        창조성과 Idea 개발을 위한 창조공학

        The discovery and development of creative talent has become essential in our modern world. The national interest now demands increased emphasis on creativity and superior thinking ability in all branches of science, technology, literature and art. A feeling of tremendous optimism about human nature has been emerging from this research on creative potential, not just in science, of course, but in a wide spectrum of human activities. We are beginning to realize something of the extent to which creativity can be increased, not merely through the processes of selection and identification of creative talent, but through its systematic development. The problems confronting mankind are immensely greater and more challenging than any which have existed for us before. This cultivation of our girding potential is a way of girding ourselves for the human race development which is soon to be joined. The Creative Engineering is only one of the ways in which mind is recognizably at work; and in its most significant manifestations, the pinnacles of creative scientific thought, it joins with Industry and Technology in the human spiritual activity. The described method of generation, systematization, and selection of problems includes both an analytic and a synthetic approach. At present nearly everyone working in the field accepts these abilities as being associated with creativity. The results were as follows: 1) To find interrelation between various parts of knowledge and how to apply the interdisciplinary sciences. 2) To consider the four key expressions in the creative abilities; flexibility, originality and elaboration. 3) To make possible selection of solving problems from the point of view of aims and available talent. 4) To train and special educate the creating mechanism which are including four factors; preparation, incubation, inspiration and verification as well as the industrial genius talent. Therefore, it should be expected that every improvement in methods of systematization and selection of problems will accelerate the advancement of science and technology.

        In the structure of the universe all parts are interdependent. Therefore, all the fractional knowledge collected, systematized, recorded, and preserved by culture must also be interdependent. A few examples taken from various realms of knowledge may serve to elucidate this principle. The discovery and development of human creative talent, intelligence, and value creation has become essential in the post industrial society. The national interest, knowledge industry, and particularly cooperation between industry and educational organization field now demands increased emphasis on creativity, cognitive theory and superior thinking ability due to fast movement of technical innovation in all branches of linguistics, science, technology, literature and art. The greatest scientists have always understood, and many have proclaimed, that science in its true essence is a technique for the expansion of consciousness. The industrialization as a world-wide process is sweeping all societies into rapid organizational changes. Human beings distinguish themselves as the only creatures with the ability to innovate. Knowledge has two aspects; experience and understanding. Unless both aspects are present, knowledge can never be complete. The complete knowledge also requires knowledge of the mechanism of knowing, intelligence, or consciousness. The scientist must understand the laws of nature and verify them through observation in the laboratory, and he must also be at home with laboratory instruments in order to properly evaluate his observations. The goal of major in interdisciplinary studies at the field of science full appreciation and understanding of the source of though and flow of creative intelligence in all areas of life. Research is a cultural activity which embrace all problems relation to the preservation and development of mankind. 1. The Science of Creative Intelligence and Transcendental Mediation enlivens the full value of that basic field of creativity which is the source of all creation. Each item of creation is different from any other but has at its basis the pure field of creativity, or creative intelligence. On the level of this field of life all the different values in creation find a common basis where they are naturally unified. 2. Analyzing and Synthesizing the results of creative endeavors, as a function of the philosophy of science and the arts, by criticism of prevailing concepts and integration of language, Metan-Langue, Molecular Language, logic, mathematics, an Cognitive theory as tools of research. 3. Transmitting new knowledge to coming generations by revision, extension, and incorporation of new discoveries into the teaching programs of schools and universities and searching among students for talents and developing their mental manual skills for research. 4. Drawing up and maintaining inventories of all Sciencs, as a task of Zetetics, for the purpose of finding relationships between sciences, discovering new areas of knowledge, and unifying all science into a coherent system of knowledge. 5. It should be research the creating mechanism of brain that based on the neuro-science of alpha wave the subject of creative activity in the research of creative theory.

        진주담치 건조중의 Nucleotides 의 변화

        진주담치의 乾燥中의 nucleotides의 變化를 알기 위하여 生體試料, 熱風乾燥試料 및 煮熟熱風乾燥試料에 對하여 分析檢討하였다. 1. ATP 含量은 8.2μ moles/g (dry basis)로서 높았고, 乾燥後의 殘存率도 30% 以上으로 많았다. 2. ADP 및 AMP는 乾燥中에 蓄積되는 結果를 보여 nucleotide總量(ATP+ADP+AMP)으로 볼때는 乾燥中에 크게 減少하지 않았다. 3. 分劃物中 UMP 및 adenosine이라고 推定되는 成分이 있었으나 同定하지 못하였다. 4. IMP의 生成은 볼 수 없어 AMP deaminase 活性은 없다고 보며, inosine및 hypoxanthine 含量은 乾燥中에 增加하므로 adenosine deaminase 活性은 있다고 볼 수 있다. 5. 진주담치의 ATP 主公解經路는 그 公解生成物로 부터 볼때 ATP→ADP→AMP→adenosine→inosine→hypoxanthine이라고 推定된다. The present paper deals with the degradation of nucleotides in the muscle of sea mussel, Mytilus edulis, during drying. Three kinds of samples, raw, hot-air dried, and steamed-and-hot air dried were prepared and the contents of nucleotides were determined by ion exchange chromatography on columns of Dowex 1, X8. ATP and ADP were dominant in the raw muscle showed about 8μ moles/g, dry basis, respectively. The rate of degadation of ATP was very slow during drying compared with those of fish. The accumulation of ADP and AMP were observed during drying and the amount of total nucleotides (ATP+ADP+AMP) were not decreased remarkably by drying process. IMP was not detected in the all of the samples examined, however, the contents of inosine and hypoxanthine were increased during drying. In case of inosine contents, the hot-air dried sample marked an exceedingly high value equivalent to 8 times of the raw sample whereas steamed-and-hot air dried sample showed 2 times of raw samples.
