      • 불법유해정보 법ㆍ제도 동향 분석

        기존 불법유해정보 분류체계를 비교ㆍ분석하여 재정립하고, 국내외 불법유해정보 법ㆍ제도 현황을 살펴 보았다. 이와 함께 불법유해정보 접근 차단 방안에 대한 이용자 설문 결과를 기초로 불법유해정보 차단에 대한 정책적 제언을 다음과 같이 제시하고자 한다. 먼저 기존 유해정보차단 프로그램의 문제점인 메모리 사용량 증가에 따른 컴퓨터 성능 저하현상을 개선할 수 있는 기술적인 대책이 마련되어야 하며, 청소년 이용자의 보호자 또는 학부모가 사이트별로 제한할 수 있는 기능을 추가하여 다중 필터링 시스템 환경을 조성해야 한다. 또한 기존의 불법유해정보 신고 프로그램은 신고주소, 신고제목, 증거자료 입력 등 복잡한 구성으로 인해 효율성이 떨어지므로, 신고를 원하는 사이트를 이미지화 하여 바로 저장 및 전송이 가능한 형태로 신고 프로그램을 제작하여 신고완료까지의 시간을 단축해야 할 것이다. 기존의 주민등록번호 입력 방식에서 개인식별번호를 이용한 i-PIN 도입을 의무화하고, 기존 i-PIN 사용자의 전환사용을 통해 불편함을 최소화하여 개인정보유출 방지를 위한 i-PIN 사용을 의무화해야 한다. 마지막으로 ‘자율 등급 서비스’ 이외에도 제3의 기관을 통한 ‘제3자 등급 서비스’를 동시에 사용하여 정보제공자의 부정확한 등급 표시의 문제점을 보완하도록 해야 한다.

        인문 · 사회과학편 : 지역사회개발과 연계한 사회체육의 활성화 방안

        The paper is to explore an activation plan of sport for all closely connected with community development. To do it, we examined the relationship between the community development and sport for all through references and previous studies. Furthermore we surveyed and analyzed the current state of sport for all in Kwang Ju City and citizens consiousness of it.The results of this study are as follows :1. The Community development and Sport for all share functions such as the health and welfare of inhabitants, comfortable living environment, the increase of productivity, the improvement of human relationship, the formation of communal consciousness, etc. Therefore, they are closely connected with each other.2. The current condition of sport for all in Kwangju city has been inferior to that of other cities in terms of the athletic facilities and members of associations or clubs for sport for all. Moreover, there have been several problems such as the centralization of public athletic facilities in particular regions the small-scale business of athletic facilities and the deficiency of athletic facilities for job sport.3. In citizen's consciousness related to sport for all, there are many people recognizing that sport for all is necessary, whereas there are a few people satisfying the current condition and facilities of sport for all.4. A strategy of the activation of sport for all closely conneted with the development of community is as follow :1) In order to perform the welfare policy of community habitants efficiently, public organization commected with sport for all should recognize that the expansion of facilities for sport and leisure and the establishment of public sport park are very important in developing community2) The expansion of sport facilities is a preferential task to activate sport for all. The plan of it should be made rationally in terms of the position form and norm of sport facilities by consulting with city planners, administrators and experts of sport.3) Activation of job sport, related to increase productivity in community, should be done as a part of the development of community : In order to activate job sport, job sport club should be organized, various programs must promoted of community development. The way activation of job sport is that make up job sport conference, develop program and search the way that use leader.4) To health and leisure of community inhabitants and workers activation of amature sport club is supported to became activation. To do it, function center of information is reinforced to understand and administration of status of sport club and may leaded that adult sport club and juvenile sport club are became setting up sisterhood relationship.5) In formation of friendship and solidarity of community inhabitants and workers small size sport competition often have to play the game of region sport event. To do it, public finance is supported to program development and its diffusion as it is became a dimension of community development.

      • Lincomycin의 分析에 관한 硏究

        Lincomycin is a new antibiotic produced by Streptomyces lincolensis var. lincolensis. It is active against Gram positive aerobes and very active against both Gram positive and negative anaerobic pathogens. The present study was conducted to optimize the analytical conditions of bioassay, GLC and HPLC to make them more sensitive and convenient methods for the routine quality control of the antibiotics. The results were as follows; 1. When Micrococcus Idea UC 1:30 replaced the conventially used microorganism, Sarcina lutea ATCC 9341, the zone reading time was more stable and the hydrolysis could be prevented. 2. GLC method could complete the analysis within 10 min. with higher reproducibility(coefficient of variation 1.65%) compared to that of bioassay. 3. HPLC method employing ion-pairing mechanism could complete the analysis within 15 min. with minimum peak tailing, and with higher precision(within ± 2%) compared to that of bioassay.

      • Clindamycin의 分析에 관한 硏究

        Abstract-Clindamycin is a new antibiotic produced by Streptomyces lincolensis var. lincolensis. It is produced by chlorination of lincomycin. It is active against Gram postive aerobes and especially active against both Gram positive and negative anaerobic pathogens. Various analytical method for quantitation of clindamycin were reported in the literatures. However, no analytical methods has been satisfactory for both sensitivity and reproducibility. The aim of this study was to optimize the bioassay, GLC and HPLC assay conditions for the quality control of clindamycin. Comparison of bioassay, GLC and HPLC methods demonstrated that GLC and HPLC methods were much more accurate and sensitive than the bioassay method. Of 3 methods tested in this study, HPLC method was shown to be the best for convenience and quality control of clindamycin. Statistical tests were performed to comparing the results of the accepted bioassay method with the reference method to see any significant difference between the accepted bioassay and each of the refined bioassay, GLC and HPLC.

      • 製劑中 Phenylpropanolamine Hydrochloride의 Dansyl 誘導體에 依한 螢光分析法 硏究

        A simple, rapid and sensitive fluorometric assay for phenylpropanolamine hydrochloride was developed based on their interacion with I dimethylaminonaphthalene-5-sulfonylchloride(Dansyl chloride) in acetone to yield fluorescent compound, with excitation and emission wavelengths of 350 and 495 nm, respectively. A study of optimum pH, reaction time, temperature and dansyl chloride concentration is presented. Fluorescence is linear the range 1∼7μg phenylpropanolamine hydrochloride per ml of sample. The fluorescence was stable for at least 2 hours. Application of the procedure to the analysis of phenylpropanolamine hydrochloride in dosage forms gave an accuracy 1∼4%.

      • 高速液體 Chromatography에 의한 製劑中 Crotamiton의 分離定量에 관한 硏究

        The method for rapid determination of crotamiton in ointment and action was established by using reverse phase high performance liquid chromatography. First, crotamiton in ointment (or lotion) was extracted with methanol and 20㎕ portion of the extracted solution was injected into the column. The effluent was monitored by an ultraviolet detector at 254 um. On a μ-Bondapak C_18 column(3.9 mm i. d x 30cm) with an eluent of MeOH/H_2O=55/45, a sufficient separation of crotamiton, preservatives, and minor components was obtained. The proposed procedure provided an accurate, sensitive, and rapid estimation, and a good , ability suggesting a suitable assay method for crotamiton in pharmaceuticals.

      • Amphetamine 및 Phenethylamine 誘導體의 效果的인 確認 및 分析法에 관한 硏究

        Amphetamine and phenethylamine derivatives, methamphetamine, ephedrine and norephedrine react on heating with 7-chloro-4-nitrobenzo-2, 1, 3, -oxadiazole (NBD-CI) in alkaline methanolic solution to from highly fluorescent NBD-amine derivatives. The thin-layer chromatographic identification method and fluorometric determination of amphetamine and phenethiylamine derivatives are presented. Reaction conditions are also described with solvent effect on maximum excitation and emision wavelengths and fluorscence intensity of NBD-amine derivatives.

        SB-31ⓡ 의 일반약리작용 ( General Pharmacology of SB-31ⓡ )

        General pharmacological effects of SB-31^R the extracts of Pulsatilla koreana, were investigated in mice, rats and guinea-pigs. Intravenous injection of SB-31 (3 and 6 ml/kg) produced almost no effect on central nervous system; no effects on the general symptom and behaviors of mice, spontaneous locomotor activity, pentobarbital-induced sleeping time, rotarod performance, electroshock and pentylenetetrazole-induced seizures, acetic acid-induced writhing and normal body temperature in mice. SB-31 showed little effects on the spontaneous movement of the isolated ileum and contraction induced by agonists in isolated ileum, suggesting no influence on autonomic nervous system. Administration of SB-31 also did not show any effect on blood pressure in conscious rats. However, a slight decrease in heart rate was observed at high doses (6 and 10 ml/kg) of SB-31 in conscious rats. Similarly, a slight increase in respiratory rate was observed at 6 ml/kg of SB-31 in anesthetized rats. SB-31 did not produce any effect at the dose of 3 ml/kg, but showed a tendency to increase the urinary volume at 6 ml/kg, and produced a decrease in urinary excretions of Na^+ and K^+ at 6 ml/kg. However, transport capacity within the gastrointestinal tract and the secretion of the gastric juice were not influenced by 6 ml/kg of SB-31. In conclusion, these results suggest that SB-31 did not produce any acute effects on the central nervous system, autonomic nervous system, respiratory and circulatory systems, digestive system and kidney function at the dose of below 3 ml/kg.
