본 연구는 고추 천일 건조시 야간 온도 관리 방법이 품질과 건조 효율에 미치는 효과를 구명하기 위하여 실시하였다. 하우스 건조시 산광 재료는 백색 부직포를 사용하였으며, 양건(관행), 원적외선필름, 원적외선등, 원적외선필름+원적외선등, 송풍 등 5처리를 두었다. 1. 고추 건조 시험기간 9일 중 6일 동안 총 187.5 mm의 비가 내려 고추 건조에 불리한 조건이었다. 2. 고추의 건조 속도는 원적외선등, 원적외선필름+원적외선 등, 원적외선필름, 송풍구와 대조구 순이었다. 3. 건조 상품 수량은 원적외선등 처리구, 원적외선필름 처리구, 원적외선필름+원적외선등 처리구, 송풍처리구, 대조구 순으로 많았다. 4. 고추의 L 값은 처리에 따라 27.29 ~ 28.00으로 처리 간에 차이가 없었다. 5. 고추의 ASTA 값, ‘a’ 값, ‘b’ 값은 원적외선등 처리구에서 높았다. 6. 갈변도는 송풍처리구에서 0.58(O.D. 420 nm)로 가장 낮았다. 7. Capsaicinoids의 함량은 송풍 처리구에서 68.8 mg/100 g로 제일 높았다. 결론적으로, 비닐하우스 이용 태양초 생산시 야간에 원적외선등을 켜 주면 품질이 우수하고 상품 수량이 증가하여 관련 산업의 발전에 기여하리라 기대된다. This study was carried out to investigate the effects of night temperature management methods on quality and drying efficiency of drying red pepper under sunlight. The diffused light materials was white polypropylene. Treatments was given with control, far-infrared ray film heating (Film), far-infrared ray light heating (Light), far-infrared ray film and light heating (Film+Light), air blast 24 hours a day (Air blast). We had rain 6 days as of 187.5 mm during experimental period, 9 days. It was not good for drying. The drying speed of red pepper was in order to Light, Film+Light, and Film, Air blast and control. The yield of drying marketability was the highest in Light as of 198.5 g, and the lowest in control as of 177.7 g. There is no significant difference of ‘L’ value among the treatments. It was high of American Spice Trade Association (ASTA) value, ‘a’ and ‘b’ values in Light treatment. The degree of browning is the lowest as 0.58 (O.D. 420 nm) of Light. The capsaicinoid content was the highest with 68.8 mg/100g in Air blast. Our results also provided an optimized method for drying red pepper with sunlight and Light, and was useful for increasing quality and marketability, and contributing related industry.
비닐하우스 이용 고추 건조 시 야간 원적외선등 조사량이 품질에 미치는 영향

본 연구는 원적외선등 적정 조사량이 상품성과 건조 효율에 미치는 효과를 구명하기 위하여 실시하였다. 원적외선등 조사량은 대조구(관행), 250W·6.6m<SUP>-2</SUP>, 250W·3.3m<SUP>-2</SUP>, 500W·3.3m<SUP>-2</SUP> 등 4처리를 두었다. 고추 건조기간은 500W·3.3m<SUP>-2</SUP>와 250W·3.3m<SUP>-2</SUP>는 12일, 250W·6.63m<SUP>-2</SUP>는 14일, 관행은 15일이었다. 주간 온도는 처리 간에 동일하였으며, 야간 최저온도는 원적외선등 처리구가 29.5-37.2℃, 관행이 23.8℃로 가장 낮았다. 건고추 상품 수량은 원적외선등 250W·3.3m<SUP>-2</SUP> 처리에서 가장 우수하였으며, 원적외선등 조사 처리구가 대조구보다 7-14% 증가하였다. 상품과율은 원적외선등 조사 처리구에서 93.6-96.3%로 대조구 87.0-87.5%보다 높았다. 고추의 ASTA 값은 250W·3.3m<SUP>-2</SUP>, 250W·6.6m<SUP>-2</SUP>, 500W·3.3m<SUP>-2</SUP>, 관행 순으로 높았다. 캡사이신 capsaicin 함량은 처리 간에는 일정한 경향을 나타내지 않았다. 본 실험에서 얻어진 결과는 태양초 건조 기간 단축뿐만 아니라 고추의 품질 향상에 기여하리라 기대된다. This study was carried out to investigate the effects of night-time far-infrared irradiance quality of red pepper dried in greenhouses. This study involved 4 treatments: sunlight alone (control), or sunlight plus nightly far-infrared irradiation at 250 W·6.6 m<SUP>-2</SUP>(250 W·6.6 m<SUP>-2</SUP>), far-infrared irradiation at 250 W·3.3 m<SUP>-2</SUP>(250 W·3.3 m<SUP>-2</SUP>), or far-infrared irradiation 500 W·3.3m<SUP>-2</SUP>(500 W·3.3 m<SUP>-2</SUP>). The drying periods were 12 days in 500 W·3.3 m<SUP>-2</SUP> and 250 W·3.3 m<SUP>-2</SUP>, and 14 days in 250 W·6.6 m<SUP>-2</SUP>, and 15 days in the control. The daytime temperature was same among the treatments. The lowest temperature was at 23.8℃ in control, and 29.5-37.2℃ in far-infrared irradiation treatments. The marketable yield was 7-14% higher in far-infrared irradiation treatments compared to the control. The rate of marketability was higher in far-infrared irradiation treatments (93.6-96.3%) than in the control (87.0-87.5%). The American Spice Trade Association (ASTA) value was greatest in the 250 W·3.3 m-2 treatment, followed by 250 W·6.6 m<SUP>-2</SUP>, then 500 W·3.3 m<SUP>-2</SUP>, and finally the control. Capsaicinoid content showed no regular trend among the treatments. Our results provide an optimized method for reducing drying time of red pepper under sunlight, and improving the quality of dried red pepper.
고추 논 비가림재배시 피복재료가 생육, 수량 및 탈수소효소 활성에 미치는 영향

This study was carried out to investigate the effects of mulching materials on growth, yield and dehydrogenase activity of red pepper (Capsicum annuum L.) in paddy rain-shelter cultivation. Treatments were given with black and clear film (BC, control), black polyethylene film (Black), biodegradable black film (Bio-deg), and polypropylene (Polypropylene). There is no affection of mulching materials on plant height, main stem length, no. of branches, leaf length, and leaf width. The soil temperature was the lowest at 7 a.m., and the highest at 5 to 6 p.m., and was high in order of BC, Black, Biodeg, and Polypropylene. The Bio-deg resolving begun 60 days after planting (DAP), and that resolved 80% at 120 DAP. There is no statistical difference in fresh and dry fruit weight among the treatments. ASTA value was the highest in Bio-deg as of 44.6. Dehydrogenase activity at 120 DAP was high in order of Bio-deg, polypropylene, Black, and BC. Soil biomass C content was higher 120 DAP than 80 DAP. The incidence or demage degree of Phytophthora blight disease, aphids, mites, thrips and sweet potato whitefly were same tendency among the mulching materials. As a results, there is no statistical difference growth and yield among the different mulching materials of red pepper. Application of Bio-deg in pepper cultivation was environment friendly film with high dehydrogenase activity and biomass C content furthermore saving labors to gather waste plastic. Thus, it is time of active consideration to apply Biodeg in farming, and these our results will contribute related industry.
