      • 德崇山地域의 害蟲相 調査 硏究(第1報)

        印致鍾 公州大學校 産業開發硏究所 1994 産業開發硏究 Vol.2 No.-

        These studies were carried out to investigate injurious insect faunas of Mt. Duksoong locating Yesan, Hongseong and Seosan from mid-April to late-September, 1994. These studies were identified to 171 species of insect included 54 families and 9 orders. The largest orders in these area were investigated Lepidoptera, Coleoptera, Homoptera, Hemiptera, Diptera. Major host-plants captured injurious insects were fruit trees and forest. Captured some injurious insects had these host-plants, vegetables, upland field crops and paddy field crops.

      • 洋蘭 Dendrobium의 生育 및 開花에 關한 硏究

        The anatomical observation of floral organ formation were done by a canning electron microscope in Den. nobile Snowflake 'Red Star'. The conversion from leaf primodia to dome-like shape was initiated on October 30 when outdoor became around 10C and after 40 days, the formation of floret primordia was observed on December 10. The differentiation of 3 sepal and 3 petal primordia and column formation were observed on December 20 and on January 30, respectively. Finally, flower appeared on Febraury 10, 100 days after floret bud initiation. Specially, it was observed that growing point at the center existed throught developing phase of flower bud and this was developed into aerial vegetative shoot under environment which was unsuitable for flower bud differentiation.

        According to the effect of temperature on the visible flower bud formation and flowering, they were promoted as ADT decreased: none of four cultivars differentiated flower bud at higher temperature such as 25C and 30C ADT. At 20C, days to flower bud formation in Snowflake 'Red Star', Malones 'Fantasy' and Yukidaruma 'King' was quitely delayed wheres days to flower bud formation at 15C was a little bit more advanced than those at 20C and more advanced in Yukidaruma 'King' and Snowflake 'Red Star' than in Golden Blossom 'Kogane' and Malones 'Fantasy'. On the basis of these results, it was found that flower bud formation of Dendrobium was accomplished by low temperature(below 15C) and the flowering and ripening of stem after occurrence of flag leaf were accelerated by high temperature. In addition, flower bud formation and flowering were markedly stimulated by BA 200ppm application, showing the additive effect with low temperature.

      • 주야온도차(DIF)가 플러그 묘의 생육에 미치는 영향

        원예작물 육묘시 유묘의 도장문제를 해결하기 위하여 DIFM이론을 플러그 육묘에 도입하여 건전 플러그묘 생산에 응용코자 시도하였으며 초장 및 절간신장에 미치는 DIF의 효과에 대한 생리학적으로 고찰하였으며 DIF 의 작용기작을 구명하여 타작물에 확대적용코자 본 실험을 수행하였다. 토마토와 백일홍은 야간온도보다 주간온도가 증하가함에 따라 절간신장이 일어나며 DIF에 크게 영향을 받았다. 토마토에서 일평균온도가 22。C이고 -12DIF(DT/NT=16/28。C)에서는 4.8cm였으나 +12DIF인(DT/NT=28/16。C) 14.2cm로써 200%이상 증가되었으며 백일홍은 -12DIF 에서 4.2cm, +12DIF 에서 14.7cm로 나타났다. 이런한 현상은 제 1절간과 제2절간에서 더욱 현저히 나타났다. 엽전개속도는 일평균온도가 낮을수록 느리고 높을수록 빨랐다. 개화반응은 일평균온도가 낮을수록 개화속도가 늦었으며 +DIF에서 개화속도가 빨랐다. 온도와 광도에 따른 광합성은 온도와 관계없이 광도가 약500㏖/m?s 일때 최대 광합성에 도달하고 그 이상의 광도에서는 온도에 관계없이 감소하였다. 온도는 16。C에서 28。C로 증가할수록 광합성량이 증가하였다. This experiments were, in detail 1)to apply DIF theory to produce the healthy, and compact plug seedling of horticultural crops, 2) to ameliorate plug's stretching problem, 3)to verify physiological basis of DIF theory affecting stem elongation using bioassay method. Stem elongation of tomato and zinnia plug were influenced by DIF, which were affected more strongly by the increase of day temperature(DT)as compared to the decrease of the decrease of night temperature(NT). Plant height was 4.8cm at -12DIF(DT/NT=16/28。C) but was 4.8cm at+12DIF (DT/NT=28/16。C), eventhouth bouth are under the same ADT condition(22。C)in tomato. Zinnia height was 4.2cm at -12DIF but was 14.7cm at +12DIF. Differences of internode elongation rate which mainly influence to the final stem length were clearly shown at both 1st and 2nd internodes. Leat unfolding rate increased as ADT increased. Flowering was faster at +DIF rather than low ADT. Regardless of temperature, photosynthesis increased continously as light intensity increased until 500??s and maximixed at the point and then gradually decreased over the point. Photosynthesis was increased at from 16。C to 28。C higher.

        먹이 곤충에 따른 Orius strigicollis(Poppius)의 발육과 산란

        총채벌레류의 유력천적인 Orius strigicollis의 연중 실내사육에 적합한 대체먹이를 선발하고자 먹이 곤충으로 목화진딧물, 점박이응애, 긴털가루응애를 각각 급여하여 O. strigicollis의 발육과 산란수를 $25\pm$$1^{\circ}C$, RH60-80%, 16L:8D 조건에서 조사하였다. 약충기간 중 생존율과 발육기간은 목화진딧물 급여시 81.6%와 11.6일, 점박이응애 급여시 56.7%와 14.6일, 긴털가루응애 급여시 42.3%와 16.5일 이었으며, 성충기간 중 총산란수는 목화진딧물 급여시 68.5개, 점박이응애 급여시 46.1개, 긴털가루응애 급여시 26.5개로 3종의 먹이곤충 중 목화진딧물 급여가 가장 좋은 것으로 나타났다. To find out an alternative prey of Orius strigicollis Poppius in the laboratory continuous rearing system, cotton aphid (Aphis gossypii), two spotted spider mite (Tetmnychus urticae) and mold mite (Tyrophagus putrescenriae) were tested as alternative prey. Development and oviposition of 0. strigicollis were observed at 25f l0C, RH 60-80% and 16L:8D. Survival rate and developmental period of the nymphal stages of 0. strigicollis was 81. 6% and 11.6 days when fed on cotton aphid, 56.796, 14.6 days, 42.3% and 16.5 days when fed on two spotted spider mite and mold mite, respectively. Total oviposition of 0. strigicollis was 68.5 eggslfemaie fed on cotton aphid, 46.1 and 26.5 eggsifemale fed on two spotted spider mite and mold mite, respectively. Cotton aphid seems to be most suitable prey for rearing 0 . strigicollis among the three prey species tested.
