        비타민 C 보충과 요가가 중년여성의 혈청 지질과산화물가 개선에 미치는 영향

        비타민 C 섭취 및 요가가 중년 여성의 총항산화능, 지질과 산화 및 혈중지질에 미치는 영향을 알아보기 위하여 B광역시 H구에 거주하는 중년여성을 대상으로 12주간 실험을 실시하였다. 요가 프로그램은 주 3회, 1일 60분, 운동 강도 RPE 13~15로 실시하였다. 비타민 C는 1일 1 g을 섭취시켰다. 12주 후 총항산화능의 변화는 정상군 28.23%, 비타민 C군 30%, 요가군 26.58%, 비타민 C 섭취와 요가군은 43.66%가 증가하였으나 군간 유의적인 차이가 없었다. 지질과산화물가의 변화는 정상군 10%, 비타민 C군 -25%, 요가군은 -32.14%, 비타민 C 섭취와 요가군은 -33.87%로 정상군에 비해 프로그램군이 유의적으로 감소하였으나 프로그램군간의 유의적인 차이는 없었다. 혈중지질농도 변화는 모든 군에서 유의적인 차이가 없어 요가 또는 비타민 C 섭취에 따른 지질개선효과를 관찰할 수 없었다. 이상의 결과를 통해 중년여성에게 비타민 C 섭취나 규칙적인 요가 프로그램은 지질과산화물가를 낮춤으로써 체내 산화적 스트레스를 개선하는 효과가 있는 것으로 생각된다. The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of vitamin C supplementation and yoga practice on total antioxidant status (TEAC), lipid peroxidation, and blood lipid profiles of middle-aged women. Thirty two women (53.34±5.08 years old) in B city volunteered and the signed consents were received before the study. Experimental groups were normal (n=8), vitamin C intake group (n=8), yoga group (n=8), and vitamin C intake with yoga group (n=8). Total experimental period was 12 weeks. Yoga group practiced yoga 3 times a week for 12 weeks with intensity of RPE 13~15. Each practice was 60 minutes. Vt. C group was instructed to take 1 g of Vt. C every day after dinner meal. Changes in TEAC after 12 weeks were 28.23% for the normal group, 30% for Vt. C group, 26.58% for yoga group, and 43.66% for Vt. C with yoga group; the increases in TEAC among groups were not significantly different. Serum malondialehyde (MDA) concentration of the normal group increased by 10% during 12 weeks of experiment while that for the Vt. C, yoga, and Vt. C with yoga group were significantly decreased by 25%, 32.14%, and 33.87%, respectively (p<0.05) compared with the normal group. Neither yoga, Vt. C supplementation nor combined program for 12 weeks were effective enough to change the serum lipid profiles compared with the normal group. In conclusion, Vitamin C supplementation or regular yoga practice seems to have health promoting effects of retarding the oxidative stress by decreasing lipid peroxidation in middle-aged woman.

        This study in movement analysis as a result of have extracted the following conclusions. 1. It was disclosed that all subjects released the bar at almost some angle, Once back somersault was released angle 86°∼92°, and Twice back somersault at angle 85°∼86°. 2. It was disclosed that a performer would diminish the body angle of himself in order to speedily swing the second round than first while perporming twice back somersault. 3. The power which canthrust the trunk of a performer was originated when swinging speedily and having small shoulder angle as soon as release-the hands and this power can thrust the center of his weight. And by doing so, I think that the somersault can be nicely performed. 4. Somersault should have the power of thrusting feet while swinging because this power can originate other power which can originate other power which can perform second round. I belive that only round-speed accelerated by the falling power can round third or fourth somersault. 5. While once back somersault has much angle difference with angle 26°∼45° from the bar, twice back somersault perform first-round at almost same point as angle 32°∼34°. But the angle of second-round(O_3) has much difference with angle 32°∼4°. This fact, we think is the differentia of round-speed.
