植物生長調節劑 2,4-D 및 2,4,5-TP 의 處理가 대추나무의 生理的 落果에 미치는 影響

This experiment was conducted to know the effectilve measure for prevention of the physiolo-gical fruit dropping in jujube tree by spraying of the plant growth regulators such as 2,4- D and 2, 4, 5-TP at the different concentraions and different spraying frequencies at Kuii, Wanju, Jeon puk. The results were as follows; 1. The percentages of the early fruit dropping in the application of 2,4-D and 2,4.5-TP at 10 ppm and I5 ppm were significantly higher than that of control plot. 2. The applications of 2,4-D and 2,4,5- TP at the rate of 5 ppm brought the increase about 2.5 times on fruit setting, compared with that of control plot, 3. The applications of 2,4-D) and 2,4,5-TP have no effect on the size and weight in Jujube fruit. 4. The application of 2,4,5-TP accelerated the ripening of Jujube fruit 2 or 3 days than control plot. ]But no difference was observed in the case of 2,4-D.

Peperomia의 Callus 形成 및 器官分化에 關한 硏究

Peperomia "Green Gold"의 葉柄切片을 使用하여 生長調節物質을 달리한 Schenk and Hildebrandt's 基本培地에 培養하였던 바 그 結果를 要約하면 다음과 같다. 1. Kinetin 2.5mg/ℓ+NAA 0.5mg/ℓ區와 Kinetin 1mg/ℓ+NAA 0.5mg/ℓ區에서 Callus形成이 가장 旺盛하였다. 2. 形成된 Callus로부터 不定根의 分化는 Kinetin 1mg/ℓ와 NAA 2mg/ℓ가 組合된 區에서 가장 旺盛하게 나타났다. 3. 誘起된 Callus에서 莖葉의 分化는 Kinetin 4mg/ℓ+NAA 0.2mg/ℓ區 및 Kinetin 2mg/ℓ+NAA 0.2mg/ℓ區에 가장 效果가 있었다. 4. 1個의 葉柄切片當 50~60餘個體의 幼植物이 分化됨으로서 Peperomia "Green Gold"에 있어 Microprogation의 可能性을 시사한다. Effects of naphthaleneacetic acid(NAA) and kinetin on the growth of calluses, shoots and roots of peperomia 'Green Gold' were investigated in vitro. Petiole segments were cultured on the Schenk and Hildebrandt's medium containing various levels of NAA and kinetin. The results obtained are summarized as follows : 1. The calluses were induced vigorously from Schenk and Hildebrandt's medium supplemented with 1-2.5mg/liter kinetin and 0.5mg/liter NAA. 2. The adventitious roots were differentiated from the calluses that had formed on the medium containing 1mg/liter kinetin and 2mg/liter NAA. 3. The numerous adventitious shoots were initiated from the calluses on a medium containing 2~4mg/liter kinetin and 0.2mg/liter NAA. 4. The potential of micropropagation in the production of peperomia 'Green Gold' seems to demonstrate, since 50-60 plantlets have been produced from a single petiole-segment.

The successful causes and results of Gwangjong's reformative politics are in substance as follows. The successful causes of Gwangjong's reformative politics are kwangjong's prominent nature and commoners' confidence in kwangjong. That is to say, he had propelling power, judgement, and decisiveness. On the basis of the ideology of confucian politics, the will and the practice of policy enforcement acquired most commoners' trust. what is the next successful cause of the civil service examination? The men studied Tang China of dissatisfied people of head-rank six raised the propagation of confucian ideology and the necessity of the civil service examination in Silla society. We can guess through Choeyung not only in Kyongiu but also many districts confucian education was a considerable level. The intellectuals who studied at home and abroad had knowledge of Confucianism combined with Kyonhwon, Kungye(弓裔), or Wangkon(王建). They were a help to spread of confucian and the intention of ability society. We can give two successful causes of removal of powerful local gentry. One is slave review act Gwangjong adopted slaves as his supporters, and made informers with slaves. The other is king's guards'arms. Gwangjong elected his guards in jun and Kun. He gave them special treatment. on the other hand they accomplished his orders to rise in the world. In a way Gwangjong's Buddhist policy functions as important cause to eliminate powerful local gentry. That is, Tanmun was a monk was a royal preceptor helped Gwangjong, and national preceptor helped Gwangjong, and helped him preparing idea which fused not only Buddhist community but also common community, We can guess the poor class was protected and sustained through the Buddhist policy of Gwangjong, and they sacrificed their lives for Gwangjong In short, Gwangjong's reformational politics could win success on account of the primary elements which made his reform successful were his propelling power, judgement, decisiveness most commoners' confidence in conducting policy, Confucianism was begun to raise since the last period of Silla, the maturity of atmosphere of the selection of fit persons for higher positions of the chief aim of ability, increase of his guards'arms and monks' and Buddhists' reform support and response, As the result war prisoners' release, the settlement of the civil service examination, most powerful families was purged. In this process young capable literary men and military men could become the ruling class through the civil service examination or military ability, and its door was prepared systematically.

On the ground of Buddhismㆍthe theory of pungsuㆍConfucianism Wang Kon won the confidance of the people and it was conjugated a means for unifying. Wang Kon merged these ideas in a proper way and put them to practical use. For example, Wang Kon told retainers P’yongyang was a very good place on the ground of the theory of pungsu, and he warned them that there natural disaster had occurred because subjects had experienced suffering on the basis of Confucianism. Meanwhile, after he ascended the throne he told subjects he had made a revolution for them, and he would perform politics for them, because they had Wang Kon as the king of them and he would exempt them form taxes and compulsory service for 3years, and he raised their economic status as being tithes taxes. He appointed two thousand out of ten thousand commoners as meritorious retainers. Even in the Kungye administration a lowly person became a general or an actual power. Through appointment of meritious retainers the Wang Kon administration magnified the ruling class, and through ten instructions he told next kings they promoted soldiors of military arts to government posts. As this was succeeded, commoners of military art could become the ruling class even when the civil service exam system was carried into effect. In short, the consiousness of commmoners was growing since the middle period of Silla, and it was influenced by Buddhstic ideasㆍConfucian ideasㆍthe theory of pungsu, and the selfconsciousness of commoners was aroused, and they became the class that leaded a social change. Wang Kon took the spirit of the times and reflected it, and he raised their politicalㆍeconomicㆍsocial status. Especially, commoners of military arts could become the ruling class.
