동북아 지역에서 한중 양국이 FTA를 체결한 것은 동 지역에서 타국과의 자유무역협 정(FTA)체결에 상징적 역할(예를 들어 협상 중인 한중일 FTA)을 함으로써 동북아 경제 번영에 기여할 수 있다. 한중 FTA 협상 과정에서 농산품 교역은 민감한 이슈였고, 한국 은 상대적으로 농산품 시장을 개방하여 농산품 관세를 크게 낮춰 중국 농산물의 한국 수출에 큰 영향을 주게 되었다. 주요 연구 내용은 한중FTA 하에 (1) 중국 농산품의 대한국 수출 현황, 변화, 비교우 위 등 분석, (2) 미중 농산품의 한국 시장 경쟁력 비교 분석, 한국 시장내 지위 분석, 미중 농업 경쟁력 비교 분석, 한국 시장에서의 미중 농산물 경쟁력 비교 분석, 한미 FTA가 중국 농산물의 한국 수출에 미치는 영향 분석, (3) 한중 FTA를 계기로 중국 농산품의 대한국 수출에 직면한 주요 문제를 귀납적으로 밝히고 중국의 대응책을 제시 하였다. 주요 연구결과는 한중 FTA 체결 이후 (1) 중국 농산품의 한국 농산품 시장에 대한 수출증가율이 상승하고, 중국농산품의 대한국 수출구조가 변화했다는 점, (2) 미국이 한국 농산물 시장에서 중국의 최대 경쟁자이며, 미국 농업이 중국보다 경쟁력이 있으 며, 미국 농산물이 한국시장에서 중국 농산물에 비해 더 경쟁력이 있다는 점, (3) 한미 FTA가 중국농산품의 한국 수출을 저해할 수 있다는 점 등이다. 현재 한중 FTA 발효에 따른 농산품 세금 인하로 중국 농산물의 한국 수출 확대 효과 가 나타나고 있고, 앞으로 한중 FTA 규정에 따라 한국산 농산물 수입관세가 잇달아 철폐되면 중국이 한국에 수출하는 농산품 규모 확대 효과는 더욱 커질 것으로 보인다. China and South Korea are the first and only countries in Northeast Asia to sign a bilateral free trade agreement. This has played a leading role in the signing of free trade agreements in other countries in Northeast Asia (such as the China-Japan-Korea FTA under negotiation), which is beneficial to The prosperity and development of Northeast Asia's economy. In the negotiation process of the China-Korea Free Trade Agreement, agricultural trade has always been a sensitive topic. After the China-Korea FTA is signed, South Korea will relatively open its agricultural product market, and the tariffs on agricultural products will be greatly reduced, which may have a greater impact on the export of Chinese agricultural products to South Korea. Therefore, it is necessary to study this. The main research contents of this paper include the following points: (1) Analyze the status quo, changes and comparative advantages of Chinese agricultural products exports to Korea under the background of China- Korea FTA. (2) A comparative analysis of the competitiveness of Chinese and American agricultural products in the Korean market under the background of China-Korea FTA, including the analysis of the market position of Chinese and American agricultural products in Korea, the comparative analysis of Sino-US agricultural competitiveness, and the comparative analysis of the competitiveness of Chinese and American agricultural products in the Korean market And the impact of the US-Korea FTA on Chinese agricultural exports to South Korea. (3) Summarized the main problems faced by China’s agricultural exports to South Korea under the background of China- Korea FTA, and proposed China’s countermeasures. The main research conclusions of this paper include the following points : (1) After the signing of the China- Korea FTA, the growth rate of China’s agricultural exports to South Korea has increased significantly, and the structure of China’s agricultural exports to South Korea has also changed. (2) The United States is China in South Korea. The biggest competitor in the agricultural product market, American agriculture is more competitive than China, and American agricultural products are more competitive than Chinese agricultural products in the Korean market. The US-Korea FTA will also hinder the export of Chinese agricultural products to Korean agricultural products. The current tariff cuts on agricultural products caused by the entry into force of the China-Korea FTA have made the effect of the expansion of Chinese agricultural products export to South Korea effective. In the future, as the import tariffs of South Korean agricultural products will be gradually cancelled in accordance with the provisions of the China-Korea Free Trade Agreement, the scale of China’s agricultural exports to South Korea will expand The effect will be more significant.
