기후변화로 인한 해수면 상승이 우리나라 연안에 장기적으로 큰 영향을 줄 것으로 예측되어 다양한 방법을 사용하여 연안에 대한 해수면 상승의 취약성 평가가 이루어지고 있다. 본 연구에서는 사면이 바다와 접해 해수에 의한 침수가 빈번하여 향후 해수면 상승에 의한 피해가 클 것으로 예상되는 부산의 영도 해안을 대상으로 해수면 상승이 해안에 미치는 영향을 알아보고 그 대책을 마련하였다. 먼저 잠재적 해수면 상승률을 바탕으로 CAD를 이용한 해수면 상승 시뮬레이션을 실시하였으며 다음으로 시뮬레이션결과를 바탕으로 침수범위와 재해위험 지역을 종합적으로 고려하여 피해 예상지역을 추출하였고 최종적으로 침수특성에 따라 지구별로 세분하여 해당 지구에 적합한 대응전략을 수립하였다. On the assumption of the rise of sea level, the inundation vulnerabilities on coastal areas of Korea are evaluated in different ways. The propose of this study is to find out the influences of sea level rise caused by global warming at Young-do coastal area, and to suggest the prevention schemes against the flooding damage caused by the sea level rise. The potential rates of sea level rise are assumed and with these rates the inundation vulnerabilities are simulated using CAD program. With the virtual maps, as the results of the previous CAD simulation, this study attempts to suggest the flood prevention schemes for each sector of damage-expected coastal area.

Synovial chondromatosis is an uncommon benign lesion characterized by metaplastic cartilage formation within the synovial connective tissue, usually intraarticular, commonly affects the knee, hip and elbow. An extraarticular lesion is rare, most often seen in a synovial sheath and bursa of the hand or foot. We present a case of extraarticular synovial chondromatosis in the left ankle, originated from the FHL tendon sheath of a 31 year-old-female diagnosed by a radiography, MRI confirmed histopathologically.
골다공증 유도 백서에서 칼슘과 비타민 D 섭취 후 임플랜트 주위 뼈 조직에서 TGF-β1, 데코린 및 바이글리칸 발현에 관한 연구

Because osteoporosis is known to influence the late period of bone healing, bone formation around titanium implant is deteriorated in osteoporotic patient. The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of calcium and vitamin D diet on the expressions of TGF-β1, decorin and biglycan in the peri-implant bone of induced osteoporotic rats. After 40 rats, 10 weeks of age, were ovarietomized, 20 rats were supplemented with calcium and vitamin D as a experimental group and 20 rats were without calcium and vitamin D as a control group. Titanium screw implant(Cowellmedi, KOREA, diameter, 2.0 mm; length, 3.5 mm; pitch-height 0.4 mm) were planted into tibia of 40 rats. The rats were sacrificed at different time interval(1, 2, and 4 weeks after implantation) and then immunohistochemistry for the expression of TGF-β1, decorin and biglycan was performed. The expression level of TGF-β1 and decorin in experimental groups was much higher than the control group at 1 week. The expression of biglycan in control group was observed at 1 and 2 weeks and this expression level was higher than that of experimental group. Considering calcium and vitamin D diet increased the expression of TGF-β1 and decorin in osteoporotic rats, we suggest that those diet might help early bone formation around titanium implant in osteoporotic patients.
