中國城市社區養老服務現狀調査及完善對策-以延吉市社區調査爲例

隨着家庭結構功能的變化社會對社區養老的需求與日俱增,社區養老將成爲未來中國的主要養老方式。爲了解少數民族地區社區養老服務現狀,本硏究通過調査延吉市46個社區發現:在各項養老服務活動中,文化娛樂活動最常見,其他依次是日常照料,慰問老黨員,醫療保健,心理保健和志愿服務活動。社區開展養老服務工作中的一些問題包括:服務內容缺乏創意性,社區工作者專業性不强,資金短缺等。本硏究結果將爲了解少數民族地區社區養老服務現狀提供基礎信息,也可作爲制定相關政策的理論依据。 As family structures have changed and the demand for community-based care is increasing day by day, community-based care is going to be the main pension mode in the future. To know the state of the existing community-based care in minority regions,46 communities was investigated in Yanji city in this study and the results are as follows: Among all kinds of activities organized by communities, the most common one is recreational activity, followed by other services like daily care, solicitude for elderly party members, medical care, psychological care and volunteering services. There are still some problems, including the lack of creative services, the lack of professional workers, the shortage of funds, etc. This study provides basic information in minority regions, which helps to raise theoretical foundation for formulating relevant policies.
