        There have been many empirical reports that market option prices and theoretical one have discrepancies. Except the constant elasticity of variance model of Cox, all theoretical model used a one-parameter diffusion coefficient. A two-parameter function has been adopted to see whether we can have a better theoretical model. A regular and a weighted nonlinear least squares methods have been developed. And a numerical method with a finite difference technique is used. The exercise price biases can be reduced substantially. And to our surprise, parameters of the gold futures options are relatively stable than that of equity options.

        리조트 호텔의 물리적 환경이 고객만족도와 재방문의도에 미치는 영향 - 제주지역 리조트 호텔을 중심으로 -

        This study aims to investigate whether the physical environment of resort hotels affects customer satisfaction and revisit intention. The following conclusions were drawn. The physical environment of the H1 resort hotel will have a significant impact on customer satisfaction. Although the research was conducted in the process of COVID-19 and was not compared to before COVID-19, it is very meaningful to conduct research in Jeju, which is in the spotlight as a domestic travel destination due to the ban on overseas travel due to COVID-19. Resort hotels need to focus on promoting by emphasizing the scenery, internal facilities, convenience and comfort of hotels in the process of attracting hotel customers in the future. In the past, if the employee's service served as an important variable in the hotel's human service sector, it is necessary to keep in mind that the importance of the physical environment has become more prominent in recent years. As a result of the study, resort hotels have a very high correlation between the physical environment, customer satisfaction, and revisit intention, so resort hotels need to promote by emphasizing the hotel's landscape, internal facilities, and convenience and comfort in hotels in the future.

        호텔관광 산업체 현장실습이 현장실습생의 만족도와 진로결정에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구: 제주, 강원권 중심의 호텔을 대상으로

        This study is to investigate whether on-site training in industries affects the satisfaction and career decision of field trainees, and a questionnaire was distributed to hotel experiences and trainees in Jeju and Gangwon in consideration of COVID-19. As a result of multiple regression analysis with three components of field training, field training satisfaction factors, and career determinants, H1 was adopted as it was found that among the field training components, the company program had a significant effect on the training satisfaction of hotel trainees. H2 was found to have a significant effect on career decision-making among the components of field practice, and H2 was adopted. In H3, it was found that the satisfaction of field trainees had a significant effect on career decision-making. Therefore, as a result of this study, it is found that the correlation between field practice and career decision is very high, so universities need to strengthen field practice more in the future.

        This Study examined the opinion survey of the experts on Tourists Hotels as introducing the traditional culture medium-low price hotel brand concepts. Using a Delphi technique, the study identified the need of the traditional culture medium -low price hotels brand concepts. A Delphi technique analysis was then applied to examine two factors. One is the operational departments and the other is the non-departments. A valid and reliable 35 items(1round) and 47 item of scale(2-4round) was developed using four round independent samples consisted of the experts on Tourists Hotels.

        Reliability of machines is very important in almost all manufacturing systems. For a high productivity, an efficient maintenance and repair system is essential. The effective management of inventory to plan and compensate for this reliability is also important. Iravani et al considered the problem of simultaneously managing inventory and scheduling repair crews to repair failed machines. We extend their results to a system of M heterogeneous machines and 2K repair crews, where each machine produces a different type of item. We use two models to compute optimal base-stock policies in systems with identical machines, where FCFS or priority repair policies are used. We can get some interesting results which show that simple policies for determining finished goods inventory levels and repair crew assignment to failed machines.

        Sobel and Zhang worked for inventory policies for systems with stochastic and deterministic demand. They proved that if there is stock in the system, a modified (s,S) policy is optimal with a setup cost to meet the stochastic demand. If there is a smoothing cost instead of the setup cost, the problem corresponds to a standard model with one source of demand. On the other hand, Cohen et al. studied the service constrained (s,S) inventory systems with priority demand classes and lost sales. They treated excess demands as lost sales with a deterministic lead time. They derived an approximate, renewal-based model with Markov-chain. They also develop a greedy heuristic which minimizes expected costs subject to a fill-rate service constraints. We extend the latter results to a general priority model using the idea of the former work, We can get an approximate (s,S) priority demand system and evaluate an effective heuristic for a general priority optimization.

Because of The Food Service-Industry, personality, style of service, menu price, and management call for particular critera in site selection, It is difficult to make a decision in site selection. First of all, Before we make a decision in site selection, we have to study on location selection of the Food Service-Industry. Generally speeking. There are three kinds of method in the location-selection. The first is the location break-even analysis. The Second is the Checklist method. The method of this study is an analogue method. With this objective, the first pert of this study is a theoretical examination of the locatiom selection. For the purpose of the study, we examine the most profit Z restaurant. And then, we are looking for Z restaurant (similiar to Z restaurant). For the analysis in this study, we make use of the many situational factors, such as age, income, location, accessibility and so on.

        Andradottir et al. worked for a dynamic server assignment policies that maximize the capacity of queueing networks with flexible servers. Flexibility here means that each server may be capable of performing service at several different classes in the network. They assume that the inter-arrival times and the service times are independent and identically distributed, and that routing is probabilistic. They deduce the value of a tight upper bound on the achievable capacity by equating the capacity of the queueing network model with that of a limiting deterministic fluid model. They construct particular server assignment policies, called generalized round-robin policies, that guarantee that the capacity of the queueing network will be arbitrary close to the computed upper bound. We extend their results to a two-tier priority model. We can get the maximum service capacity, the best policy for servers to route classes, an upper and a lower bounds for customer service capacities of two kinds of priorities
