The microsomal fraction is isolated from rabbit heart and skeletal muscle. The fraction is found to contain the $Na^+$-and $K^+$-activated ATPase. The maximal ATPase activity is obtained in $Na^+$ and $K^+$ concentration of 100 mM. Calcium itself stimulates the $Na^+$-and $K^+$-activated portion of ATPase in the presence of $Mg^{++}$. However, calcium does not stimulate ATPase in the absence of $Mg^{++}$.

The author investigated the effect of $Mg^#$, $Ca^#$, $Na^+$, $K^+$ and creatine phosphate on the ATPase activity of microsomal fraction isolated from rabbit uterus and obtained the following results : 1) The uterine microsomal fraction contained the $Na^+-$ and $K^+-$ activated ATPase in the presence of $Mg^#$. The ATPase activity increased with protein content in the fraction. 2) The maximum ATPase activity was obtained at $Na^+$ and $K^+$ concentraction of 100 mM respectively. 3) In the absence of $Mg^#$, the ATPase was not activated by $Na^+$ and $K^+$, but inhibited. 4) Car stimulated the $Na^+-$ and $K^+-$ activated ATPase in the presence of $Mg^#$. However, in the absence of $Mg^#$, the ATPase was not activated by $Ca^#$. 5) The $K^+-$ activated ATPase activity was greater than the $Na^+-activated$ ATPase under all conditions. 6) The $Na^+-$ and $K^+$ activated ATPase activity was increased by addition of creatine phosphokinase and creatine phosphate to the reaction mixture.

현대 사회는 점차 정보화 되어감에 따라 온갖 새로운 정보의 홍수 속에 살고 있다. 특히 각종 광고의 노출로 인해 거의 일방적인 커뮤니케이션을 강요받게 되면서, 소비자들은 스스로를 보호하기 위한 선택적 지각(selective perception)을 일으켜, 일부 필요한 광고만 받아들이고 의식적이든 아니든 대부분의 다른 광고들은 무시하거나 차단해 버리는 현상을 보이고 있다. 즉, 인간들은 여러 가지 정보 중에서 특정한 정보에 우선적으로 주의를 기울이게 되는데 이를 주의의 선택성(selectivity)이라 한다. 또한 인간에게는 그들의 욕구, 기대, 동기, 신념, 태도 및 학습경험과 같은 특성들에 의해 영향을 받는 선택적 지각 현상이 나타나는데, 이 현상은 커뮤니케이션 과정에서 중요한 역할을 한다. 이렇듯 인간의 주의 능력은 매우 제한되어 있기 때문에 동시에 두 가지 이상의 일에 주의를 기울이기 힘들다. 따라서 선택성의 원리에 따라 우선순위가 낮은 정보를 무시하게 된다.소비자에게 가장 접촉 빈도가 높은 인쇄 광고에서 비주얼쇼크가 활용되었을 때 소비자는 그것을 인지적, 감성적으로 어떻게 반응하고 받아들이며, 그것이 상품 구매행동에 어떠한 영향을 미치는가를 분석하여, 지면 광고에서 비주얼쇼크 표현의 효율적 사용 방법을 알아보았다. 이를 위한 이론적 토대로서 광고 커뮤니케이션의 표현 사례를 들고, 전반적인 개념 파악과 비주얼 쇼크의 심리적 유형별로 분석을 하였다. The modern society is overflowing with new information as it is moving toward the information age more and more. Especially, as the exposure to an array of advertisements force us the communication in a unilateral way, consumers are using the selective perception to protect themselves to accept only some ads that they think they need and ignore or intercept most of other ads either consciously or unconsciously. Namely mankind pays first attention to the specific information among various informations, which is called the selectivity of the attention. Moreover, human beings display the selective perception subject to the characters such as their desire, expectation, motives, belief, behavior and learning experience, etc, which plays an important role in the process of communication. Like this, the attention of human beings to perceive is limited, making it difficult to pay attention to more than a pair of things. Therefore, the information down on the list of priority gets ignored according to the principle of selectivity. We analyzed on what kind of intelligent, perceptional and emotional reactions and acceptance consumers display when visual shock was applied to the print ads, which they deal the most, and how that would affect their behavior of purchase, in order to find what is the most efficient use of the visual shock expression on the paper ads. We took examples of ads communication expression as a theoretical basis, and conducted the analysis based on the understanding of overall concepts and psychological patterns of visual shocks.
Estrogen, Progesterone 및 Gonadotropine으로 前處置한 白鼠嫡出子宮에 對한 Physostigmine 및 Atropine의 作用

The administration of physostigmine and atropine on the isolated uteri of Estrogen, Progesterone. and Gonadotropine treated rats has revealed the following effects. A. By the administration of physostigmine on the isolated uteri of Estrogen treated rats for 4, 10, 13, 15, 15, 16 and 20 days, the different action in each one occured as follows. 1. The isolated uterus of Estrogen non-treated rat. did not affect the response of uterine motility by the administration of physostigmine. 2. The isolated uterus of Estrogen treated rat for 4 days produced slight increase of amplitude and contraction of uterine motility by the administration of physostigmine. 3, The isolated _uterus of Estrogen treated rat for 10 days produced marked increase of amplitude, severe contraction and ascent of tonus of uterine motility by the administration of physostigmine. 4. The isolated uterus of Estrogen treated rat for 13 days produced gradual decrease of amplitude of uterine motility by the administration of physostigmine. 5. The isolated uteri of Estrogen treated rats for 16 and 20 days did not affect the response of uterine motility by the administration of physostigmine. 6. All action of physostigmine above listed 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5 were not complety blocked by the administration of atropine. E. By the administration of physostigmine, specific actions did not occur in the isolated uteri of progesterone treated rats for 4, 10, 13, 15, 16 and 20 days. C. By the administration of physostigmine, specifie actions did not occur in the isolated uteri of gonado-tropine treated rats for 4, 10, 13, 15, 16 and 20 days.
