Conclusion The subject of this paper was 10 national team judokas, 30 high school judokas, and 30 college judokas. The examination lasted 14 months for national team judokas, and 12 months for high school and college judokas. The results were shown in the figures 4,5, and 6. Above results show that judokas train themselves through rational exercise prescription which resulted from the physical fitness test. High school judokas need training prescription along with technical training since their Physical fitness grows much. It is effective that judo Physical fitness enhancement should contain physical fitness training program including judo techniques. Suggestions 1. In this paper the number of tested index was limited. So the other indexes should be studied in the future. 2. For the enhancement of contest capacity, mental and psychological traing is required besides the basic physical fitness training and judo physical fitness training. 3. Kinesiological study of judo techniques and movements is to be done for the enhancement of competition capacity.

We measured rest HR blood pressure, boots lactate, blood fat in male 132, female 98, total 230 on purpose of developement of exercise prescription model to improve and maintain the health, physical strength and our altimate goal is to increase work efficiency and occupational persons condition. To evaluate exorcise function and work capacity we did exercise test using exercise program and measured maximun oxygen up take and simultaneously individual physical constitution and physical strength was meassural. "There for in the course of scientific systematic efficiert program and efficient exercise prescription model studying" "We tried analysis of working jogging terdmil test cycle ergometar physical condition, physical strength of sexs and ages for adapt to individual health and exercise capacity. The HR was dicreased in proportion to inclosing blood pressure and blood pressure was higher in male but incresing rate was higher in female." All so cholesterol and triglycerine were higher in male and incresing rate was higher in female. Body fat was relatively higher in female but incresing corpare to other physical strength but paralleisem and flexibility showed large, dicreasement, physical strength was showed in sexual differences in proportion to ageing. This study's significance is basic guide for further study by conpare to occupational person's health state and phsycial strength in sexes, ages. Particulary we sertain that this model minized chronic hypokinetic phenomenon and various pathologic phenomenon for the maintenance of all occupational persons.
格技種目 選手의 Personality 特性에 관한 硏究

This study was performed in search for the personalities of the martial arts including Judo, taekwon-do, wrestling, boxing, weight-lifting etc, in collelge. 142 collegiate students were selected for the object. The result can be summarized as follows : 1. In sociality I (Family), Judo players had average quctient of 8.65(9.30%) and weight-lifting players showed 11.67%(9.48%) in average. 2. In sociality II (associates), Taekwon-do players showed 15.81 (9.19%) and wrestlers showed 22.03(9.40%) in average. 3. In conformity, Jodo players showed average quotient of 9.54(9.35%) and boxers had 11.14(19.52%). 4. In adaptability, weight-lifting players, showed average quotient of 14.98(± 6.16) and wrestlers had 21.33(9.63%). 5. In Mood, Taekwon-do players showed average quotient of 12.06%(9.20%) and wrestlers showed 16.29(9.46%). 6. In Emotional stability, Judo players, weight-lifting players and Taekwon-do players showed average quotient of 13.14(9.35%) 13.22(9.36%), and 13.54(9.37%), and boxers and wrestlers showed (9.66±5.12) and 18.31 (±4.89). 7. In leadership, Each of Taekwon-do players and weight -lifting players showed average quotient of 13.37(9.27%) and 13.68(9.29%), and Judo players and wrestling players showed each 15.10(9.48%) and 15.09(9.47%).
