양식우렁쉥이의 年中 月別肥滿度와 化學成分을 測定하여 加工適性을 調査한 結果는 디음과 같다. 1. 肥滿度는 4∼7月과 10∼12月에 높다. 2. 蛋白質은 3∼6月과 8∼11月에 含量이 많아 各各 5.9∼6.8%와 6.5∼8.4%었다. 그리고 灰分도 같은 期間에 약간 높았다. 脂質은 8月과 12月에 含量이 많았으며 各各 2.45%와 2.7%였다. 글리코겐含量은 3∼5月과 9∼10月에 많았으며 各各 7.3∼7.8%와 5.2∼6.0%였다. 3. 肥滿度 및 化學成分 測定 結果로서 加工適期을 判斷한다면 3∼6月이 가장 適合한 時期라고 볼수 있다. This study was attempted to establish the basic data for evaluating the processing suitability of Cynthia roretzi which is one of the most tasty sea foods in Korea. The results are as follows: The moisture content was increased from November to January. From this period to March, moisture was decreased and increased again from April. Protein content was high from August to November and lipid content was relatively high from June to February. From March to May the content of glycogen was 7. 3 to 7. 5 percent. From this period to February glycogen was decreased rapidly. By the results of condition index and chemical composition of Cynthia roretzi, the suitable harvest season as raw materials for processing seems to be from March to June.

두만강유역 개발 및 환경보호를 위한 다자협력의 현황과 과제 : 동아시아 지역거버넌스 모델분석

두만강유역 개발 및 환경보호를 위해 국제기구들, 동북아 중앙정부 및 지방정부들 그리고 NGO들이 함께 협력해 오고 있다. 다만 이 다자간 협력사업이 추진된지 10년이 경과되지만 개별국가들 각자의 개발이 주를 이루는 것이 아쉬운 점이다. 따라서 좀더 활발한 공동의 개발협력이 필요한 시점이다. 향후 과제로는 두만강유역과 동북아에 여전히 긴장이 남아있는 데다 두만강계획에 참여하는 회원국과 관심을 갖고 있는 집단들의 기대를 충족시키기 위해 훨씬 구체적인 결과를 도출해내야 하며 그러기 위해서는 회원국간 네트워크를 더욱 강화할 필요가 있다는 깃이다. 그런데 공식적인 회의에서의 정보교환은 매우 제한적인 만큼 비공식적인 의견교환이 회원국간 네트워크 형성에 더 효과적이라고 UNDP는 지적했다. 아직은 다자협력을 저해하는 정치, 경제적 요인들도 존재한다. 그러나 본 연구에서 고찰 했듯이 이 사업이 동북아지역에서는 본격적인 다자간 협력사업이고 이미 10여년간 진행되면서 여기에 국제기구가 나섰고 환경보호에는 시민단체가 나섰다. 따라서 동북아시아지역에서 두만강유역 개발 및 환경보호를 위한 다자간 협력은 비록 대규모 프로젝트는 아니지만 지역 경제협력 Governance의 한가지 케이스라 할 수 있다. 탈냉전, 세계화, 지방화 및 시민사회 활성화와 맞물리면서 국제사회의 협력은 다자간 형태를 취하고 중앙정부 외에 국제기구, 지방정부 및 시민사회가 같이 어울리는 형상이다. 본 연구는 두만강 케이스를 통해 동아시아지역에서 국제기구를 포함해서 多者가 협력하는 East Asian Governance의 모델형성 가능성을 제시하고자 했다.

작품을 통해 고찰한 술과 음주에 대한 박지원(朴趾源)의 관념

연암 박지원(燕巖 朴趾源)은 술과 음주 관련 상징 및 메타포를 그의 소설 작품 전반에 걸쳐 폭넓게 활용했다. ‘마장전’, ‘양반전’, ‘김신선전’, ‘광문자전’, ‘우상전’, ‘호질’, ‘허생전’ 등 그의 소설 중 7편에서 술과 관련된 묘사가 등장하며, 각각 내용의 전달에 있어서 중요한 의미 를 가지는 장치나 도구로 활용되고 있다. 그의 소설 작품 속에서 술은 사귐을 위한 도구로 이해되기도 하고, 특별한 관계를 상징하 는 장치로 기능하기도 한다. 술은 이익과 귀함의 아이콘으로 등장하기도 하고, 현실적 제약 에 직면한 입장에서의 도피수단으로 활용되기도 한다. 자유방달한 삶을 사는 이인(異人)들을 묘사하기 위한 장치로도 활용되며, 담담하고 자연스러운 일상을 상징하기도 한다. 한편 연암 은 술의 해악에 대하여도 인지하고 경계하고 있음 또한 그의 글들 속에서 읽어낼 수 있었다. 여러 사료들을 종합하면 연암은 스스로 어느 정도 술을 즐겼거나 다소 관대한 면이 있었던 것으로 보이나, 당시 사회개혁적 실학자로서 직면했던 한계로 느꼈을 답답함을 고려해보면 그의 작품에 술과 음주를 자주 묘사했던 연암의 복잡하면서도 복합적인 감정 중 짐작되는 면 도 있다할 것이다. 이 연구는 많은 한계가 있으나, 술과 음주에 관하여 연암의 관념과 가치관을 연합하여 박 지원 연구에 대한 가치를 다양화했다는 점에 의의를 두며, 추후 관련 연구가 지속되기를 기 대한다. Yeon-am Park Ji-won used alcohol and drinking-related symbols and metaphors extensively throughout his novels. In 7 of his novels, such as 'Majangjeon', 'Yangbanjeon', 'Kimsinseonjeon', 'Gwangmunjajeon', 'Usangjeon', 'Hojil', and 'HeoSaengJeon', descriptions related to alcohol appear in 7 of his novels, and each It is being used as a device or tool with an important meaning. In his novels, alcohol is sometimes understood as a tool for socializing, and sometimes functions as a device to symbolize a special relationship. Alcohol appears as an icon of profit and preciousness, or it is used as a means of escape from a position facing realistic limitations. It was also used as a device to describe intellectuals living a hosy and free life, and it also symbolizes a calm and natural daily life. On the other hand, Yeon-am was aware of and wary of the harms of alcohol, and we could read through his writings. Combining various historical sources, it seems that Yeon-am enjoyed alcohol to some extent or was rather generous. Considering the frustration that he felt as a social reformist at the time, there is a sense of complexity and complex emotions of yeonam, which often depicts alcohol and drinking in his work. Although this study has many limitations, it is meaningful in that it diversified the value of Park Ji-won's research by uniting Yeon-am's ideas and values regarding alcohol and drinking, and it is expected that related research will continue in the future.

This study was designed to observe the effects of feeding dietary fiber on the improvement of the lipids and the fatty acid metabolism in liver in dietary hypercholesterolemic rats. Experimental groups with 5% level of cellulose(A group as control group), chinese cabbage root(B group), tora stalk(C group) and sweet potato stalk(D group) were adminstered to the male rats of the Sprague-Dawley for 4 weeks. The results obtaind are as follows. Concentrations of total cholesterol, triglyceride and phospholipid in liver were significantly lower in the all experimental groups than in the control group, particularly, the lowest in the B group. Concentrations of free cholesterol and cholesteryl ester in liver were lower in the B group than in the other groups. In the fatty acid composition of total lipid, phospholipid, triglyceride and cholesteryl ester in liver, oleic acid in the MUFA was major fatty acid. From the above result, the feeding of chinese root was effective on the improvment of the lipid composition in liver.
