        그린 스마트 스쿨을 위한 공간 적응형 자율주행 공기청정 로봇 설계 및 구현

        The effect of indoor air pollution on the human body is greater and more dangerous than outdoor air pollution. In general, a person stays indoors for a long time, and in a closed room, pollutants are continuously accumulated and the polluted air is better delivered to the lungs. Especially in the case of young children, it is very sensitive to indoor air and it is fatal. In addition, methods to reduce indoor air pollution, which cannot be ventilated with more frequent indoor activities and continuously increasing external fine dust due to Covid 19, are becoming more important. In order to improve the problems of the existing autonomous driving air purifying robot, this paper divided the map and Upper Confidence bounds applied to Trees(UCT) based algorithm to solve the problem of the autonomous driving robot not sterilizing a specific area or staying in one space continuously, and the problem of children who are vulnerable to indoor air pollution. We propose a space-adaptive autonomous driving air purifying robot for a green smart school that can be improved. 실내공기오염이 인체에 미치는 영향이 실외공기오염보다 더 크며 위험하다. 일반적으로 사람은 실내에 머무는시간이 길고, 밀폐된 실내는 오염물질이 지속적으로 쌓여 오염된 공기가 폐에 더 잘 전달된다. 특히 어린 아이들의 경우실내공기에 매우 민감하며 치명적이다. 이와 더불어 코로나19로 인한 더 잦은 실내활동과 지속적으로 증가하는 외부미세먼지와 함께 환기를 못하는 현재 실내공기오염을 줄이는 방법은 더욱 중요해지고 있다. 본 논문은 기존 자율주행공기청정 로봇의 문제점을 개선하고자 지도를 분할과 UCT(Upper Confidence bounds applied to Trees) 기반의알고리즘을 통해 자율주행 로봇이 구역을 살균하지 않거나 한곳에 계속 머무르는 문제점과 실내공기오염에 취약한 아이들의 문제를 개선할 수 있는 그린 스마트 스쿨을 위한 공간 적응형 자율주행 공기청정 로봇을 제안한다.

      • Thyistor을 利用한 位相制御方法에 依한 力率改善에 關한 小考

        The equipment has been widely used for controlled equipment by current control driving using Thyristor. But on the increaseed, the equipment has been in great demand. This equipment has some troubles occurred which are wicked power-factor and higher harmonics faults. Therefore, in this paper we examined closely its origin and tried to searched for higher harmonics reduing method and developed into steadily getting better in easily power-factor by mean of condenser type phase controlled method as compared with former method. Namely in such a case, as the induction load has controlled by phase-control type using inversed parallel circuit of Thyrsitor, which adding to load current with the effective current controlled by condenser type phase controlled method. We could be controlled phase angle and condenser current (Ic) in easily and simplified than other driving circuit. if we could be taken suitable design and improved action for driving, it should be render great services to reducing higher harmonics and improved for power factor.

      • 舶用補機의 油壓裝置의 Trouble과 對策 : 作動油에 대하여

        The hydraulic system in a vessel is applied not only in the steering gear but also deck machinery, windlass, mooring machine, cargo winch, hatch cover and so on. So, it is very important owing to being applied to the various field. Recently, it is expected to become the automatic, the manless, and the high effective in the hydraulic system in conjunction with the electronic technic. The trouble of the hydraulic system excepting the electric part is almost caused by the problem of working oil. The trouble due to the working oil is as follows, and the countermeasure of that is described in this paper. 1.A trouble duet to impurities. 2.A trouble from the unsuitable between the working oil and hydraulic machine. 3.A trouble from the bad quality of the working oil itself. 4.A trouble from the unproper matching between the working oil and the hydraulic machine.

      • 舶用補機 驅動用 TURBINE PUMP 의 軸 THRUST에 대한 考察

        When a different diffuser, which has the multiple step use, operates in combination with a low specific speed impeller, the diminishing efect of the axial thrust is affected by many factors. The summaries of the experimental results were as follows. 1.The characteristics of the axial thrust are different remarkably in the same impeller, depending on the performance of the diffuser. 2.The balance hole, even if it was very small, had a sufficient effect on the thrust diminution, but no effect on the characteristics of the thrust determined by the water flow. 3.The axial thrust of the return flow type was almost constant in rage of large discharge and the fringe of the constant flow could be expanded by installing the balance hole.

        A crank shaft is divided, in its design, in its design, into three parts: crank pin, Journal and crank arm part. It is very difficult to gain the maxmimum stress actually occurred in it, because it makes a cause of bending moment and torsional vibration at work. The writer have studied the sizes of the three parts as a measuring method of statical stress computations so that it may let the permissible stress of the crank pin, jounal and crank arm occur at the same time.

      • 單相 誘導電動機의 速度制御 特性에 關한 考察

        The method of speed control using Thyristor swicth has been used practically and developed that applied to AC single- phase induction motor. This paper should be examined closely to its origin and what lack of stability to speed control driving. In case, Thyristor swicth has connected in series to main winding of AC induction motor and its charged the light loads. we obtained results in following measurement that the characteristics of torque versus various variation of exciting angle. 1).It is difficult to be controlled phase control easily, on account of the phase angle has changed abruptly and the light loads connected, the first method employed Thyristor swicth in series the main winding. 2).The torque has been an increased about 1.8 times as large as rated torque, at near by exciting angle of 40˚, the second method employed Thyristor swicth in series the starting winding. We have obtained the starting torque without starting condenser for running by virtue of exciting angle control.

        This experiment was done for the speed control of single phase induction motor by the comparison of phase control with voltage control. In phase control, the device being small and light. the speed of the motor is changeable and capable till 30% of maximum speed range, and the consumption of electric power being less in comparison with voltage control, it operates with out contact point and mechanical operation, so that it has a long life with a high degree of confidence. There are a little noise and vibrations because of distored wave but it is little matter.

      • 4 Cycle 과급기 Diesel 기관에 적정한 Valve Timing의 개선에 대한 연구

        The exhaust turbine is employed and super-charged in the main engine on the diesel engine for generator of ship. But this leads to the supe-eharged pressure owing to the change of load the running for a long time. And also the wear of sliding parts and the rise of exhaust temperature give impetus to the slow operation of L. O. This experiment was carried out with a view to drop the exhaust temperature by adjusting properly the suction valve timing on the super charged pressure. I mad experiments with the engine, YAMAR 6M-HYT 420ps, of which the super-charged pressure fell down from 04kg/cm2 to 0.15kg/cm2. and the opening of intake valve was 80˚ at BTDC. By making it improve from 80˚ to 60˚-65˚, the super-charged pressure was changed from 0.15kg/cm2, 0.2kg/cm2 and the exhaust temperature from 420˚ to 400˚respectively.

        In this paper we have described on the characteristics of the remote control system for auxiliary machinery of ship and we tried to research for improvement method using the infra-red rays remote control system. 1. We could be changed the remote control system for the solenoid operated 3 port valve of oil motor, instead of the hand operated stream-flow control systems for the auxiliary machinery(trawl winch, fishing & deck winch etc. ). 2. In order to the improvement of reliability and accuracy, the infra-red rays remocon system are composed of the wireless receiver, portable type transmitter and prevent against trouble that the interference for various of other infra-red rays, and has choose the PPM system. 3. also we intended to get stability and reliability for control system driving in good condition against troubles, A) For the purpose to prevent the interference and abnormal operations, it has made additions to keycode and custum-code of data and select inversion transfer system. B) In order to reduce the power consumption to minimum, the switch has canceled the electric source. 4. The omni-directional antenna system has arrange four pair parallel photo-diodes, so we could be able to control for omni-directional part using the portable type transmitter.

      • 電源의 變動이 舶用補機에 미치는 影響에 對한 考察

        According to the power source of marine auxiliary machine has changed to system of alternating current, the induction motor has recently in a prime mover. Owing to application of synchronizing generator are connected directly with variable propeller shaft of engine, it is simple in construction and inexpensive, in consequence it should be put on practical use in the near future. Although the marine auxiliary machine has many advantages using induction motor and generator, we could be obtained the characteristics of driving with satisfied, because the speed variation of propeller shaft combined to generator has influence upon source voltage and frequency. In this paper I tried to research for the improvement of characteristics of marine auxiliary machine drive and seek for proper range to reducing variation of voltage and frequency within permitted limit and driving in stable. We could be obtained approximate value nearly between calculated value and experimental value on the time, speed of blower and induction motor pump has varied by alternating source voltage and frequency.
