        트레이닝 중지가 남자유도선수들의 등속성 근 기능에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study was the effect on isokinetic strength of Knee, Trunk, Ankle, Elbow of Ju-do player by detraining. The subjects of this study were total 6 Ju-do player high school resided in P-city, whom weights 65~80 kg. This study was measure make use of CYBEX 770 isokinetic muscular function. Statistical analysis was performed using the SPSS (version 12.0). All variables was statistically analyzed using paired t-test. In the result of following; Peak torque was showed difference at right extension of Knee and right flexion of Ankle by detraining. Ratios of ipsilateral was not showed difference by detraining and muscle endurance was showed difference at extension and flexion all of joint by detraining.

        수중운동 유형이 노인여성의 체지방률과 혈중지질변인에 미치는 영향

        This study concluded the followings by analysing the changes on the rate of body fat and blood lipids of elderly women after types of the aquatic exercise for 8 weeks to find out how it effect elderly women. First, swimming groups and aquarobics groups shows no difference in changing the rate of body fat. Second, swimming groups and aquarobics groups shows an effect on total cholesterol, low density lipoprotein cholesterol and triglyceride but no effect on high density lipoprotein cholesterol. Third, it also showed no difference between swimming groups and aquarobics groups. Overall, the participated in swimming and aquarobics for 8weeks showed a positive effect on total cholesterol, low density lipoprotein cholesterol and triglyceride of elderly women, although there were no changes in the rate of body fat and high density lipoprotein cholesterol. Also, the effect of types of the aquatic exercise showed lost on the rate of body fat and blood lipids of elderly women. These results are considered to be caused by the common benefits of significant reduction in the body weight by using the buoyance of the water, shock absorbing effect of water, and exercise using water resistance. Thus, it is expected to be a great help in health promotion and maintenance of elderly women if the types of the aquatic exercise is accomplished continuously for a long time in the future.

        한국 및 중국 여학생의 초경시기별 신장발육경향 및 최종 신장 분석

        The purpose of this study was analysis on the height growth tendance and final height according to the period of menarche on Korea and China female students. For this study, subjects were composed 261 female hight school students who were 117 of B area in Korea, and 144 of S area in China. Female hight school students of Korea and China were divided according to the period of menarches like EM(early menarche), M(menarche), LM(late menarche). The date of height and menarche were collected from student health record and questionnaire by teacher in charge. The results to obtain from the study were as follows; First, height growth tendance according to period of menarche on Korea female students showed small tendance on 1 and 2th but it showed big tendance since 3 and 4th grades. Also height showed significant different on 5 and 6th grades, early menarche group was taller than late menarche group. And it showed no significant different since middle school periods but height of early menarche group showed big tendance compared with menarche and late menarche group. Final height according to period of menarche showed no significant different Amount of height growth according to period showed significant different on 2th to 3th, 3th to 4th, 4th to 5th, 6th to first, first to second year of middle school. Height showed significant different before 4th to 5th on early menarche group, 6th to first year of middle school on late menarche group, first to second year of middle school on menarche and late menarche group. But total amount of height growth according to period of menarche showed no significant different. Second, height growth tendance according to period of menarche on China female students showed small tendance from 1th to senior year of high school and it showed significant different only 6th grades on early menarche group. Early menarche group was smaller than menarche and late menarche group. Final height according to period of menarche showed no significant different Amount of height growth according to period showed no significant different but it showed increase tendance 3th to 4th on early menarche group, 4th to 6th on menarche group, 3th to 5th on late menarche group. But total amount of height growth according to period of menarche showed no significant different.

        8주간의 유산소 운동과 DHEA 투여가 최대하운동시 노인여성의 항산화체계에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of the research the changes in antioxidant system of elderly women, blood analysis was taken before, after and 10-minutes after the sub-maximum exercise following the performance of 8-weeks aerobic exercise and dosage of DHEA. Through the analysis, following results of changes were acquired in MDA, SOD, CAT, DHEA-S. First, MDA was only effective to the exercise+DHEA group but not in the exercise group. Second, SOD and CAT does have effect on the exercise+DHEA group but not in the exercise group. Third, no the effect of DHEA-S was shown in the exercise+DHEA group and the exercise group. After considering all the factors, there was certain possibility that antioxidant enzyme closely related with aging, can be more effectively protected if it is used with health supplement like DHEA. Especially the increment of SOD, CAT, and MDA in the exercise+dosage group will practice effective protecting and recovering role toward oxidant stress caused by aging. Further studies are needed to be carried out according to the oxidant stress, the inevitable result of aging and metabolism, related with antioxidant and enzyme function.

        한국무용이 비만여성노인의 비만관련 변인과 심폐기능에 미치는 효과

        본 연구는 한국무용이 비만여성노인의 비만관련 변인과 심폐기능에 미치는 효과를 알아보기 위하여 C 지역 J 노인회관의 체지방률 30% 이상인 비만여성노인들 총 37명을 한국무용집단 20명, 통제집단 17명으로 구성하여 12주간, 주 3회, 일일 60분간, 55-65%HRR 강도로 한국무용을 실시 후 비만관련 변인과 심폐기능을 분석한 결과 다음과 같은 결론을 얻었다. 첫째, 한국무용은 비만여성노인의 체지방량에는 유의한 차이가 없는 것으로 나타났지만 BMI, 체지방률에는 유의한 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 한국무용은 비만여성노인의 안정시심박수에는 유의한 차이가 없는 것으로 나타났지만 폐활량과 심폐지구력에는 유의한 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 이상의 결론을 통하여 12주간 한국무용 참여는 비만여성노인의 체지방량과 안정시심박수에는 영향을 미치지 않았지만 BMI, 체지방률, 폐활량, 심폐지구력에는 긍정적인 영향을 주어 여성노인의 비만감소에 한국무용이 효과적이며 유산소운동으로서의 한국무용 효과도 확인할 수 있었다. 차후, 노인을 대상으로 연구를 진행한다는 것에 많은 어려움이 따르지만 본 연구에서와 같이 일반 노인들뿐만 아니라 비만노인들을 대상으로 무용이 신체활동으로서 효과가 어떠한지 확인하는 다각적인 연구가 제안되며, 이러한 연구는 무용과학 발전으로 이어질 것이라고 생각한다. The purpose of this study was to find out the effects of Korea dance on obesity-related variables and cardiovascular function in obese older women. The subjects were obese older women who were between the ages 65 to 75 with over body fat percentage 30%. Data were collected of 37 obese older women(Korea dance group, 20 and control group, 17) after Korea dance during 12 weeks, 3 times a weeks, 60 minutes a day(including warm-up and cool down). The following are the results obtained from the study. First, body fat mass of obese older women did not show effects but BMI, %body fat were increased by Korea dance. Second, resting heart rate of obese older women did not show effects but lung capacity, cardiorespiratory endurance were increased by Korea dance. According to the above results, we were able to confirm that Korea dance is effective in obesity reduction of obesity older women and it has also effects of aerobic exercise.

        운동유형과 운동기간에 따른 노인여성의 신체기능 비교분석

        The purpose of this study was to analysis of the effects of types of exercise and periods of exercise on the physical function of elderly women. The subjects types of exercise were elderly women age 65-75 and divided into 2groups: aerobic exercise(n-34) and resistance exercise(n-34), the subjects Periods of exercise divided into 3groups: Ex-2(n=43, over one year), Ex-1(n=25, under one year) and Ex-0(n=35, control). Except Ex-0(n=35, control), they was take part in regular exercise for 50min in a day, 3-5times a weeks in culture, sports and social welfare center. For data analysis, SPSS WIN Ver 18.0 we are used, mean and standard deviation scores were calculated, and independent t-test, one-way ANOVA was used, the results were as follows; First, aerobic exercise groups and resistance exercise groups shows no difference on the physical function of elderly women. Second, Ex-2 groups shows an effect but Ex-1(n=25, under one year) and Ex-0(n=35, control) groups showed no effect on the physical function of elderly women. Therefore, we might tell that important things protection and improvement on the physical function of elderly women the periods of exercise more than types of exercise.

        12주간 한국무용 참여가 노인여성의 심폐기능 및 인지능력에 미치는 영향

        This study was execute for analysis the effects of 12-week Korean dance training on cardiopulmonary function and cognitive function of elderly women. Forth-four elderly women were the subjects for this study, and divided into two groups as follows: the dance group(n=22) and control group(n=22). After participation in Korean dance of 12weeks, 3 times a week, 60minutes a day, we measured cardiopulmonary function(HRrest, lung capacity, cardiorespiratory fitness) and cognitive function. The results to obtain from this study as following. 1. The HRrest and the lung capacity did not show effects in dance group and control group, but cardiorespiratory fitness were increased in dance group, but did not show the effects in control group. 2. The cognitive function were increased in dance group, but did not show the effects in control group. This results is very important to prevent the decline of the cardiopulmonary function and cognitive function. Because cardiopulmonary function and cognitive function of elderly women’s are associated with the as야t of qualitative life and successful aging for their individual life. Therefore, in the future we look forward to the studies which the effects are considered to improve the cardiopulmonary function and cognitive function for the old women and man.

      • Dense Image Captioning을 사용한 실시간 객체 행동 인식 시스템

        최근 카메라를 이용한 감시시스템이 보편화됨에 따라 이를 무인화하는 연구가 활발히 이루어지고 있다. 기존의 감 시시스템은 다수의 영상을 사람이 직접 보고 판단하기 때문에 인적, 시간적 자원이 많이 소요되어 효율적인 시스템 운 용에 한계가 존재한다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 효율적인 실시간 무인 감시시스템 운용을 위한 Dense Image captioning 기반 실시간 객체 행동 인식 시스템을 제안한다. 제안하는 시스템은 이미지에 포함된 다수의 객체들에 대한 정보를 문 장으로 표현하는 Dense image captioning모델과 주어진 문장의 문법구조를 분석하고 동사를 추출하여 대상 객체의 행 동 정보를 파악하는 POS(Part of speech)분석 모델로 구성된다. 또한 이러한 시스템을 임베디드 보드에 적용시켜 독 자적으로 운용 가능한 실시간 행동인식이 가능한 무인 감시시스템을 가능하게 한다.

        운동과 DHEA 투여가 노인여성의 면역체계에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of swimming exercise and DHEA administration on the levels of T-cells(CD3), B-cells(CD19), helper-T cells(CD4), suppressor-T cells(CD8) and NK-cells(CD16+CD56) in elderly women. 27 elderly women were selected as participants. There were three groups which include the exercise+DHEA group, the exercise group, and the control group, respectively. The participants completed the swimming exercise program with an exercise intensity of 50-60% HRmax for 55 minutes a day, three times a week for 8 weeks. The results of the study are as follows. No significant changes in the levels of T-cells, B-cells, helper-T cells, suppressor-T cells, and NK-cells were found in the exercise group and the control group. However, significant changes in the levels of helper-T cells and NK-cells were found in the exercise+DHEA group. This result showed that the co-treatment of exercise+DHEA somehow affected immune system in the elderly women. This is likely to be attributable to the fact that the increased IL-2 level caused by the co-treatment of swimming exercise and DHEA administration promoted helper-T cell proliferation, increased activities of NK-cells and cytptoxic T-cells, and antibody formation. However, no significant changes were found in most immune cells, which indicated that the 8-week period of study was insufficient to investigate the effect of exercise+DHEA administration on the immune system. Therefore, a further study on the effect of exercise on immune system is required to perform the elderly population with immune system level below the normal level.
