감국추출물들이 사염화탄소 유발 간독성에 미치는 효과 : induced hepatotoxicity in Rat

The effect of Chrysantemum indica on CCl_4-induced hepatotoxicity was investigated. We examined the effect of methanol extract of Chrysantemum indica by biochemical analysis and histopathologic examination. ALT and AST levels were decreased by 5.1% and 1.3% in pretreatment group of Chrysantemum indica compared to CCl_4 control group respectively. There were significant changes neither in the level of total protein, albumin, alkaline phosphate, triglyceride and cholesterol nor in BUN and creatinine. In histopathologic examination, there were severe necrosis and hemorrhage with infiltration of inflammatory cells around the central vein, zone 3 of the liver with CCl_4 treated rat. Ballooning degeneration of hepatocytes were frequently noted in the periphery where the hemorrhagic necrosis. In Chrysantemum indica pretreatment group, we observed mild degree of ballooning degeneration and inflammatory cell infiltration. No gross necrosis was observed. We measured malondialdehyde(MDA) formation by thiobabituric acid method. It was shown that the formation of MDA in Chrysantemum indica pretreatment group was decreased compared to the CCl_4 control group. We got the result of the effect of Chrysantemum indica oon CCl_4-induced hepatotoxicity by decreasing serum ALT and AST. It seems that the decrease of lipid peroxidation is related to the recovery effect.

I produced follosing results by Acanthopanax chiicanensis NaKai water extract to the antifatigue effect. 1. When I injected hexobarbital subcutaneously, the order of intensity was; water extract 100㎎/㎏ group, 75㎎/㎏ group, 50㎎/㎏ group, 25㎎/㎏ group. 2. When I injected pentothal subcutaneoulsy, the order of intensity was; water extract 100㎎/㎏ group, 50㎎/㎏ group, 75㎎/㎏ group, 25㎎/㎏ group. 3. When I injected cocaine subcutaneously, the order of intensity was; water extract 100㎎/㎏ group, 75㎎/㎏ group, 50㎎/㎏ group, 25㎎/㎏ group. 4. When I administrated meprobamate orally, the order of intensity was; water extract 100㎎/㎏ group, 75㎎/㎏ group, 50㎎/㎏ group, 25㎎/㎏ group.

Total ethanol extract of chinese drugs was administered to mice for 4 weeks (small dosage group) and 3 days (large dosage group), and its antifatigue effects and hepatonic activities were compared with those of P. ginseng and A. sessiliflorum. 1. In the long-term administration of extracts, the swimming performance peaked at 2 weeks, and the recovery effects on the intoxicated liver appeared to be significant in the extracts of P. officinale, P. cocos and A. cochinchinensis among tested chinese drugs. 2. The large dose administration of extracts gave high improvement of recovery effect on the intoxicated liver.

4개소의 인공수정센터로부터 돼지정액을 제공 받아 돼지정액 중에 서식 중인 미생물을 순수분리하고, 그 미생물에 대한 항생제 감수성 검토를 행하였다. 2006년 7월과 9월에 채취한 시료의 원액에서 각각 3.6×10^(2)~2.6×10^(9) 및 3.8×10^(2)~5.5×10^(3)의 콜로니가 나타났으며, 희석정액의 보존일 수가 길어질수록 총균수가 많은 것으로 나타났다. 돼지정액 중에서 검출된 미생물로는 Bacillus sp., Staphylococcus sp. 및 E. coli와 같은 세균이 대부분이었으며, 그 이외에 Pseudomonas sp. 및 Norcardia sp. 등의 미생물들이 검출되었다. 이들 미생물에 대한 여러 종류의 항생제 감수성을 검토한 결과 enrofloxacin과 neomycin은 분리한 모든 미생물에 대하여 감수성을 나타내었으며, cefoxitin과 norfloxacin은 Norcardia sp.을 제외한 다른 미생물에 감수성을 나타내었다. Bacterial contaminants from boar semen, which was provided by the different 4 Artificial Insemination Centers in Korea, were isolated and investigated for antibiotic sensitivity. Bacterial flora were 3.6 × 10^(2) ~ 2.6 × 10^(9) CFU/mL and 3.8 × 10^(2) ~ 5.5× 10^(9) CFU/mL from raw boar semen collected from the period June ~ July to August ~ September 2006, respectively. Total viable cells of diluted boar semen were increased according to storage period. Isolated microbes were mostly detected as bacterial cells such as Bacillus sp., Staphylococcus sp. and Escherichia coli, followed by Pseudomonas sp. and Norcardia sp. All the microbes isolated from boar semen were sensitive to antibiotic enrofloxacin and neomycin. Norcardia sp. was only resistant and the others cells were sensitive to antibiotic cefoxitin and norfloxacin.

The induction of risk assessment article in Food Sanitation Law has led to outstanding change and development in our country's food safety management system. It can be mentioned a turning point of the times that of course demand development of methods to work in the government together as well as related-technical development for scientific food risk assessment. Risk profile business of food risk element becomes the product for checking our current coordinates in the globalization times and induces improving working method to form the base of scientific risk management. It is a fact that there were many waste elements caused by methods difference to work in the meantime even though it was more than 10 years to take in risk assessment technology for food in the government. It is expected to try to promote cooperated working atmosphere to solve a problem faced by seeing same window for the fields of risk management and risk assessment through risk profile business promotion. Whether risk assesment accomplish or not is decided with consultation for risk manager and risk assessor through risk profile making and examination and the concrete information to hope for what is confirmed through risk assessment will become recognize together.
