        경희대학교 국제캠퍼스 걷고 싶은 거리 조성계획

        Kyung-Hee University Global Campus accepted changing of education environment to adapt to the World's information technology society so that school has been preparing the Master plan to grow up campus's vision since 2007. However, realization of the Master plan need a lot of financial resources, much times and phases in improvement. Especially, our university needs symbolized business in 2009 due to the 60th anniversary of our university. Based on this we want to improve the main entrance road environment from school gate to the school of international management and reconstruct the spatial environment beside the main road. The purpose of this research is to construct a pedestrian space environment and reconstruct the campus environment which adapt to the new times' demands. That is why the Master plan is trying to find the landscape scenic which adapts to our school' s main entrance space and the improvement method about the pedestrian space of the Global campus to congratulate of our university's 60th anniversary.

        Kyung-Hee University in Seoul accept changing of education environment to deal with World's information technology society so that school had preparing the Masterplan to grow up campus's vision since 2006th. Finally we finish up this plan. However, realization of the Masterplan need a lot of financial resources, much times and phases in improvement. Especially, our school needs symbolized business in 2009 due to school of 60th anniversary. So we made a plan that to construct by design which is going to reshape campus's main road and westside afforest place for future. As a result, purpose of research is to improve an atmosphere conducive to academic pursuit, to show up greatness of school and to deal with changing school's environment rapidlly. That is why the Masterplan is trying to find school of superb scenic and developing of environment to congratulate of our school's 60th anniversary main approach and walking spaces.

      • Buffer/CoFe/Cu/Co 샌드위치 박막의 자기저항 특성

        DC magnetron sputtering방법으로 Corning glass 기판위에 버퍼층을 Fe와 ??로 바꾸어가면서 보자력이 다른 ??와 Co를 이용하여 buffer/CoFe(35Å)/Cu(tÅ)/Cu(35Å)의 형태로 샌드위치 박막을 제작하고 자기저항비의 버퍼층 두께 및 비자성층 Cu층 두께, 자성층 두께 의존성을 조사하였다. 자기저항비와 포화 자기장(??)은 버퍼층의 두께가 두꺼워짐에 따라 증대하다가 극대치 3%를 보인 후 완만하게 감소하였다. NiFe, Fe버퍼층을 갖는 시료를 비교한 경우, 각각 CoFe층과 Co층 사이의 결합 자기장(??)은 큰 차이가 없었으나 NiFe버퍼층을 갖는 시료가 minor자기저항 곡선의 반가폭 ??는 감소하고 자기저항(MR) slope와 관련된 field senditivity(%/Oe)는 향상되었다. Buffer(tÅ)/CoFe(35Å)/Cu(50Å)/Co(35Å) sandwiches prepared by dc magnetron sputtering on a corning glass substrate using ?? and Co possess different coercivities. Dependence of magnetoresistance on the type and thickness of buffer layer, thickness of Cu and thickness of magnetic layer in buffer/CoFe/Cu/Co sandwiches were investigated. Magnetoresistance ratio and saturation field ?? increased as the thickness of buffer layer becomes thicker, then decreased smoothly after maximum value. Improved field sensitivity was realized by the use of ?? buffer layer.

      • 고등학교 가정교과의 글루텐 탐구실험 수행평가에 관한 연구

        The purpose of this study is to develop the resonable performance assessment method of Home Economics Curriculum. Ducting the studs, we concern the improvement the problems of written test not only as a result but also the process. Based on the results of this study, we are going to show the direction of Home Economics performance assessment method to teachers and to encourage the student's interests and attitude of the Home Economics Curriculum. The major findings of this study are follows: 1) We stow the possibility that performance assessment method and tasks which developed according to the highschool 2'nd semester Home Economics Curriculum can be applied to the process of real curriculum. 2) Comparing difference between the pre and post test of performance assessment results, the post-test show higher grade than pert-test in the adaptability rind importance domain. It shows that the performance assessment methods can be used in teal Home Economics Curriculum. 3) The student's reaction performance assessment methods show positively in analysis costume presentation of gluten's researches. Because of confirm gluten type their own directly and different method than simply memorize. This studs stow that the performance assessment methods give a chance for the students to participate in Home Economics class other than simple memorize and they can be increase the student's interests of the class. 4) The analysis of satisfaction of performance assessment methods show that the teacher's evaluation and the self-evaluation show positive response. Before teacher's evaluation teacher give to give assessment standard to student clearly.

      • 버퍼층 및 열처리 효과가 CoFe/Cu 다층박막의 자기저항에 미치는 영향

        DC magnetron sputtering방법에 의해 Corning glass기판 위에 ?? 형태로 다층박막을 제작하여 버퍼층 종류(Fe, Cu, Cr, Ta)와 두께, 비자성층인 Cu두께 변화에 관한 자기저항비의존성을 조사하였다. 또한 이들 시료에 대하여 열처리를 행한 후 열처리가 이 시료의 구조, 자기적 성질 및 자기저항에 미치는 영향을 조사하였다. Fe버퍼층의 두께가 60Å일 때 극대 자기저항비가 14%인 자기저항이 관찰되었고 Fe버퍼층과 Cr버퍼층을 갖는 시료를 비교한 경우 자기저항비는 그다지 차이가 없으나 Fe버퍼층이 있는 경우에 더 큰 포화자기장 및 자기 이력현상을 나타내었다. 250℃까지의 시료에 대한 열처리는 다층박막의 주기성을 유지한채 더 큰 결정립을 갖게 하여 자기저항비는 증가하였으나 그 이상의 온도에서는 계면 혼합 및 계면 확산에 의한 감소를 나타내었다. Giant magnetoresistance (GMR) and magnetic properties of CoFe/Cu multilayers prepared by dcmagnetron sputtering has been studied. We investigated the effect of Fe buffer layer thickness, different buffer layers, and annealing condition on GMR. For the 60Å Fe buffer layer thickness, maximum MR ratio 14% was found. When we have used different buffer layers, multilayers with Cr and Fe buffer show similar GMR magnitude, but multilayers with an Fe buffer have much higher saturation fields and hysteresis. The study of the dependence of the MR behaviors on annealing temperature, the MR ratio was increased to 250℃, but reduced at the temperature higher than 300℃ because of the interfacial diffuse.

        The influence of silver thiosulfate and thidiazuron on shoot regeneration from cotyledon explants of Brassica napus

        The influences of ethylene inhibitors (AgNO3 and silver thiosulfate) and cytokinins (BAP and TDZ) on shoot regeneration from cotyledon and hypocotyl explants of B. napus cv. Youngsan were investigated. The presence of 50 μM Silver thiosulfate (STS) in shoot regeneration medium formed shoots at 60-68% after 3-4 weeks of culture, which was enhanced by 2-fold compared to that of Silver nitrate (AgNO3). Moreover, cotyledon explants were more regenerative than hypocotyls; shoots from cotyledon explants began to occur 4-5 days earlier than that of hypocotyl explants. TDZ at a concentration of 8-10 μM was effective for shoot regeneration, compared with BAP. Consequently, the optimal shoot regeneration response was observed in medium supplemented with 50 μM STS + 8 μM TDZ. In transmission electron microscopy (TEM) analysis, higher density of silver nanoparticles was shown to be accumulated widely inside the cell wall and plasmodesmata of regenerating leaf cultured in medium supplemented with AgNO3. By contrast, in the cell cultured in medium with STS, fine-grained deposits were partly observed in the surroundings of the cell wall.

        A single cupredoxin azurin production in transplastomic tobacco

        The single-copper protein azurin from Pseudomonasaeruginosa has attracted great interest as an anticancertherapeutic agent or as a fuel cell catalyst for energyconversion. In this work, we obtained transgenic tobaccoplants transformed with the chloroplast expression vectorharboring the mature azurin polypeptide fused to psbA50UTR element, confirmed the integration of site-specificityinto the tobacco chloroplast genome through homologousrecombination by Southern hybridization analysis,and also identified the maternal inheritance. Northernhybridization analysis showed the polycistronic transcriptionexpression pattern of the azurin gene. In addition,post-transcriptional processing of azurin monocistron wasobserved, which may be due to the endonucleolytic andintercistronic cleavage of the psbA mRNA 50UTR element. Also, we examined the azurin expression levels dependingon leaf maturity, showing a high expression level of 5.7 %of total soluble protein (TSP) in young leaves, in contrastto a low expression level of 0.72 % TSP in fully matureleaves. In addition, the copper level of transplastomicchloroplasts increased by twofold compared with that ofnon-transplastomic chloroplasts. These results suggest thatthe increased copper level may be due to the production ofazurin in transplastomic chloroplasts, representing theformation of active azurin with copper ions in active sites.

        Isolation and Functional Characterization of the Brassica napus Cruciferin Gene cru4 promoter

        The 12S globulin protein cruciferin is main seed storage protein in Brassica napus. To gain a better understanding of the Bncru4 promoter function, we conducted the promoter 5' deletion analysis in transgenic Arabidopsis. In the ${\beta}$-glucuronidase (GUS) expression assay, Bncru4 promoter was strongly active in transgenic seeds. In addition, deletion of RY-elements (-236 bp region) dramatically decreased the promoter activity in seed embryos; however, the GUS expression could be observed in seed coat. Further deletion up to -113 bp region (removed up to the CAAT and TATA box), GUS expression was completely abolished in all tissues. These results were consistent with that of the GUS activity in transgenic seeds. Therefore, we consider that RY-element is crucial to the seed-specific expression of Bncru4 promoter.

        Isolation and Functional Characterization of a PISTILLATA-1 Gene Promoter from Brassica napus

        The PISTILLATA is a floral organ identity gene required for the flower development. To gain a better understanding of the BnPI-1 promoter function, the promoter 5' deletion analysis was conducted, both in transgenic Brassica napus and transgenic Arabidopsis. In the ${\beta}$-glucuronidase (GUS) expression assay of transgenic B. napus, most of the 5' deletion constructs of the BnPI-1 promoter expressed the GUS gene strongly in all organs of the flower except the style, and deletion up to -326 bp region (removed up to the G-box located near the TATA-box) reduced dramatically the GUS expression, and deletion up to -150 bp region (removed up to the TATA-box) abolished the GUS expression. In the GUS fluorometric assay, GUS activity in the flower was about 4-fold higher than that in seed or silique, and GUS activity in the leaf was not detected. The GUS expression patterns in transgenic Arabidopsis were similar to those in transgenic B. napus. These results suggest that the BnPI-1 promoter can lead the foreign gene expression mainly in the floral-tissue, which is shown to be regulated by the G-box element responsive to basic leucine-zipper transcription factors.
