      • 지역경제 활성화를 위한 테크노파크의 역할에 관한 연구 : 경북 테크노파크를 사례로 Focused on the Case of Kyongbuk Technopark

        In the preparation for the 21st century's knowledge-based society, our government has set up various policies to foster the competitivaness of regional economies, one of which is starting the 6 "model technopark" projects. The rationale for theses policies is region-oriented. The purpose of this study is to analyze the effects of Kyongbuk Technopark on the Kyongsan City's economy. Under this purpose, we took as a case Kyongbuk Technopark(KTP), which is regarded as having locational advantages. In this case study, we analyzed KTP's locational environments and performance and suggested the desirable roles of KTP based on the analyses. Technopark's generally accepted definition is sets of lands, buildings, and facilities, where universities, research institutes, municipal governments and industries get together and provide theses following function: (1) R&D; (2) facilities and equipments; (3) technology business incubation; (4) technology innovation centers; (5) pilot plants; (6) distribution of information; (7) management services; (8) career, educational, or entrepreneurial opportunities for local businessmen, students, and inhabitants, and etc. Analyses indicated that KTP has performed those above functions very well so far and thus acquired good reputation and visibility for itself. For examples, it has contributed many hob creations through new startups, and thus played in important role of fostering Kyongsan City's economic competitiveness. Based on these results, we suggested KTP's future roles as follows; firstly, KTP should serve as fostering Kyongsan's competitiveness by being focused on the region specific industries. More specifically, KTP should continue to create jobs through business incubation focusing on textile and machinery industries and serve to restructure the regional industries from low value added to high value added secondly, it should construct regional technology infrastructure. In addition, it should lead regional information system, construct intra-and inter-technology innovation networking through distribution of functions between institutions and finally serve as a hub of regional innovation system; and it should participate in the regional policy-making and provide the cultural and rest area for local citizens.

      • 淸上補下湯이 Allergy喘息의 呼吸樣狀과 氣管粘膜의 好酸球變化에 미치는 影響

        To find out the effects or Chungsangboha-tang on allergic asthma. We had checked change of respiratory pattern, frequency ratio of abnormal respiratory rate, change of eosinophilic infiltration in tracheal mucosa in experimental animal which was evoked allergic asthma then got the following results. 1. There was no significant difference in individual respiratory pattern between sample group which was treated with Chungsangboha-tang and control group. 2. To compare with control group, statistically sample group was showed significant decrease(p<0.05) frequency ratio of abnormal repiratory rate which was mean of expiratory respiration difficulty. 3. To compare with control group, statistically sample group, which was treated with Chungsangboha-tang, showed significant decrease(p<0.05) eosinophilic infiltration in tracheal mucosa.

        비정상 맹출로와 치근 만곡을 지닌 매복 상악영구전치의 자가치아이식 치험례

        매복치의 치료는 그 발생원인,치아의 발육단계,매복된 위치 및 맹출 경로,환자의 협조도 등을 고려하여 치료방법을 결정 한다. 일반적으로 맹출에 영향을 줄 수 있는 유전적,전신적 유발인자가 있다면 이의 치료와 더불어 맹출 유도를 위한 조기치료의 필요성이 있으며,맹출에 장애를 주는 물리적 요소가 존재한다면 이를 우선적으로 제거해야 한다. 그러나 맹출과 관련된 어떠한 요인이나 맹출공간 부족 등이 발견되지 않았다면 유치 발거 이외에 치아를 외과적으로 노출시킨 후 교정장치를 부착하고 교정력을 이용하는 치아맹출 유도법,그리고 매복치를 외과적 재위치 또는 이식하는 방법을 사용할 수 있다. 자가치아이식술을 시행할 경우 치아발육 상태를 고려한 적절한 시기의 선택,적절한 치조와 형성 빛 이식치아의 발거와 식립에 있어 외상의 최소화등이 성공에 중요한 요소다. 본 증례에서는 상악우측중절치의 미맹출을 주소로 내원한 7세 여자 환자에서 CT검사결과 상악우측중절치의 치관부가 전 비극에 근접하여 협측으로 위치되어 있으며 치관부에서 만곡이 관찰되었다. 치근은 Nolla's stage 7정도의 발육을 보였으며 이에 자가치아이식을 시행하였다. 주기적인 관찰결과 치근흡수 등의 합병증 없이 양호한 치유양상이 관찰되었다. In the case of the impacted teeth, the clinician has to consider development of tooth, site of impaction, eruption path, and cooperation of patient, If there are genetic or general factors to effect the eruption of tooth, the clinician treats these first and then takes the early treatment for eruption guidance, If there are physical factors to intercept eruption, the clinician put them off first. However. if there are no factors to effect eruption of tooth and enough space for eruption, the clinician can consider extraction of deciduous teeth, forced eruption and surgical reposition. In case of surgical repositioning, proper time for root development, Proper socket formation, and minimal trauma are important for success. This case presents displaced impacted maxillary central incisor with dilacerated root. The development of root is Nolla's stage 7, and the tooth was treated by surgical repositioning. We can observe no root resorption and good healing pattern.

        치관-치근 파절된 치아의 레진접착 후 의도적 재식술을 이용한 치험례

        치관-치근 파절(crown-root fracture)은 법랑질, 상아질, 백악질에 파급된 파절이며, 치수노출을 수반하는 것과 수반하지 않는 것이 있다. 치근부위만 파절된 경우와 달리 치관-치근 파절의 경우 치수와 치주조직을 통해 세균감염이 발생하기 때문에 치유를 기대하기 힘들다. 파절은 치근을 따라 다양한 부위에서 일어나기 때문에 치료방법은 파절 정도에 따라 결정된다. 치근의 파절선이 치관부에 근접한 경우 느슨한 치아 파절편을 제거한 후, long junctional epithelium이 형성되도록 치은을 노출 된 상아질에 맞게 적합시키거나, 외과적으로 파절 부위를 노출시키거나, 교정적 또는 외과적으로 치아를 정출시키는 방법 등을 고려해 볼 수 있지만 파절선이 깊은 경우 발치가 일반적이다. 그러나 최근 논문에서 수직 치관-치근 파절된 치아에 대해 발치대신 레진으로 파절선을 수복한 후 재식하여 성공한 사례가 발표되었다. 이 방법으로 치아를 보존할 수 있으며 이러한 방법이 전치부에서는 예후가 좋다고 보고되었다. 본 증례에서는 외상으로 인하여 상악중절치의 치관-치근 파절이 발생한 10세 환아에서 해당치아를 발치하여 레진으로 파절부위를 재부착한 후 재식하였다. 그러나 18개월간 주기적으로 관찰한 결과 문헌에서와 같은 좋은 결과를 나타내지는 않았다. A crown-root fracture is defined as a fracture involving enamel, dentin, and cementum. The fractures may be grouped according to pulpal involvement into uncomplicated and complicated. Generally a vertically crown-root fractured tooth must be extracted. However, it should be mentioned that the cases have been reported where bonding of the coronal fragment has led to consolidation of the intraalveolar part of the fracture. Definitive conservative therapy comprises one of four treatment alternatives; fragment removal only, fragment removal with gingivectomy, orthodontic extrusion of apical fragment, and surgical extrusion of apical fragment. The choice is primarily determined by the exact information on the site and the type of fracture, but the cost and the complexity of treatment can also be decisional factors. On the other hand, intentional replantation of the teeth with vertical root facture reconstructed with resin bonding has emerged as a new promising method in recent years. This case presents an intentional replantation of the crown-root fractured maxillary central incisor reconstructed with resin bonding. However, an obvious increase of radiolucency was observed after 4 months and the tooth was re-fractured after 16 months.

      • 근전도 신호 측정 장치의 개발

        In this paper, electromyography measurement system is developed to measure the signal generated by the contraction and relaxation of the muscle from a living body. These signals gathered by the sensors are amplified by the amplifier, and then transferred to personal computer by multi-channel. Intel microprosser I8051 is used to control the data of electromyography. The analyzed electromyography signals can be displayed either in time domain and frequency domain. The data in frequency domain can be quickly converted into time domain by applying FFT(Fast Fourier Transform). Displays in time domain is adjustable according to the voltages and time scale.

      • STZ 유발 당뇨쥐에서 시간에 따른 생리적 항산화계의 변화

        The purpose of this study was to investigate change of physiological antioxidative system according to the time in streptozotocin-induced diabetic rats. Sprague-Dawley male rats weighing 150±10gm were randomly assigned to one normal and five STZ-induced diabetic groups. Diabetic groups were classified to experimental period. Diabetes was experimentally induced by intravenous injection of 55 mg/kg of body weight of STZ in citrate buffer(PH 4.3) after 6 weeks feeding of three experimental diets. Animals were sacrificed at 0, 3, 6, 12, 18th days of diabetic states. 1. Activity of superoxide dismutase(SOD) in liver was increased in that of diabetic mellitus(DM) groups at 3th day but that of DM groups was not significant from 6th day according to period. Glutathion peroxidase(GPX) was significantly decreased in DM groups from 6th day 2. Reduced glutathione(GSH) contents in liver significantly decreased in diabetic groups from 3rd day compared with those of DM groups according to the period. Oxidized glutathione(GSSG) was higher from 6th day. GSH/GSSG ratio was significantly lower than that of normal group from 3rd day to all experimental period 3. Contents of vitamin E in liver of DM groups were significantly decreased compared with that of normal group from 6th day. 4. Lipid peroxide(LPO) contents in liver of DM groups were significantly increased compared with that of normal group from 3rd day. The present results indicate that STZ-induced diabetic rats were reduced by antioxidative defense system and taken by peroxidate damage in tissue compared with normal group from 3rd day or 6rd day after injection STZ. It lended to acceleration all diabetic groups but no significance according to the experimental time.

      • 南北關係와 韓半島平和體制 構想

        In this research paper, we tried to put into an orderly perspective the course of relationship between South and North Korea and their respective approach toward unification with emphasis on recent development in the 1970'B particularly related to the idea of Korean peninsular peace system. In doing so, we paid attention to the interaction among various actor levels in concentric juxtaposition-South and North Korea, the four big surrounding powers, and the UN. For Korea, as a divided nation against its will, national unification has been the paramount imperative. Substantially speaking, however, there is a basic difference in the policies and strategies of North Korea and the Republic of Korea for the unification of whole Korea ; one is unification under communism by military force "as pursued by North Korea, and the other is "unification under democracy by peaceful means" as pursued by the Republic of Korea. In the last thirty years since the end of the World War II, the power relation in Northeast Asia surrounding Korean peninsula has undergone vicissitudes according to the change of world-wide power constellation. The erstwhile bipolar confrontation system during the cold war period has been expected to be transformed into a coexistence system under the emerging cross-cutting bi-multipolarity. With the july 4 North-South Joint Communique and the commencement of South-North dialogue in 1972 as turning points, South and North Korea have been conjoined with four big surrounding powers-U.S.A., Japan, U.S.S.R. and Communist China. Subsequently, it has been keenly desired that the convict of interests among these six actors be harmonized and a new peace system or international order be established in Northeast Asia around Korean peninsula. However, North Korea's stubborn adherence to the revolutionary unification strategy poses a damaging challenge. It opposes the idea of institutionalizing peace and security in Korean peninsula through the good office of the Security Council of the U.N. and thus another harsh diplomatic confrontation is anticipated in the forthcoming U.N. General Assembly. The crucial point is to get priority or sequence and to harmonize the status quo requirement of security and the non-status quo requirement of unification.

      • 減少된 Na^+과 Cl^-濃度가 心房筋의 活動電壓과 收縮力에 미치는 影響

        To investigate the effects of decreased extracellular Na and Ci ion concentration on atrial muscle of frog, changing patterns of single cell action potential by means of glass ultramicroelectrode and tension curves of isometric contraction in atrial muscle strips were recorded simultaneously. The results were as follows: 1. Decreased Na^+ and Cl^- concentration had little effects on resting transmembrane potential but amplitude of action potential and size of the overshoot were decreased along with the decrease of the concentration. The peak of the action potential had not reached "O" potential difference after 25 minutes bathing 1/2, 1/4 of the normal Na^+ and Cl^- concentration. 2. -dV/dt in plateau phase were tended to increase according to the decrease of Na^+ and Cl^- concentration and significantly increased in less than 1/4 of the normal concentration. -dV/dt in repolarization phase were scarcely affected to Na^+ & Cl^-. 3. Duration of action potential were significantly decreased in low concentration such as 1/2 of the normal Na^+ and Cl^- concentration. 4. Atrial muscle contractility were increased in decreased Na^+ & Cl^- concentration but the degree of increment were relatively decreased with time. 5. Frequency of the contraction were dominantly affected by decreased Na^+ & Cl^- than any other parameters and decreased. Above results were considered as that Na^+ played a important role in maintaining upstroke phase and slow inward current of plateau phase in atrial muscle action potential and Na^+ also had influence on the flux of Ca^++ across the membrane or the control of available intracellular Ca^++ concentration.

      • 고추 근권에서 분리한 Bacillus subtilis J-24의 검은 곰팡이병원균 Alternaria alternata에 대한 길항력 및 고추의 초기 생육에 미치는 영향

        Thirty bacteria were isolated from the red pepper rhizosphere. The isolates were screened for antagonism to Alternaria alteranta causing red pepper black rot. Antagonistic bacterium No. J-24 was selected among the isolated bacteria and was identified as Bacillus subtilis based on morphological and physiological characterisitics and MIDI system. B. subtilis J-24 showed antifungal activities against A.alternata(inhibition percentage, 99%), Botrytis cinerea, Phytophthora capsici, Pythium ultimum, Colletotrichum gloeosporioides, Stemphylium botrysum. The growth of red pepper seedling was promoted as compared to control when the microbial inoculants was mixed in bed soil. In the mixed microbial inoculants bed soil, the leaf area of red pepper was increased of 15 percent, the hypocotyl weight 12 percent, the root length 12 percent, total dry weight 13 percent as compared to those grown in the genenal bed soil.
