디지털 경제의 도래와 이동통신 발전방향

본 협회에서는 지난 9월 7일 그랜드 하얏트호텔 로터스룸에서 "제8회 정보통신 포럼"을 가졌다. 이날 포럼에서는 조정남 SK텔레콤(주) 사장이 '디지털경제와 이동통신 발전 전략'이라는 주제로 발표를 가졌다. 매달 업계 CEO를 초청, 다양한 의견을 듣는 정보통신 포럼은, 제8회를 맞아 백여 명이 참가, 디지털 경제시대의 전략에 대한 토론이 이어졌다. 이날 발표내용을 요약, 정리한다.

The year of 1956 was the watershed of post-Stalin ideological change in the U.S.S.R. In the Central Committee's report to the Twenieth Party Congress-the first congress held after Stalin's death-Nikita Khrushchev announced a series of doctrinal innovations affecting particularly the line of Communist Marxism on international relations and the further development of the world communist revolution. These doctrinal changes was centered in the general idea that communism can spread in the world by peaceful means, without "export of revolution" (i, e., the use of armed force to impose communist revolutions from without) or internal civil war. From this time, the "peaceful" communist revolutionary ideas was used to an important take-over tactics among the communist nations. In the wake of the Russian revolution of February 1917, which over-threw the Tsar, Lenin's party attempts to enact the violent revolutionary scenario. After they took power in October, however, their efforts to raise revolts in other countries had little success, the revolutionary outbreaks in Hungary and Germany were abortive, and the venture in revolutionary war in Poland in 1920 ended in failure. Therefore, it was not surprising that the theory of the world communist revolution underwent significant modification in the movement of thought from classical to communist Marxism. Indeed, patterns of non-violent change have assumd ever greater importance in communist theory and practice, particularly when we deal with the fairly centemporary scene, they are given commensurate attention. Even in the optimal situtation of co-existence as defined by the communist, however, violence plays a crucial, if de-emphasized, role. We fell that the option of violence continious to be of major importance to communist strategy. In short, we must remind that peaceful coexistence and peaceful revolution can never embrace "ideological co-existence," i.e., that the ideological gulf between communist and noncom munist societies remains unbridged and unbridgeable.

D,L-1-Aminoethylphosphonic acid의 생물학적 기능 연구

생후 40±5일된 젖 떨어진 Albino Rat 암수 각각 30마리를 크게 Alanine(AL)과 Aminoethyl phos phonic acid(AEP) group으로 나누고 각 group을 다시 각각 2group으로 나누어 ?? ?? Alsninr 0.1%, Alanine 0.2%와 ?? ?? AEP0.1%, ?? ?? AEP0.2% 合 8 group으로 나누어 14주동안 실험한 결과의 요약은 다음과 같다. 단백질효율과 뇨중 질소배설량에 어떤 유의적인 차이가 없음으로 AEP도 다른 일반적인 Amino acid와 같은 정도로 체내에서 이용됨을 알수 있다. AEP의 첨가로 인한 체내 P의 이용율의 변화유무를 판정하기 위하여 뇨중 P의 함량을 측정한 결과 모든 group 사이에 유의성이 없었으므로 Alanine 첨가 group에서나 AEP첨가 group에서나 같은 정도로 체내에서 이용됨을 알 수 있으나 AEP첨가로 인한 dietary phosphorus함량이 높음으로 인하여 체내 보유량이 많다는 것을 알 수 있으며 이는 blood phosphorus 함량측정을 해본 결과와 일치함을 알 수 있다. 간질소함량을 측정하여 본 결과 AEP 첨가가 간질소 함량을 높일 수 있으며 0.2%쪽이 더 많은 양을 간에 보유시킬 수 있다는 것을 알았다. 간지방 함량도 간질소 함량과 같은 경향으로 나타났으며 조직검사로 fat lumps을 발견할 수 없었으므로 AEP 첨가가 fatty liver의 요인은 될 수 없다는 것을 알 수 있다. Amino acid의 생물학적 가치와 Amino acid의 조성사이에 현저한 관계가 있어 양적으로 충분한 단백질을 섭취한다 하더라도 섭취한 단백질이 함유하고 있는 Amino acid의 종류 및 각종 Amino acid의 비율에 따라서 소화에 현저한 차이가 있어 생물학적 기능이 다르다는 것이 Oser와 그외 여러 학자들에 의하여 보고되었다. 이 보고에 비추어 보아 0.2% diet에서 Amino acid장내 흡수시 imbalanced condition을 초래한 것으로 본다. 끝으로 처음부터 끝까지 아낌없는 지도를 하여 주신 金淑喜선생님께 감사를 드리며 직접 간접으로 많은 편의를 도모하여 주신 박일화 학장 선생님의 厚意에 謝意를 表합니다. 또한 본 실험을 협조하여 주신 식품 영양학과 실험실 여러분께 감사드립니다. Since 1959 B-aminoethylphosphonic acid was discovered in the living organism, the biosy-nthesis and biological functions of aminophoshonic acds have been extensively studied. The author designed and carried out this study for 14 weeks to find out the metabolic function of Ethylamino-phosphonic acid (AEP) and its utilization in the living body. Sixty rats, thirty males and thirty females aged 40±5 days were divided into two parts, one for Alanine supplemented as contol group and the other for AEP as experimental group to compare metabolic pathway of ordinary amino acid with that of AEP. Both alanine and AEP groups were divided into two subgroups according to the level of supplements, 0.1% and 0.2% of the diet. The major components of the diet in this study was composed of 20% Casein, 72% sugar, 4% fat, 4% salt mixture and all kind of vitamins in adequate amount. For comparison of biological values between experimental and control groups in terms of body weight, urinary nitrogen, creatinine excretion and final body weight, there were no statistically significant differences in these respects. This meant AEP could be utilized in the body as much as alanine could. Urinary phosp-horus excretion was determined by developing the blue color to read on the Spectronic 20. Statistically insignificance in the urinary phosphorus excretion between experimental and control groups was observed in spite of the supplementation of phosphorus of AEP for experimental group in the diet The level of blood phosphorus was higher in experimental group than that in control group, this result supported above result. In the analysis of fat and nitrogen contents in the liver, AEP group showed slightly higher than control group in both respects. But it was noteworthy 0.2% AEP group in both sex were higher than 0.1% AEP in liver fat content. Histological examinations of gastroin-testinal tract, liver, lung, spleen, heart, adernal glands, kidney, and sex organs showed no changes in all groups included in this study. The group supplemented higher level of diet by alanine 0.2% and AEP 0.2% stayed on less body weight gain and lower liver weight. This result could be interpreted that amino acid imbalanced condition was arose in the body.

A vena sativa , known as oat, has been reported to improve the moisture levels of facial skin. However, effects of Avena sativa on pigmentation and facial flush have not been investigated. This study verify the efficacy of a cream containing Avena sativa extracts on skin pigmentation and facial flush. This clinical efficacy experiment employed 10 females above the age of 35 selected a randomized and double-blind clinical trial. They were instructed to use a cream containing oats extracts as a major ingredient on one side of their face and a cream without oats on the other side. A Robo Skin Analyzer (CS50, Inforward Inc, Japan) was employed to identify the impact of the oats cream on the pigmentation and hot flush of their facial skin. The experiment was conducted for 4 weeks after use of the two creams. the pigmentation located on the side affected by oats extract had lightened by 38.21% after 4 weeks and the hot flush decreased by 65.97% after 4 weeks use. In addition, throughout the duration of the experiment, side effects such as erythema, edema, scaling, itching, stinging, burning, tightness, and prickling were not observed. These results manifested Avena sativa extracts affect to reduce human facial pigmentation and flush, introducing as a cosmetic ingredient.
