The characteristic of the pressure distributions are studied theoretically and experimentally for the laminar steady flow and the laminar pulsating flow generated by the butterfly valve in the coiled pipes with the curvature ratios of 7 and 30. The pressure gredient ratios affact with Wormersley numbers, Dean numbers, velocity amplitude ratios and time averaged Reynolds numbers. The pressure gredient ratios of oscillatory components increase according to increasing the Wormersley number and the velocity amplitude ratio.

The characteristics of the shear stress distributionsrare studied theoretically and experimentally for the laminar steady flow and the laminar pulsating flow generated by butterfly valve in the coiled pipes with the curvature ratio of 30. The shear stress distributions are abruptly changed from θ = -60˚~-40˚ in the plane direction. The shear stress distributions for the laminar steady flow and the pulsating flow increase abruptly near the wall.
써레질한 土壤硬度와 水稻幼苗 mldel에 의한 植付깊이에 關한 實驗的 硏究

外力으로 0∼10m/s의 바람이 작용할때 水稻의 幼苗model을 사용해서 써레질토양의 硬度와 植付深과의 관계를 구했다. 그 結果는 다음과 같다. 1. 써레질토양의 硬度는 投下 cone의 慣入深으로 65mm, 90mm, 125mm로 實驗했다. 2. 水稻의 幼苗 model은 隣靑銅으로 만들었고 그 植付深은 10mm, 20mm, 40mm이다. 3. 幼苗 model에 붙인 strain gage에 의해 굽힘 moment를 測定했고 각 식부심에 있어서 써레질토양의 反力과 風壓과의 관계를 구했다. 4. 幼苗 model 및 幼苗에 最大風速 10m/s가 작용했을때 위의 結果와 幼苗의 도복 실험결과에서 도복하지 않는 最適의 植付深과 써레질토양의 경도관계는 다음표와 같다. ?? detween the hardness of puddling soil and the planting depths were odtained by the experiments of model. 1. The hardness of puddling soil was measured with the penetration depth of faalling cone, and each measurement was 65,90 and 125mm. 2. The young seedling model of paddy ricewas made by the phosphor bronze plate for spring (PBS-SH, thickness : 0.3mm, width : 10mm), and each planting depth was 10,20 and 40mm. 3. The bending moment of the young seedling model was measured by the strain gage sticking to its model, the relation brtween reation force of the puddling soil and the wind pressure was obtained from the bending mpment of each planting depth(Fig. 3-6). 4. In the case of the maximum wind velocity of 10 meters persecond acted upon, from natural young seedling of paddy rice(Table 2), the relation between the most suitable planting depths and the hardnessof puddling soil so as not to tumble were showed in the next table. ??
