속도향상을 위한 완화곡선 형상 변경과 궤도 중심 변화에 대한 분석

기존선의 주행속도 향상을 위하여는 직선과 반경이 큰 곡선반경의 새로운 노선을 건설하는 방법이 좋으나 재원을 고려하여 완화곡선 형상을 변경하는 방법을 적용할 수 있다. 본 논문은 부설캔트량 증대로 완화곡선의 길이와 형상 변경시 궤도의 선형 변화, 수평이동량, 공사비 및 열차주행성능에 관한 연구이다. 완화곡선 형상 변경의 다양한 방법중 3차포물선을 유지하는 4가지 방법과 사인반파장 형상으로 변경하는 방법에 대하여 분석하였다. 곡선반경과 교각에 따른 캔트량과 한계속도를 계산하여 분석한 결과 수평이동량은 곡선반경과 교각이 클수록 커지는 경향을 보였다. 이 방법들의 속도 증가는 약10%로 유사하나, 수평이동량은 각 방법별로 매우 다르며 원곡선중심고정법(C Type)과 사인반파장 적용 방법(D Type)이 작게 분석되었다. 공사비는 A, B-1, B-2 Type이 1.1~1.6배 더 소요되는 것으로 분석되었다. 기존선 구간에서 완화곡선 형상을 변경하고 최대캔트량 적용한 선형으로 열차주행성능을 평가한 결과 표정속도가 약 10% 향상되는 것으로 분석되었다.

교육과정의 개발과 운영에 관한 권한의 크기는 사회의 정치 문화적 체제와 깊이 관련된다. 미국, 영국, 호주 등과 같이 지방분권적인 체제에서는 교육과정에 관한 권한도 학교에 대폭 이양되고 있으나,우리나라와 같은 중앙집권적인 체제에서는 교육과정에 관한 권한도 중앙에 집중되어 있는 경향을 보이고 있다. 교육적 성취를 목표로 하고 있는 교육과정의 계획과 운영 및 평가는 그것이 어느 수준에서 이루어지든 그것에 참여하는 기관과 사람들의 결정과 행위에 의해 만들어지고 운영 평가된다.

This study aims to know the application possibility of integrated curriculum in the university`s general education. Therefore, this study have researched ① the meaning of general education and the necessity of integrated curriculum, ② the concept of integrated curriculum and the method of it`s approach, ③ the organization of integrated curriculum and cases of it`s application, ④ possibilities of arrangements for integrated curriculum, and it`s problems. The general education at the university is to let student to broaden the width of understanding for human being, Society and nature, thus to have comprehensive views of the world. Needless to say, it enables to own the resources of the leadership, but also it prepares the foundation of the fundamental ability which is necessary in every majors in the future. From such viewpoint, we reaches the conclusion that at least the university`s general education must to be dealt to approach form the standpoint of integrated curriculum rather than the sectionalism approach. Thus in the universities of many country there appeared many endeavors to apply the integrated curriculum at least in the general education courses. However, in the university`s general education, the application of the integrated curriculum have yet many problems. Those are the conciousness of professors who are experienced by scholarship centered tradition, problem of lecture method, tendency of student that sectional scholarship is valuable, the mistaken idea of the general public that everyting which has more depth more useful, etc. In spite of the above mentioned problems, for the purpose of general education in the course of university education if we are to admit that the application of integrated curriculum is meritorious and effective, we must search for the organization of the content of integrated curriculum and the application.

이 연구는 교육과정과 교과서 및 교사용 지도서를 중심으로 하여 개발과정에 포함되어야 할 평가 관점과 관점별 준거를 밝히고자 하는데 목적이 있다. 이 연구에서는 교육과정을 학습자의 교육적 성취에 직결된 모든 수준의 교육 계획으로 보았다. 따라서 이 계획에는 정부가 고시하는 교육과정과 국정 및 검인정의 교과용 도서가 포함된다. 위와 같은 교육과정의 개념적 틀을 전제로 하여 이 연구에서 다루게 되는 문제 영역은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 교육과정의 계획을 위한 설계 과정이 합리적으로 되어 있는가? 둘째, 교육적 성취를 위한 교육목표의 설정은 타당한가? 셋째, 문화 요소로서의 교육내용 선정과 조직은 바르게 되어 있는가? 넷째, 교육과정 시행을 위한 편성 운영 지침은 필요한 사항을 포함하고 있는가? 다섯째, 학생용 학습 자료로서의 교과서는 학습을 유도할 수 있는가? 여섯째, 교사용 교수 자료로서의 지도서는 수업에 도움을 줄 수 있도록 되어 있는가? 이 연구는 위의 문제 영역 각각에 대하여 평가 관점을 마련하고, 다시 평가 관점별로 국가 수준, 지역 수준, 학교 수준에서 교육과정을 개발하고, 교과서와 지도서를 개발 및 재구성하는데 필요한 평가 준거를 제시하였다. 제시된 평가 관점과 준거는 교육과정을 연구·개발하고, 운영·평가하며, 교육과정 자료의 질적 수준을 제고하는데 도움이 될 것이다.

초ㆍ중등학교 특기ㆍ적성 교육 활동의 운영 실태 및 개선 방향

특기?적성 교육 활동은 학생의 소질과 적성 계발 및 취미와 특기 신장을 위하여 설정된 활동이다. 이 활동은 교육 개혁의 사교육비 경감 방안의 하나로 제안되고 현재 전국 대부분의 초?중등 학교에서 시행되고 있다. 본 연구는 이러한 특기?적성 교육 활동이 초?중등학교에서 어떻게 실시되고 있는가를 분석하고, 그 개선방향을 모색하는데 목적을 두었다. 본 연구의 결과를 보면 특기?적성 교육 활동에 대해서 그 필요성을 인정하나 실제 초?중등학교에서의 운영에서는 많은 문제가 나타나고 있으며, 효과에 대해서도 교사들은 부분적인 견해를 보였다. 특기?적성 교육 활동이 현장 학교에서 잘 이루어지기 위해서는 먼저 시설과 기?교재 등의 교육 여건을 구비하는 일이 필요하고, 교사의 업무부담 경감과 학생의 자유시간 확보가 선행되어야 한다는 결론을 내릴 수 있다. 특히 교육개혁안이 현장 학교에서 성공적으로 적용되기 위해서는 교육의 특성을 기반으로 해야 하며, 대?내외적인 요인의 파악과 대응, 결과에 대한 긍정적?부정적 영향 등이 충분하게 고려되어야만 한다. 'Talent and aptitude education' is an activity which focuses upon the development of different talents, merits, interests, etc. of different students. It also aims at diminishing educational cost for private lessons by incorporating a wide range of educational activities into schools. The purpose of this study is to analyze the reality of current talent and aptitude education, and to make suggestions for its enhancement. The study shows that administering (time scheduling, instruction, evaluation, etc.) of talent and aptitude education is problematic, however agreeable its ultimate goal may be. In real practice, teachers express their skepticism about its positive effects, especially considering that they have to cope with formidable barriers such as their overloaded school works, deficient facilities, materials, and equipments, and so forth. Therefore, the study concludes that we should be more prudent; we have to take as many relevant factors as possible into consideration, and to restructure them if necessary, in order for talent and aptitude education as a part of educational reform to be successfully implemented.
