닥나무의 飼料價値에 關한 硏究 : 第Ⅲ報. 닥나무잎의 給與가 離乳仔豚의 成長-育成-肥育에 미치는 影響 Ⅲ. Effect of feeding of leaves on growth-growing-finiching of the weaning pigs

本 試驗은 山地에 自生하는 닥나무를 本 大學附屬牧場 空閒地에 移植 栽培하여 生産된 잎과 粗皮를 粗飼料로서의 利用性을 究明하고저 잎을 離乳仔豚의 成長―育成―肥育豚에 給與하여 增體에 미치는 影響을 究明하고자 同腹 育成豚 7頭를 供試하여 64日간에 걸쳐 晋州農林專門大學 畜産科豚舍에서 試驗을 實施한바 다음과 같은 결과를 얻었다. 1. 增體量은 配合飼料 單飼區 보다 配合飼料+닥나무잎 給與區에서 多少 높았으나 有意性(P>0.05)은 認定되지 않았다. 2. 飼料效率은 配合飼料 單飼區(3.3)보다 配合飼料+닥나무잎 給與區(3.2)가 多少 좋게 나타났다. 3. 試驗區의 經濟性 分折 結果는 配合飼料+닥나무잎 給與區가 配合飼料 單飼區에 比해 若干 減少 되었는데 飼料費로 煥算하면 1㎏增體當 14원 정도 節減되었다. 4. 닥나무잎의 嗜好性은 좋았고 健康狀態도 生理學的으로 正常이었다. This experiment was carried out determine the yield, feeding value for pigs of the leaves and rhytidome of Broussonetia kasinoki sieb, which were transplanted on the college experimertal farm from the mountainous area. The feeding value of leaves fed liberally to growth growing finishing of weaning pigs was determined under the restricted feeding in which the daily allowance of formula feed was 4% of body weight. The pigs of same litter were alloted three and four number into the control and experimental group and under the feeding trial for 64 days. The results obtained were summarized as follows; 1. The body weight gain for 64 days was averaged 33.5㎏ and 36.0㎏ in the control and experimental pigs respectively. However, there was found no signifficant (P>0.05) difference in gain between both the groups. 2. The feed conversion was improved slightly in the experimental group(3.2) as compared with the control(3.3) 3. The liberal feeding of the green leaves resulted in the decrease of about 14 won in the feed cost for 1㎏ body gain of the growth-growing-finshing pigs. 4. The leaves were found pala table to the pigs and the pigs fed the leaves were found to be normal physiologically.

This experiment was carried out determine the yield, chemical composition and feeding value for pigs of the leaves and rhytidome of Broussonetia kazinoki Sieb. which were transplanted on the College Experimental Farm from the mountaneous area. The feeding value of the leaves fed liberally to growing-finishing pigs was determined under the restricted feeding in which the daily allowance of formula feed was 3% of body weight, compared with 4% in the controls. The pigs of same litter were alloted in egual numbers into the control and experimental group and under the feeding trial for 2 months. The results obtained were summarized as follows: 1. The annual yield of green leaves of Eroussonetia kazinoki Sieb. grown on the College Experimental Farm was everaged about 2,000㎏/10a. 2. The chemical composition of the leaves was determined on the dry basis as follows: crude protein: 11.4%, crude fat: 4.74%, crude fiber: 32.33%, crude ash: 13.43% and nitrogen free exteracts: 37.16%. 3. The chemical composition of the rhytidome was determined on the dry basis as follows: crude protein: 13.43%, crude fat: 5.94%, crude fiber: 33.19%, crude ash: 13.60% and nitrogen free extracts: 27.26%. 4. The body weight gain for 2 months was averaged 33.8㎏ and 36.2㎏ in the control and experimental pigs, respectively. However, there was found no significant (p>0.05) difference in gain between both the groups. 5. The feed conversion was improved slightly in the experimental group (3.2) as compared with the control(3.8). 6. The liberal feeding of the green leaves resulted in the decrease of about 60 won in the feed cost for 1㎏ body gain of the growing-finishing pigs. 7. The leaves were found palatable to the pigs and the pigs fed the leaves were found to be normal clinically.

미꾸리의 養殖技術 開發에 關한 硏究

본 연구는 미꾸리를 인공부화하여 생산된 부화치어를 단기간 사육한 후 논에 방양사육하여 성장률 및 생존율을 조사하고 사육기간을 단축하여 양식농가의 소득증대에 기여하고 나아가 보다 효율적인 양식기술을 개발하고자 본 연구를 실시하였다. 본 연구에서 얻은 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 1. 부화치어의 3주 사육후의 생존율은 각 처리구 별로 사육후 1주까지는 유의적(P<0.05)인 차이가 없었으나, 2주째에는 T1구가 22.5%로서 다은 처리구에 비하여 유의적(P<0.05)으로 생존율이 낮았으며, 3주째에도 T1가 6.1%로서 유의적(P<0.05)으로 낮았다. 2. 부화치어의 3주동안 성장율은 사육 후 1 및 2주일까지는 처리구 간에 유의적(P<0.05)인 차이가 없었으나, 3주께에는 T1구가 성장율이 가장 낮았으며(P<0.05), 반면 T3가 유의적(P<0.05)으로 성장율이 빨랐다. 3. 치어를 3주간 사육후 3개월간 벼논에 방양사육 후 조사한 성장률은 사육후 1 및 2개월 까지는 사육방법간에 유의적(P<0.05)인 차이가 없었으나, 3개월째에는 수온을 26℃로 조절한 처리구가 7.8±0.4g으로서 자연 상태의 5.72±0.6g보다 성장률이 유의적(P<0.05)으로 빨랐다. 본 실험 결과로 볼 때 부화후 1주 동안은 윤충을 급여하고 2주 부터는 물벼룩을 3주째까지 급여한 후 벼논에서 약 3개월동안 방양 사육하면 당해년도에 출하가 충분히 가능함을 확인하였다. This study was carried out to develop technology of culture of Korean loach (Misgurnus Aguillicaudatus). The investigated was viability, body weight of early 3 weeks and body weight of later 3 months feeds in rice field. The results obtainde in these experiments were as follows : 1. The viability of hatched loach from 1 weeks feeds was 92.7 to 98.2% treatment groups respectively. No significant (P<0.05) difference were found in the viabile rate, but viability at 3 weeks was T1(6.1), T2(77.0). T3(78.2), T4(77.5) and T5(78.6%), respectively, and significantly (P<0.05) different between the treatment groups. 2. The body weight of hatched loach at 3 weeks feeds was higher (P<0.05) in T3 group. 3. The body weight in rice field from 3 months was 7.84±0.4g (water temperature controlled at 26℃ group) and 5.72±0.6g (natural temperature group).

This experiment was conducted to investigate the effects of the additions at the level of 1% Briquette ash (B), sand (S), and formula feed(C). on egg weight, egg production rate, feed conversion and egg quality with a total of 60 pieces Laying hen for 3 treatments during the experimental period of 168 days from May 4, 1983 to Oct. 12, the same year at the brooding laboratory, Dept. of Animal science, Jin Ju Agricultural and Forestry Junior Technical Collage. The results obtained are summarized as follows: 1. The agg production rate at Laying peak period was highest in the B plot and there were significant (P<0.01) difference between the others expect C and B, and at Laying middle period was highest in the B plot and there were significant (P<0.01) difference between the B and S and there were significant(P<0.05) difference between the others plot. 2. Average egg weight at Laying peak and Laying middle period was heavy in the order B(63.50, 65.21), S(63.24, 64.83) and C(62.96, 64.73)(p>0.05) 3. The feed conversion at Laying peak period was B(2.20), S(2.30), C(2.33), and at Laying middle period was B(2.36), C(2.49) and S(2.56). 4. The yolk weight at Laying peak and Laying middle period was heavy in order of C(19.29, 19.21), B(19.17, 19.09) and S(19.15, 19.01), albumen and egg shell weight and thickness was nonsignificant(P>0.05) difference between all the plot.

A study of normal hemograms of swine, the blood samples of 6 swines(Duroc-Jersey 120 days-age) were studied in a hope th establish normal hemograms of swine. this swine were raised at the farm in Jin-ju Agricultural & Forestry Junior Technical College. The results of this study are summarized as following. 1. The Erythrocyte value was 7.9±0.17×10 exp(6)/㎣. 2. The Leukocyte enumeration was 19.7±1.26×10 exp(3)/㎣. 3. Hemoglobin concentration was 10.3±0.87gm/100ml. 4. Percentages of white blood cell were Neutrophile 38±3.94, Lymphocyte 53.75±1.96, Monocyte 3.05±1.00, Eosinophil 3.77±0.88 and Basophile 2.47±1.17%.
