collection development policy, staff structure of acquisition departments, overall process of book purchasing, conclusion of contract for book purchasing and discount rate of book. Data are drawn from a survey with 315 public libraries in the country. As a conclusion, this study discusses such as current situation in book purchases in public libraries and possible impetus toward a better collection development process.

청소년의 학교규칙 신뢰감이 학교 공동체의식에 미치는 영향

이 연구는 청소년의 학교규칙 신뢰감이 학교 공동체의식에 미치는 영향을 밝히는 실증적 연구로, 수도권 내 고등학교에 재학 중인 청소년 552명을 대상으로 설문조사를 시행하였다. 분석 결과 학교규칙 형성신뢰감, 내용 신뢰감, 시행 신뢰감은 모두 청소년의 학교 공동체의식에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 학생들은 학교규칙이 신뢰할만하다고 인식할 때 학교공동체에서 소속감과 정서적 안정감을 가지고 자신이 한 구성원으로서 지지받고 신뢰받고 있으며, 다른 구성원에게 영향력을 미칠 수 있고 학교의 구성원들과 공통적인 경험을 공유하고 있다고 느끼는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 연구 결과를 볼 때 학생들의 학교 공동체의식을 높이기 위해서는 학생들이 학교규칙의 형성과 시행과정을 공정하고 유용하다고 신뢰할 수 있도록 학교 내에서 다음과 같은 노력이 필요할 것이다. 첫째, 학교규칙을 형성하는 과정은 모든 학생들이 참여할 기회를 보장하고 의견이 고르게 반영될 수 있도록 민주적이고 공정하게 이루어져야 한다. 둘째, 학교규칙의 내용은 학생들이 학교 생활을 하는 데 실질적으로 필요한 내용을 담아야 한다. 셋째, 학교규칙의 시행은 어떤 학생에게든 차별 없이 공평하게 이루어져야 하며, 학생들이 학교 규칙을 적용하여 결정된 내용에 따를 수 있도록 이루어져야 한다. This study is an empirical research on the effects of trust in school regulations on the youth`s sense of school community. A survey was conducted on 552 high school students in the capital metropolitan area. The analysis indicated that adolescents` trust on school regulations was more likely to produce a positive influence on the sense of school community. Students felt a sense of attachment and stability once they felt the regulation was trustworthy. These students not only enjoyed interaction with their peers, but also shared their experiences one another. Therefore, the schools were expected to make a greater effort to increase the level of trust on school regulation. The creation and management of school regulation should be democratic and fair; the rules should assure participation and reflect the opinion of all students. Furthermore, the content of regulation should be practical, reflecting the needs of students. Most importantly, the regulations should not contain any discrimination against minor students and the schools should lead every students feel comfortable in conforming to the regulations.

기능적 조음음운장애 아동의 조음복잡성에 따른 자음과 단어의 음향학적 길이

Purpose : This study was conducted to investigate whether phonetic complexity affected the type and frequency of articulation errors and the acoustic duration of consonants and words produced by children with functional articulation and phonological disorders. Methods : The participants in this study were 20 children with functional articulation and phonological disorders and 20 children without such disorders who were between 3 years 7 months old and 4 years 11 months old. The participants were asked to name what they saw in pictures and their responses were recorded. The types and frequencies of articulation errors and the acoustic duration of words were analyzed and words were categorized as being of either ‘high’ or ‘low’ phonetic complexity. The acoustic duration of initial and final consonants and vowels following initial consonants were compared between the groups according to articulatory complexity. Results : Children with functional articulation and phonological disorders produced articulation errors more frequently when saying high complexity words and had longer word duration when saying low-complexity words than children without such disorders. There was no major difference in initial and final consonant duration between the groups. but the main effect of articulatory complexity on the duration of both consonants was significant. Conclusion : These results suggest that the articulatory-phonic structure of words influences the speech motor control ability of children with functional articulation and phonological disorders. When articulating consonants, children with functional articulation and phonological disorders had speech motor control ability similar to that of children without such disorders.
