블록체인 특성이 소비자 수용의도에 미치는 영향 : 블록체인 서비스 유형의 조절효과를 중심으로

본 연구는 블록체인 기술의 고유한 특성을 규명하고 각 특성이 사용자의 수용의도에 미치는 영향이 블록체인 서비스 유형(금융, 게임)에 따라 어떻게 달라지는가를 살펴보고자 하였다. 기술수용이론을 토대로 블록체인 특성(탈중앙성, 보안성, 익명성)과 지각된 유용성, 지각된 사용용이성, 수용의도 간의 관계와 이들 간의 관계에서 서비스 유형의 조절 효과를 분석하기 위하여 구조방정식 모델링을 이용하였다. 실증분석 결과는 다음과 같다. 탈중앙성과 익명성은 지각된 유용성과 지각된 사용용이성에 긍정적인 영향을 미쳤고, 지각된 유용성과 지각된 사용용이성은 수용의도에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 확인되었다. 또한 보안성이 수용의도에 미치는 영향력은 게임서비스보다 금융서비스에서 더 큰 것으로 나타난 반면 익명성이 수용의도에 미치는 영향력은 금융서비스보다 게임서비스에서 더 큰 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구의 결과를 바탕으로 기업들이 블록체인 서비스 개발과 사업화의 성공 가능성을 높일 수 있는 시사점을 제안하였다. The purpose of this study is to identify the unique characteristics of blockchain technology and to study the effect of this characteristic on user acceptance. In addition, this study attempted to examine whether the influence of blockchain characteristics on consumer acceptance varies by the type of service such as finance or games. Based on technology acceptance model, This study used structural equation modeling to analyze the relationship between the characteristics of the blockchain (decentralization, security, anonymity), perceived usefulness, ease of use, acceptance intention, and the moderating effect of service types. The results showed that decentralization and anonymity had a positive effect on perceived usefulness and ease of use, and perceived usefulness and ease of use had a positive effect on acceptance intention. In addition, security has a greater impact on financial services than game services, and anonymity has a greater impact on game services than financial services. These results provide implications that many companies can increase the likelihood of success by taking them as a major consideration when commercializing blockchains and developing services.

한국에서의 기본소득도입을 위한 우선순위 설정에 관한 연구: AHP 방법론을 적용하여

본 연구는 한국에서 기본소득도입의 우선순위 설정을 위하여 사회복지정책연구자 27명을 대상으로 연구모형 및 대안들에 대한 중요도 인식을 AHP방법론을 통해 분석하였다. 분석결과, 무조건성을 기반으로 이자, 배당, 증권 및 부동산 양도차익 등에 대한 고율의 조세부과, 등록 장애인, 1인당 최저생계비수준, 재분배를 중시하는 복지집합주의 전략이 각 요소별 중요한 대안으로 판단되고 있었다. 그리고 각 대안들의 통합적인 중요도를 분석한 결과 가장 중요한 3가지는 재분배를 중시하는 복지집합주의, 이자 등에 대한 고율의 조세부과, 1인당 가처분 소득의 50% 수준의 급여지급으로 나타났다. 이러한 연구결과에 기반하여 향후 한국에서의 기본소득 도입의 기본방향 및 우선적 제도 틀이 제시되었다. This paper`s aim is to establish the priority of a basic income scheme in korea. To do this, AHP(Analytic Hierarchy Process) was conducted to social welfare professor 27 in korea, and identified the difference of professors`` perceived weight among the each elements and alternatives in the research model. The results showed that: judging on based of unconditionality, they weighed 1) imposing a higher tax on interest, dividend, stocks etc, 2) the handicapped in enrolment 3) the standard of minimum cost of living per capita 4) a welfare collectivism for focusing on redistribution. And a synthesize analysis on 17 alternatives and their weight were deduced: a welfare collectivism, a higher tax on interest, dividends etc, the standard of a disposable income 50% were followed orderly, Based on these results, the basic direction and a priori framework for introducing a basic income scheme was suggested.
