글로브 밸브는 고압의 배관 내 흐르는 유체 제어에 뛰어난 밸브의 한 종류이다. 글로브 밸브의 유로 차단은 바디 내부에서 시트와 디스크의 접촉으로 인해 이루어지는데 이 때 밸브의 조립공차 또는 고압으로 인해 시트와 디스크의 중심축이 어긋나 시트 파손 및 누설이 일어나기 쉽다. 이를 방지하기 위하여 본 논문에서는 시트 내부에 그루브를 설계하고, 유한요소해석을 통해 그루브의 형상과 치수에 따라 각 시트에 발생하는 응력과 변형을 비교하였다. 구조 해석 결과 보 형상의 이중 그루브를 가진 시트에서 밸브 파손 및 누설 방지에 효율적인 자가 중심축 정렬 효과를 확인할 수 있었다. Globe valve has exceptional controlling performance for fluid flowing from inlet of pipeline to outlet under the high pressure condition. Globe valve can block off flow by contact between seat and disk which are component in valve body. At this moment, assembly tolerance or high pressure condition makes a central axis of disk dislocated. It can not only damage to seat but also causes a leakage of valve. In this paper to reduce these problems, a seat with groove designed and analyzed its stress and deformation when they are under pressure depending on groove shape and dimension by FEM. As structural analysis result, a seat with double square groove having a high deformation in z-axis direction is validated the self-central-axis alignment effect to avoid damage and anti-leakage of valve.

A globe valve used usually under the high pressure condition is easy to make a fluid leak for structural problem despite precise process. In this paper, a designed valve having a groove at the inside of seat decreases deformation toward outside through structural bending. Hence, it will be helpful on anti-leakage of valve. With finite element method, in order to confirm anti-leakage of a valve the effect of process parameters on the deformation was performed by optimal design of experiment. Furthermore, the suggested valve figured out about its efficiency comparing with common seat.
초등학생의 창의성 계발을 위한 방안으로서 아이디어 생성 및 검토 단계에 창의적 사고 기법을 도입한 문제 해결 프로그램의 가능성 탐색

Studies showed that elementary school students had difficulties in the idea generation for creative problem solving, and they were also not to go through with the verification process for selecting idea. Thus, it may be more effective to provide an actualized idea generation and verification methods. In this study, we developed the creativity problem solving program with the attribute listing and PMI skills in the idea generation and verification stages respectively and applied it to six groups consisting of 5th elementary school students. We analyzed the creativity and the verbal interactions among the students at the level of interaction units. The analyses of the results revealed that the problem solving program with the creative thinking skills had significant effects on the fluency and originality that were sub-elements consisting creativity. In the analyses of interaction unit, the frequencies of the ``making suggestion`` at the idea generation stage were high. And at the idea verification stage, the frequencies of the ``making suggestion`` and ``receiving opinion`` were high. Educational implications of these findings were discussed.
글로브 밸브의 누설방지를 위한 시트 설계 및 유한요소해석

밸브는 배관의 유량을 차단 및 제어하기 위한 장치로써 게이트 밸브, 글로브 밸브, 체크 밸브 등 많은 종류가 사용되고 있다. 그 중 글로브 밸브는 고압력 조건에서의 유량조절이 용이하여 LNG 선박, 증기 배관 등에 사용된다. 본 논문에서는 글로브 밸브의 누설 문제를 구조적으로 해결하기 위해 시트의 형상을 변형하는 방법을 제시하였다. 또한 유한 요소 해석을 통해 각 모델의 응력분포와 변형량을 비교하고 이를 통하여 제안한 모델에 대한 검증을 진행하였다. 시뮬레이션 결과 제안된 모델에서 원주 방향의 변형이 줄어들고, 누설을 감소시킬 수 있는 Self-supporting 효과를 확인할 수 있었다. The valves used to control or shut off the flow through a pipeline can be divided into many different types, including gate valves, globe valves, and check valves. Globe valves, in particular, have excellent properties, and because they can easily control the flow under high-pressure conditions, they are generally used in LNG ship and steam pipelines. In this paper, a method for changing the shape of a seat was suggested to solve the valve leakage problem from a structural perspective. In addition, the stress distribution and directional deformation were compared for each model. The suggested models were thus validated, and the optimized seat structure, which includes a self-supporting capability for decreasing the amount of leakage, was determined.
Valve Seat Design for Full Contact Effect Using Grey Relational Analysis

A glove valve regulates the flow in a pipeline as a kind of control valve. However, when the disc and seat contact, the valve structure can be distorted and flow can leak due to the elongation of the valve material under high pressure. The surface texture is not good enough to seal the contact surface (in practice) because the lapping process is usually done manually. Furthermore, assembly performance is analyzed by structural analysis. Compared with a standard seat, the newly designed seat had a smaller radial deformation and a larger longitudinal deformation. Therefore, the newly designed seat can maintain a tight and uniform contact with the disc with a reduced radial deformation and an expanded available seal area with an increased longitudinal deformation. The seal performance of the glove valve has been improved in a cost-effective manner.
