The effects of Nb and Cr addition on the microstructure, corrosion and oxide characteristics of Zr based alloys were investigated. The corrosion tests were performed in a pressurized water reactor simulated-loop system at $360^{\circ}C$. The microstructures were examined using OM and TEM, and the oxide properties were characterized by low-angle X-ray diffraction and TEM. The corrosion test results up to 360 days revealed that the corrosion rates were considerably affected by Cr content but not Nb content. The corrosion resistance of the Zr-xNb-0.1Sn-yCr quaternary alloys was improved by an increasing Nb/Cr ratio. The crystal structure of the precipitates was affected by a variation of the Nb/Cr ratio. The Zr-Nb beta-enriched precipitates were mainly formed in the high Nb/Cr ratio alloy while $Zr(NbCr)_2$ precipitates were frequently observed in the low Nb/Cr ratio alloy. The studies of oxide characteristics revealed that the corrosion resistance was related to the crystal structure of the precipitate.

The locking is the most widely-used concurrency control mechanism for guaranteeing logical consistency of a database where a number of transactions perform concurrently. In this paper, we propose a new lock management method appropriate for main memory databases. Our method chooses the partition, a fixed-sized container for records, as a unit of locking, and directly keeps lock information within the partition itself. These make our method enjoy the following advantages: (1) it has freedom in controlling of the trade-off between the concurrency and locking overhead by considering the characteristics of given target applications, (2) it enhances overall system performance by eliminating the hashing overhead, a serious problem occurred in the traditional method.

본 연구는 인적자원관리 시스템 강도의 세 가지 하위요인(독특성, 타당성 및 공정성)이고성과작업시스템과 기업성과 간의 관계를 긍정적으로 조절하는 효과를 실증적으로 검토한다. 인적자본기업패널(HCCP) 4차년도 기업수준자료로 고성과작업시스템을, 4차년도 근로자수준자료를 통합하여 인적자원관리 시스템 강도의 하위요인 자료를 구축한 후, 5차자료에서 제공하는 한국신용평가(KIS)의 기업성과 자료를 종속변수로 투입하여 조절회귀분석을 실시하였다. 분석결과는, 인적자원관리 시스템의 세 가지 구성요인들이 모두 고성과 작업 시스템과 기업성과의 관계를 긍정적으로 조절하고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과는 인적자원관리 시스템의 내용적 측면을 구성하는 고성과작업시스템은 조직성과 향상을 위한 필요조건의 지위를 가지며, 인적자원관리 시스템의 과정적 상태를 의미하는 인적자원관리 시스템 강도는 성과향상을 위한 충분조건이라는 점을 시사한다.

This paper describes two different systems which can compensate harmonic currents generated in the power system. As non-linear loads increase gradually in industry fields, harmonic current generated in the electric power network system also increases. Harmonic current makes a power network current distorted and generates heat, vibration, noise in the power machinery. Many approaches have been applied to compensate harmonic currents generated in the power network system. Among various approaches, in this paper, two kinds of approaches are compared and evaluated. They are flywheel compensator based on secondary excitation of wounded rotor induction motor(WRIM) and primary excitation of squirrel cage induction motor(SCIM). Both systems have a common structure. They use a flywheel as a energy storage device and use PWM inverters.

본 연구에서는 퍼지추론을 이용한 동영상의 패턴인식에 관한 방법을 고찰하였다. 이동벡터의 추출은 차영상 기법을 이용 하였으며 이동물체의 동일성 판별 파라미터는 면적, 둘레, A/P비율 및 굴곡점으로 하였다. 휘도가 600 Lux-1600 Lux의 변화를 가질 때 기준영상으로부터 추출된 파라미터들의 최대 오차를 구하여 퍼지화 데이타를 생성하였다. 이동물체의 동일패턴 여부를 판정하기 위하여 퍼지 생성 규칙을 만들었으며 MIN-MAX 합성연산과 Yager function을 이용하여 시변영상의 파라미터와 기준 파라미터의 유사도를 계산 하였다. 제안된 방법의 타당성을 위하여 현장실험을 하였으며 동일패턴 인식결과 오차는 10% 미만이었다. Recently, fuzzy inference has found a wide variety of applications fanging from industrial process and image analysis to medical diagnosis. The importance of fuzzy inference derives from the fact that almost all of human reasoning is approximate in nature. This paper proposed a method of pattern recognition of dynamic image by the fuzzy inference. This method can be adapt the variation value of parameter due to the brightness change. The shape information parameters used area, perimeter, a/p ratio and vertex. Fuzzified data is generated from reference parameter and membership function is made by using this fuzzified data. Generation rule is made for the purpose of performing fuzzy inference using these reference parameters and extracted parameters. Identity decision is performed between membership function of reference parameter and extracted parameter's membership function using max-min operation. Experimental results showed that decision error was less than 10% in the real field.

The purpose of the study was to examine the relationship of velocity of running to three factors which may influence this velocity. These factors were: 1) the angle 10 which the leg is raised in front of the body. 2) the length of two strides (a cycle) 3) the angle that the leg makes with the ground at point of touchdown. Intercorrelations were computed between these variables. Data for this study were obtained by film analysis of 19 「I」 city representative runners of varrying degree of skill. Statistically significant intercorrelations (p<.05) were observed between all variables except between mean angle of leg lift and mean angle of leg at touchdown.
