스파이럴 라인을 이용한 마이크로스크립 원형 슬롯 안테나

본 논문에서는 스파이럴 형태의 급전선을 갖는 마이크로스트립 원형 슬롯 안테나를 제안하였다. 이 구조는 편심 스파이럴 안테나를 평면적으로 구현한 것으로서, 주빔이 안테나 평면에 수직한 방향을 향하지 않고 기울어져 있으며 주빔의 방향으로 원형 편파를 갖는다. 또한 주빔의 방향이 주파수 변화에 따라서 ${\theta }$ 와 ${\phi }$ 방향으로 일정하게 변하므로 동작 대역 내에서 주빔의 방향을 예측할 수 있다는 장점이 있다. EM 시뮬레이션을 통하여 설계변수에 따른 안테나의 특성변화를 고찰하였으며 최적의 설계방법을 제시하였다. 최적화 된 구조는 1 octave 이상의 주파수 대역에서 주빔 방향으로 3 dB이하의 축비를 가진다. A novel microstrip circular slot antenna fed by a spiral line is presented in this paper. This antenna is a planar equivalent structure of an eccentric spiral antenna generates a circularly-polarized wave. We have investigated the input impedance and radiation characteristics of this antenna by using an EM (electromagnetic) simulator, and obtained a design method [or optimum structure. The main characteristic of the antenna is that the main beam direction is off-normal to the antenna plane and moves linearly into ${\theta }$ and ${\phi }$ direction as the frequency increases. This feature allows one to predict the main beam direction easily for a given operating frequency. This antenna has axial ratio lower than 3 dB in the direction of main beam over one octave bandwidth.

The purpose of this study was to examine functional capacity of patient who have had meniscus repair and to investigate effect of a 16weeks rehabilitation program on knee function and lysholm score. Sixteen patient divided into two groups, ie; early rehabilitation group(ERG) and 6weeks later rehabilitation group(LRG). ERG participated in the rehabilitation program in two or three days after the surgery. LRG participated in the rehabilitation program in 6weeks after the surgery. Statistical techniques for data analysis were independent t-test and paired t-test. The significant level of probability was p<.05. 1. In 60°/sec, 180°/sec there was significant change peak torque of the uninvolved knee extensor in ERG(p<.05)(p<.01). In 60°/sec, 180°/sec there was significant change peak torque of the involved knee extensor in ERG(p<.01)(p<.001) and LRG(p<.01)(p<.05). In 180°/sec there was significant change peak torque of the uninvolved knee flexor in ERG(p<.05). In 60°/sec, 180°/sec there was significant change peak torque of the involved knee flexor in ERG(p<.05)(p<.01). In 60°/sec there was significant change total work of the uninvolved knee extensor in ERG and LRG(p<.05), whereas, 180°/sec only increase in ERG(p<.01). In 60°/sec, 180°/sec there was significant change total work of the involved knee extensor in ERG(p<.05)(p<.01) and LRG(p<.01)(p<.05). In 60°/sec, 180°/sec there was significant change total work of the uninvolved knee flexor in ERG(p<.01). In 60°/sec, 180°/sec there was significant change total work of the involved knee flexor in ERG(p<.01). In 60°/sec, 180°/sec there was significant change average power of the uninvolved knee extensor in ERG(p<.05). In 60°/sec, 180°/sec there was significant change average power of the involved knee extensor in ERG(p<.05)(p<.001) and LRG(p<.05). In 180°/sec there was significant change average power of the uninvolved knee flexor in ERG(p<.01). In 60°/sec, 180°/sec there was significant change average power of the involved knee flexor in ERG(p<.01). In 60°/sec there was significant change deficient of uninvolved/involved knee extensor in ERG(p<.05) and LRG(p<.01), whereas, in 180°/sec only increase in ERG(p<.01). In 60°/sec, 180°/sec there was no significant change deficient of uninvolved/involved knee flexor in both groups. 2. Lysholm scores after the meniscus repair increased significantly in both groups(p<.01).
척수손상 환자의 신체부위별 체수분 분포 및 안정시 에너지 소비량 분석

The purpose of this study was to analysis the change of body composition, segmental total body water and resting energy expenditure in Long term spinal cord injured adults using segmental bioelectrical Impedance analysis and Automatic Gas Analyzer. The subjects were composed of 44 spinal cord injured adults and healthy adults man. The results were as followings: 1. Total body water(TBW) was lower in SCI patients than healthy adults man, especially decreased TBW was mainly due to decreased extracellular water. Also, the protein, mineral, and skeletal muscle mass was lower in SCI patients than healthy adults man but % body fat was higher in SCI patients than healthy adults man and a significant difference between groups(p<.05). 2. BMI(Body Mass Index), PBF(Percent Body Fat) and WHR(Waist-Hip Ratio) parameter was higher in SCI patients than healthy adults man, and a significant difference between groups in BMI and PBF(p<.05). 3. segmental total body water(STBW) was lower in SCI patients than healthy adults man, and a significant difference between groups in lower limbs(p<.05). 4. The electrical resistance in whole body and at each body part was higher in SCI patients than healthy adults man. Even though in the upper limbs there is no difference between groups, there is a difference between groups in the whole body and lower limbs(p<.05). 5. Resting energy expenditure(REE) was lower in SCI patients than healthy adults man and a significant difference between groups(p<.05).
소규모 외식산업에서 개인특성, 기업가정신, 경영성과간의 관계에 대한 실증적 연구

본 연구에서는 소규모 외식산업 창업자의 개인특성, 기업가정신, 경영성과간의 관계를 실증적으로 살펴보고 프랜차이즈 가맹점 창업자와 비가맹점 창업자와의 비교를 통한 차이점및 유의성을 알아보고져 한다. 기업가정신이 외식산업을 혁신적으로 경영할뿐 아니라 기업의 경영성과도 증대시킨다는 연구결과들은 많이 보고 되어지고 있다. 따라서 본 연구는 창업자의 개인특성과 기업과정신과의 관계를 살펴보고 아울러 소규모 외식창업에서도 기업가정신이 경영성과에 유의한 영향을 미치는지를 확인하고 프랜차이즈 가맹창업과 비가맹창업에 비교를 통하여 창업형태에 따른 기업가정신이 경영성과에 미치는 영향을 살펴보고져 한다.
척수손상 부위에 따른 체구성 요소 및 에너지 소비량의 차이 비교

The purpose of this study was to analysis the difference of body composition, segmental total body water and resting energy expenditure according to spinal cord injury levels. The subjects who were composed of complete quadriplegia and paraplegia patients were tested by using multifriqency and segmental bioelectrical Impedance analysis and Automatic Gas Analyzer. The results were as followings: 1. Total body water(TBW), extracellular water, intracellular water, protein, muscle mass and body cell mass was lower in complete quadriplegia than paraplegia patients. There was significant difference between two groups(p<.05). However bone mineral content and % body fat was higher in complete quadriplegia than paraplegia patients and has no significant difference between groups. 2. BMI(Body Mass Index), thigh circumference was lower in complete quadriplegia than paraplegia patients and % body fat, waist circumference and WTR(Waist-thigh Ratio) parameter was higher in complete quadriplegia than paraplegia patients. However there was no significant difference between two groups. 3. segmental total body water(STBW) was lower in complete quadriplegia than paraplegia patients. Also it showed significant difference between two groups except left leg(p<.05). 4. The electrical resistance in whole body and at each body part was higher in complete quadriplegia than paraplegia patients. Also it showed difference between two groups except lower limbs. 5. Resting oxygen uptake, respriation exchange ratio, fat free mass and resting energy expenditure(REE) was lower complete quadriplegia than paraplegia patients in difference between two groups.
걷기운동이 비만을 가진 만성요통 여성 환자의 요부 근단면적의 구조와 기능적 변화에 미치는 영향

The purpose of this study was to find out the walking exercise on structural of lumbar cross-sectional area and functional change in chronic low back pain women patients with obesity. Thirty-two subjects divided to CG(n=10), TEG(n=10), WEG(n=12), all group had been examined using body composition, CT, lumbar flexibility, VAS. The exercise has been done 4times a weeks for 10weeks. The results are as followed: First, in the change obesity indices is significant to TEG & WEG than CG after post-test, however WEG is the most significant to improve. Second, in the change cross sectional area on lumbar is significant to TEG & WEG than CG after post-test(p<.001), however TEG is the most significant to improve. Third, in the change lumbar flexibility & MVAS is significant to TEG & WEG than CG after post-test, however lumbar flexibility is the most significant to improve in TEG, VAS is the most significant to improve in WEG. These results suggest that walking exercise in chronic low back pain women patients with obesity effect of obesity indices, lumbar cross-sectional area, flexibility, pain.
