본 연구는 노인들의 당구활동 참가와 사회적 지지의 관계를 실증적으로 규명하고자 하는데 그 목적이 있었다. 이러한 연구목적을 달성하기 위하여 서울, 경기 지역에 소재하고 있는 노인 복지관에서 당구활동에 참여하는 참여자를 대상으로 하였다. 연구 대상자는 만 65세 이상의 노인을 대상으로 각 자치구의 노인 복지관 등에서 당구활동에 참여하는 사람들로 집락무선표집법을 이용하여 선정하였으며, 설문지는 조사 자료가 누락되거나 불성실하게 응답했다고 판단되는 것을 제외한 121부만을 실제 분석에 사용하였다. 그리고 배부된 설문지는 자기평가기입법으로 설문 내용에 응답하도록 하여 설문지를 완성하게 하였다.이후 완성된 설문지는 본 연구자와 연구 보조원에게 돌려주게 하여 그 자리에서 수거해 왔다. 또한 자료분석은 SPSS 11.0 프로그램을 이용하여 연구의 목적에 따라 신뢰도분석, 요인분석, t-검증, 일원변량분석 및 중다회귀분석을 실시하였다. 본 연구의 자료를 분석한 결과는 다음과 같다.첫째, 인구통계학적 변인과 사회적 지지는 통계적으로 의미 있는 차이가 없었으며, 둘째 당구활동 참가 정도와 사회적 지지 간에도 통계적인 차이는 나타나지 않았고, 셋째 당구활동 참가 정도와 사회적 지지 사이에 통계적으로 의미 있는 관계도 없는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과들은 당구활동 비참여자들을 연구의 대상에 배제시켰기 때문으로 사료되며 후속 연구에서는 참여자와 비참여자들을 대상으로 비교 분석하는 연구가 이루어질 필요가 있다고 생각된다.

The purpose of this study is research to the presentation of Vacational People's sport activity. To meet the purpose, 400 subjects were choiced by random sample. The conclusion as follows. 1) There is no place and time service for sports activities in company. But most peoples have a chance occasionally to play sport activity. 2) The time of sport activity is not punctual so they do when they want to play. 3) In the presentation of employee's sport activity, the portion of table tennis and Tennis is very high. 4) Employee didn't directly to play sport activity but they had represented many interest about it. In case of the man who did direct sport activity, because of no place in the company, they go to private Gymnangium and neighbour school with friend, family or oneself.

After observing and analyzing the perpendicular power(sargent jump) complied with the knee joint angle of 10 colldge level volleyball players, the study results are as follows. 1. As 100˚knee joint angle, the perpendicular power achieved an excellent record. M=6.48cm, SD=6.10. 2. The study shows that there is a slight difference at knee joint angle of 80˚. M=64.7, SD=7.05. As a result the perpendicular power have a personal difference, the most optimal performance could be achieved between 80˚∼110˚knee joint angle.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect on serum lipid lipoproteins, and to prevent & maintain obese & non-obese women’s health by aerobic dance program.The result are follows;1. In the obese group showed significant change in TC, TG, HDL-C, TC/HDL ratio, and LDL-C(P<0.05-P<0.01), while non-obese group showed significant in TC, HDL-C, and LDL-C, but TC and TG did no change significantly.2. The comparison between obese & non-obese group appeared significantly in TC, HDL-C, and LDL-C(P<0.05), but TC and TC/HDL-C Ration did not change significantly.3. Aerobic exercise program can be help to prevent for Corenary Artery Disease.

The effects of aerobic dance exercise with weight training on physical fitness and cardiovascular function were investigated in 10 young ladies. Subjects were devided into 2-types of aerobic dance training groups. One was aerobic dance exercise group, the other was aerobic dance exercise with weight training group. The aerobic dance training regimen involved 12 weeks of 1 session; 40min×2/day 5/week of basic aerobic dance training program at 78~80% of HRmax about(142-1500 beat/min) and audition rehearsal. Aerobic dance exercise with weight training group have worked 6 events of weight training additionally. Exercise intensity was about 75% HRmax10, 3 sets relalively. Changes in physical fitness(strength, endurcnce, power, flexibility) and cardiovascular function(HR, BP, Ve, TV, O₂) were statistically tested by One-way analysis of variance with repeated measures on lime in a condition by training time (before, 12-week). The results obtained are summarized as follows : First, In aerobic dance exercise group, only power of sergeant jump of physical fitness variables indicated to show significant changes. On cardiovascular variables, DBP was decreased significantly. Second, In aerobic dance exercise with weight training group, changes on physical fitness variables, muscle endurance were increased significantly. On cardiovascular variables, TV was increased significantly. Third, In aerobic dance exercise with weight training group showed more positive effects on all variables concerned with physical fitness and cardiovascular function.
