In this work, we developed a simple hydrothermal method toward the fabrication of TiO2/ Bi3.64Mo0.36O6.55 heterostructure, which had superior photocatalytic performance for degrading of RhB under visible light irradiation. The as-prepared samples were characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD), field emission scanning electron microscope (FESEM), high-resolution transmission electron microscopy (HRTEM), UV-Vis diffuse reflectance spectroscopy (DRS) and photoelectrochemical measurements. The optimal composite with 15 wt.% TiO2/Bi3.64Mo0.36O6.55 (TBMO3) exhibits a much higher photocatalytic activity than that of Bi3.64Mo0.36O6.55 and P25 by degradation of RhB under visible light irradiation within 20 min. The enhanced performance of TBMO3 is predominantly attributed to the synergistic effect both in the higher surface area and the improved separation of photogenerated charge carriers between the two semiconductors. Recycling experiments indicated that TiO2/Bi3.64Mo0.36O6.55 photocatalysts had excellent cycle performance and stability. The photocatalytic mechanism of nanocomposite photocatalysts was proposed, which is confirmed by the active species trapping experiments and photoluminescence tests.
Group Decision-Making Method for Dynamic Cloud Model Based on Cumulative Prospect Theory
Xiaoxia Wang,Fengbao Yang,Dawei Li,Feifei Zhang 보안공학연구지원센터 2016 International Journal of Grid and Distributed Comp Vol.9 No.10
Group decision-making is a situation faced when individuals collectively make a choice from the alternatives before them. Aiming to the drawback that not all plans can be evaluated by a single expert during group decision-making process, a group decision-making method for dynamic cloud distribution is proposed in this paper based on cumulative prospect theory. First, experts and plans were divided into groups according to the classification rule, and plans were described with the cloud model. The expectation, the entropy and the super entropy decision matrix were structured respectively. Then, the maximum and minimum values in decision matrix were set as positive and negative reference points. The parameter values of cumulative cloud prospect were calculated and the synthesis prospect values of every group were obtained. Finally, the plans were sorted based on the mean of synthesis prospect values for every group, and illustrated by specific examples. The ranking results show that the proposed method is rationality and practicability. So the proposed method can be widely used in group decision-making of grouping scheme or grouping expert.
The Generalization of Styan Matrix Inequality on Hermitian Matrices

We point out: to make Hermtian matrices A and B satisfy Styan matrix inequality, the condition “positive definite property” de- manded in the present literatures is not necessary. Furthermore, on the premise of abandoning positive definite property, we derive Styan matrix inequality of Hadamard product for inverse Hermitian matrices and the sufficient and necessary conditions that the equation holds in our paper. An incorrect formula of the average axial speed can lead to the incorrect derivation of the conveying volume formula, which in turn can produce an incorrect design of the vertical screw conveyor. In this study, the conveying model of the vertical screw conveyor and the raw coal particle model are established. Using the discrete element method, the influence of various parameters, such as the spiral speed, filling rate, pipe diameter, and pitch, on the axial velocity of the raw coal particles is calculated, simulated, and analyzed. Corresponding to the average axial velocity distribution histogram and the derivation of the particle average axial velocity formula, a theoretical basis for the optimization design of the vertical screw conveyor is provided.

Two aerobic, Gram-stain-positive, non-motile, non-sporulating coccoid strains, designated ZLJ0423T and ZLJ0321, were isolated from the faeces of Tibetan antelope (Pantholops hodgsonii). Their optimal temperature, NaCl concentration and pH for growth were 28°C, 0.5% (w/v) NaCl and pH 7.5, respectively. Phylogenetic analysis based on 16S rRNA gene sequences revealed that strains ZLJ0423T and ZLJ0321 were very similar to each other (99.8%) and had a sequence similarity of 97.0% with Georgenia satyanarayanai NBRC 107612T and Georgenia subflava CGMCC 1.12782T. Phylogenomic analysis based on 688 core genes indicated that these strains formed a clade with G. satyanarayanai NBRC 107612T and Georgenia wutianyii Z294T. The predominant cellular fatty acids were anteiso-C15:0, anteiso-C15:1 A and C16:0. The major menaquinone was MK-8(H4). The cell-wall amino acids consisted of alanine, lysine, glycine and aspartic acid, with lysine as the diagnostic diamino acid. Diphosphatidylglycerol, phosphatidylglycerol, phosphatidylinositol, phosphatidylinositol mannosides and two unidentified lipids formed the polar lipid profile. The DNA G + C content of both isolates was 73.9 mol%. The digital DNA–DNA hybridization value between strains ZLJ0423T and ZLJ0321 was 91.2%, but their values with closely related species and other available type strains of the genus Georgenia were lower than the 70% threshold. On the basis of polyphasic taxonomic data, strains ZLJ0423T and ZLJ0321 represent a novel species within the genus Georgenia, for which the name Georgenia faecalis sp. nov. is proposed. The type strain is ZLJ0423T (= CGMCC 1.13681T = JCM 33470T).

Incorrect formula of average particle vertical velocity can lead to incorrect derivation of the formula of conveying quantity, thus leading to incorrect design of the vertical screw conveyor. In this paper, the vertical velocity of rubber particles in vertical screw conveyor is analyzed by discrete element simulation, and the vertical velocity distribution of particle flow in vertical screw conveyor with different scale structure is analyzed. In order to reduce the computational burden of the training sample and improve the accuracy of the neural network prediction, the BP neural network method is employed. Firstly, the univariate vertical velocity of different influencing factors in microscale structure is trained and predicted, and then the average vertical velocity involving two important input variables, spiral speed and pipe diameter, is trained to get the predicted values of the average vertical velocity of neural network. Finally, the experimental verification is carried out. In this paper, the BP neural network model of the average vertical velocity of rubber particles is established, which not only provides a method for the establishment of other particle neural network models, but also avoids the repeated use of discrete element simulation, and saves a lot of time.
