        高校 地球科學의 探究學習資料 開發과 그 適用에 關하여 : 지질도 작성 및 해석을 중심으로 especially on mapping and interpretation of the geological map

        The purpose of this study is to develop a inquiry learning instrument and to evaluate the effectiveness of experiment in the concept-forming about mapping and interpretation of the geological map. Unfortunately no proper experimental instruments on the content of this study has been utilized in the current domestic Earth Science textbooks. In this study, the geological structure models with 4 different dips were developed. In order to evaluate the effectiveness of the experiment, we prepared a test consisted of 10 problems and compared the test results performed by the control group who conducted the experiments along with regular class with another test results performed by comparative group who participated only regular class without experiment. The control group is consisted of 102 girls high school students in Taegu area, and the comparative group is 104 students. The test results are as follow : ⅰ)The mean of the test results of the control group (X_A) is 7.18, while that of comparative group(X_B) is 6.38. ⅱ)The difference of the test scores between two groups has been turned out to be highly significant at the 0.05 level of significance. (t=3.270 at the criterion for significance, α=0.05 and the degree of freedom, df=206). This suggest that the class learned by the experiment is more effective in the concept-forming of the making and interpretation of the geological map than the class only learned by lectures.

        韓國 白堊紀 慶尙層群의 恐龍足痕

        We observe the dinosaur footprints found in Dukmyeong-ri, Hai-myeon, Goseong-gun, Kyungsangnam-do, particularly the ones along the Sangzok coast in details. A total of 75 Trackways are identified in eight horizons: 63 thackways are for bipedal and the other 13 for quadrupedals The footprints of bipedal measure 22-37cm in length and 20-35cm in width, while the pes of quadrupedal are found to have the dimension of 24-38cm in length and 18-37cm width. The direction of tracks in six horizon shows a trend of nonrandoms.

        "地球科學 敎科書(人文系 高校)의 實驗學習內容의 分析"

        The current Earth Science rextbook in high school was revised in 1979 by the Minsitry of Education. The purpose of this paper is to show the problem of the experiment contents in Earth Science textbook and to provide the reference data of better teaching for teachere. The results obtained in this study are summarized as follows: ① The total number of e-xperiment in 5 kinds of textbook is 97, but the number of common experiment is small. ② The distribution of the number of experiment is large in Unit I & III and small in Unit IV & V relatively. ③ 19 experiments which are considered very important in the current high school Earth Sciense course were selected and presented among out of 97 experiments.

        지구과학(地球科學) 수업(授業)에서 판구조론실험(板構造論實驗)의 적용(適用)에 관하여

        The purpose of the present study is to evaluate the effedtiveness of experiment in the concept-forming, particularly about the plate tectonice. Unfortunately no experiment on the subject is included in the current domestic high school Earth Science textbooks. Thus we select three experiments which are considered to be important for the unit in foreign and domestic Earth Science textbooks. They are experiments of mantle convection, magnetic anomaly pattern across the midocean ridge, plate motion. In orded to inverstigate the effedtiveness of the expirations, we prepare a test consisted of 15 problems and compare the test results performed by the groups who conducted the experiments alon with regular class and the othed, control consis of 54 high school students in Taegu area. The results of the evaluation are as follow; (i) the mean score of the test of the groupe with wxperiment is 9.8 while that of the control group is 7.8 (ii) the difference of the scores between the two groups turned out to be highly significant experiments is more effective in the concept-forming of the Plate Tectonics than the class only learned by lectures.

        島崎藤村과 基督教 : 晩年에 있어서 카톨릭에의 接近

        1893년(명치26) 2월, 도오손은 17세부터 22세까지 5년 간 계속된 신앙생활에서 발을 뺀다. 연보에 “느끼는 점이 있어서 기독교회로부터 탈퇴하다”라고 기록하고 있지만, 그 후 도오손이 교회에 복귀한 기록은 없다. 많은 평자는 이 일을 “크리스트교 절대신 에서 범신론적 자연”에 이행하였다고 말하고, 혹은 “프로테스탄티즘에서 휴머니즘”에 또는 “미적 신 추구, 문학”에 라고 말하지만, 단순하게 작품 속에서 그런 경향이 보였다하더라도 후에 도오손 문학에 감도는 무거운 우울의 기분은 어떻게 설명하여야 할 것인가? 청춘의 우울이라는 언어가 있다고는 하더라도 간단하게 정리할 수는 없을 것이다. 信州인 독특한 기질에서 오는 것도 있고, 유전적인 것이라고도 생각할 수 있지만 도오손 자신의 내적 투쟁의 격렬함에 유래한다고 보아도 좋지 않을까? 그가 작품 속에서 보이는 성서의 이해는 정통적 신앙을 일탈하고 있지 않다. 『破戒』 전후의 여러 가지 도오손을 엄습한 사건도 도오손으로 하여금 감추어진 신앙은 깊어질지언정 소멸하지는 않았다. 그러나, 보다 강하게 크리스트교를 의식한 것은, 탈출한 것 같이하여 유학한 프랑스에서의 경험이었다. 이 프랑스 체험이 도오손에게 재생의 계기를 마련해준 것은 주지의 사실이다. 이 프랑스에서의 체험이 도오손에게 〈신생〉의 동기를 부여한다. 도오손은 책에 줄을 긋는 습관이 있어, 특히 주의해야하는 중요한 부분이나 관심이 있는 부분 등에는 파란 연필로 밑줄을 그었다고 한다. 이토카즈오의 보고에 의하면, 도오손이 부인과 공유한 미국 성서협력회발행의 신약성서 에서, 도오손은 「로마서」에서 「디모데서」 사이의 서간서에 파란 연필로 밑줄을 많이 쳤다고 한다. 이 사실은 주로 도오손이 죄에서부터의 재생에 대하여 깊은 관심을 갖고 있었던 것을 말한다. On February of 1893, Dawson departed from his five year's religious life. According to the report of a chronological record, his departure seems to be temporary, but there is no sign of his returning to the Christianity. Critics interpreted this action in many ways: a transition from the absolute God to pantheistic nature, from Protestantism to Humanism, or even chasing aesthetic God. These trends might be illustrated in his work in part, but one needs to fully understand about the heavy mood of Dawson's literature. The word “the gloominess of youth" is not enough in explaining his work. It could be from the unique nature of the Christian belief, hereditary factors, or even his own struggle with his inner self. In his work, he followed the traditional Christian doctrine. However, what made him a real christian was form his experience in France where he studied abroad. It is a widely known fact that this experience offered him a rebirth. While reading, Dawson had a habit of drawing lines under the meaningful sentences. According to Itokazo's report, in the New Testament which he shared with his wife, Dawson drew many lines between Romans and Timothy. This fact strongly supports the claim that Dawson had a very keen interest toward the rebirth from the sin.

      • Heteroface AlGaAs/GaAs Solar Cells grown by MBE

        MBE장치를 이용하여 AlGaAs/GaAs heteroface태양전지를 제작하였다. 여러 가지 가정을 통한 매우 간략한 simulation결과로 설계된 0.39㎝×0.39㎝크기의 태양전지의 유효수광면적에 대한 효율은 AM 1.5조건에서 20.3%였다. 이 태양전지의 단락전류밀도 J_(sc)는 31.74㎃/㎠, 개방전압 V_(oc)는 0.85V, 충실도 FF는 0.75였다. MBE에 의한 화합물 반도체 태양전지의 제작비용은 LPE나 MOCVD방법에 비하여 높으나 예상효율 30% 이상의 최적설계된 복잡한 다층구조의 태양전지를 제작하는데 매우 유용하리라 생각된다. Heteroface AlGaAs/GaAs solar cells with the active area convresion effiency of 20.3% under the one sun, AM1.5 condition have been grown by Molecular Beam Epitaxy(MBE) system. The cells have the characteristics of short circuit current density J_(sc), open circuit voltage V_(oc) and fill factor FF of 31.74㎃/㎠. 0.85V and 0.75, respectively. Even though the fabrication cost for the MBE grown solar cells is higher than that of the cells grown by LPE or MOCVD, the expected highest conversion effiency of the single or multiple cells could compensate the fabrication cost.

        The flicker noise of the domestic metal film resistor with R=500Ω was measured by the noise measurement system composed of the low noise preamplifier and spectrum analyzer in a shield room. The noise index NI of the domestic metal film resistor was about -14㏈.
