活性化된 企業 또는 活力있는 企業의 特徵은 創業主가 갖는 經營理念이 强하고 明確하게 企業全體에 浸透된 企業이고 經營者가 指向하는 目標 또는 價値觀을 充分히 知得하고 있는 member에 依하여 構成되고 經營者와 企業을 構成하는 member가 一體가 되어 企業의 窮極目標향 向해서 邁進하는 企業이라고 生覺된다. It is deeply considered that the characteristics of the activated or living business are as follows. First, the business philosophy of the owner is Strongly and definitely percolated into the Whole business. Second, every member of the Business fully knows the purpose and value view of the manager. Third, the manager and all the members must be one body and head for the ultimate objective of the business.

企業의 長期的인 立場에서 繼續 成長 發展하기 爲하여 人材確保를 積極的으로 推進해야 하며, 有能한 人材確保를 爲하여 敎育訓練에 投資를 아끼지 않아야 한다. 앞으로의 企業의 敎育訓練은 人間重視의 敎育을 展開함으로서 組織에서 차지하는 人間의 위대성을 認識시키고 健全한 職業觀을 涵養하여 勞使가 모두 主人이라는 事實을 體得하게 하는데 이바지해야 할 것이다. From the far-sighted point of view, it is argued that the industry must make its positive efforts in order to ensure able man-power for its continuous growth and progress and that the industry must make a sufficient investment to the job training of its members. It is also argued that the future job training of the industry must make emphasis on the human aspect and furthermore make its members recognize the greatness of human being and also help them cultivate sound job-view, which makes it possible to understand that the employer and the employees is one some body not the opposite one.
