The Role of Small and Medium Enterprises in Achieving Economic Goals of the Vision of Saudi Arabia 2030

Mohammed Ali Mohamed Ahmed ALI(Mohammed Ali Mohamed Ahmed ALI ),Ahmed Saied Rahama ABDALLAH(Ahmed Saied Rahama ABDALLAH ),SalimAhmed Mohamed AlSHEHRI(SalimAhmed Mohamed AlSHEHRI ) 한국유통과학회 2023 The Journal of Asian Finance, Economics and Busine Vol.10 No.2

This research aims to identify the role that small and medium enterprises (SMEs) can play in achieving the economic goals of the vision of Saudi Arabia 2030. The study relied on descriptive analysis, designing a standard model, and analyzing it using the Eviews9 program. The study also adopted the questionnaire as a tool for data collection. The study area covered Alkharj and Hawtat Bani Tamim governorates. The sample size of the study was 142 participants. The study’s results confirmed the existence of a significant impact of changes in independent variables (X1, X2, X3, X4), which are (GDP, non-oil exports, number of employees, and public revenues), respectively. The dependent variable (Y) represents the number of small and medium-sized businesses in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Additionally, it was found that 61.3% of small and medium-sized enterprises in the governorates of Al-Kharj and Hawtat Bani Tamim operate in the commercial sector. Most study participants concur that SMEs significantly lowered the unemployment rate and helped boost the GDP rate in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The obstacles and difficulties facing the establishment of these enterprises were financial problems, marketing problems, and corporate monopoly. Furthermore, most of the small and medium l enterprises faced financing problems.

Achieving the Agility of Human Resources Through Job Empowerment Practices and Job Satisfaction: Empirical Evidence from the Banking Sectors

Mohamed Husni Ali ATHAMNEH(Mohamed Husni Ali ATHAMNEH ),Juraifa JAIS(Juraifa JAIS ) 한국유통과학회 2023 The Journal of Asian Finance, Economics and Busine Vol.10 No.2

Financial sectors, like other sectors with strict hierarchies, need help to be adaptive or agile enough to satisfy the needs of competitive situations. In this regard, this study aims to evaluate the influence of job satisfaction on the link between job empowerment practices and the agility of human resources and fills the gaps in the current literature. To fulfill these aims, the study employs data collected through a survey of 460 employees randomly selected across various levels of commercial banking. AMOS 25 was used to conduct a statistical data analysis by applying structural equation modelling to test the hypotheses. The findings revealed positive and direct associations between job empowerment practices, job satisfaction, and the agility of human resources. In addition, employee satisfaction served as a powerful intermediary between empowerment practices and the agility of human resources. This study is one of the first to analyze the association between these factors in this field. These results imply that banks should develop effective job empowerment strategies to increase employee job satisfaction, which can lead to a more agile workforce. As mentioned in this paper, it also has important and helpful implications for academics and banks.

Structural performance of submerged ring support FG shell using numerical ananlysis

        Mohamed A. Khadimallah,Muzamal Hussain,Ahmad Yahya,Khaled Mohamed Khedher,Faisal Al-Thobiani,Shauket Ali Tahir,Abdelouahed Tounsi 국제구조공학회 2021 Structural Engineering and Mechanics, An Int'l Jou Vol.80 No.3

In this study, the cylindrical shell submerged in a fluid and surrounded by ring supports. The use of acoustic wave equation is done to incorporate the sound pressure produced in a fluid. Hankel’s functions of second kind designate the fluid influence. Mathematically the integral form of the Lagrange energy functional is converted into a set of three partial differential equations. Shell motion equations are framed first order shell theory due to Love. These equations are partial differential equations which are usually solved by approximate technique. The transverse constraints produced ring supports are assumed by the polynomial functions possessing degree equal to the number of ring supports. The frequencies with ring supports against wave number, length-to-radius ratio and height-to-radius ratio are investigated. The frequency analysis versus wave number for simply supported cylindrical shells submerged in a fluid with ring supports is given for different types of configuration. The variations of frequencies against the positions of the ring supports are furnished for not submerged and submerged cylindrical shells. It is observed that vibration frequencies increase and decreases as the positions of a ring support is increased. Programming is written in MATLAB codes to solve the frequency equation for the computation of frequencies of shells submerged in a fluid along with ring supports. The frequency result of submerged cylindrical shell is less than with the results of not submerged cylindrical shell. Robust and efficient technique produced the valid results.

      • Response of rotational parameter in the stagnation point with motile microorganism: Unsteady nanofluid

        Mohamed A. Khadimallah,Imene Harbaoui,Sofiene Helaili,Abdelhakim Benslimane,Humaira Sharif,Muzamal Hussain,Muhammad Nawaz Naeem,Mohamed R. Ali,Aqib Majeed,Abdelouahed Tounsi Techno-Press 2023 Advances in concrete construction Vol.15 No.4

The unsteady mixed convection Casson type MHD nanofluid flow in the stagnation point with motile microorganism around a spinning sphere is investigated. Time dependent flow dynamics is considered. Similarity transformations have been employed to transfer the governing partial differential structure into ordinary differential structure. The impact of distinct parameters is examined via tables and graphs. The impact of rotational parameter (spin) on profiles of velocity profiles, temperature and concentration is revealed for unsteady mixed convection Casson type MHD nanofluid flow. It is observed that it is clear that rotational parameter has a great effect on non-dimensional primary velocity component but rotational parameter has a slight impact on non-dimensional secondary velocity component. The validity of the current investigation is authorized through comparing the existing outcomes with previous published literature.

THE RANGE INCLUSION RESULTS FOR ALGEBRAIC NIL DERIVATIONS ON COMMUTATIVE AND NONCOMMUTATIVE ALGEBRAS

Mohamed Ali Toumi 한국수학교육학회 2013 純粹 및 應用數學 Vol.20 No.4

Let A be an algebra and D a derivation of A. Then D is called algebraic nil if for any x ∊ A there is a positive integer n = n(x) such that D^n(x) (P (x)) = 0;for all P ∊ C[X] (by convention D^n(x) (α) = 0; for all α ∊ C). In this paper, we show that any algebraic nil derivation (possibly unbounded) on a commutative complex algebra A maps into N (A) ; where N (A) denotes the set of all nilpotent elements of A: As an application, we deduce that any nilpotent derivation on a commutative complex algebra A maps into N (A) :Finally, we deduce two noncommutative versions of algebraic nil derivations inclusion range.

      • Efficient repair of damaged FRP-reinforced geopolymeric columns using carbon fiber reinforced polymers

Mohamed Hechmi El Ouni,Ali Raza,Khawar Ali 국제구조공학회 2023 Structural Engineering and Mechanics, An Int'l Jou Vol.87 No.6

Geopolymer concrete (GC) can be competently utilized as a practical replacement for cement to prevent a high carbon footprint and to give a direction toward sustainable concrete construction. Moreover, previous studies mostly focused on the axial response of glass fiber reinforced polymer (glass-FRP) concrete compressive elements without determining the effectiveness of repairing them after their partial damage. The goal of this study is to assess the structural effectiveness of partially damaged GC columns that have been restored using carbon fiber reinforced polymer (carbon-FRP). Bars made of glass-FRP and helix made of glass-FRP are used to reinforce these columns. For comparative study, six of the twelve circular specimens-each measuring 300 mm×1200 mm-are reinforced with steel bars, while the other four are axially strengthened using glass-FRP bars (referred to as GSG columns). The broken columns are repaired and strengthened using carbon-FRP sheets after the specimens have been subjected to concentric and eccentric compression until a 30% loss in axial strength is attained in the post-peak phase. The study investigates the effects of various variables on important response metrics like axial strength, axial deflection, load-deflection response, stiffness index, strength index, ductility index, and damage response. These variables include concentric and eccentric compression, helix pitch, steel bars, carbon-FRP wrapping, and glass-FRP bars. Both before and after the quick repair process, these metrics are evaluated. The results of the investigation show that the axial strengths of the reconstructed SSG and GSG columns are, respectively, 15.3% and 20.9% higher than those of their original counterparts. In addition, compared to their SSG counterparts, the repaired GSG samples exhibit an improvement in average ductility indices of 2.92% and a drop in average stiffness indices of 3.2%.

Evaluation of foraminifera and calcareous nannofossils changes across the Late Paleocene/Early Eocene transition at Nag El-Quda section, Upper Nile Valley, Egypt

Mohamed Youssef Ali 한국지질과학협의회 2015 Geosciences Journal Vol.19 No.4

A quantitative study of calcareous nannofossils, planktonic, and benthic foraminiferal assemblages have been performed on fifty six samples collected from ~40 m interval across the Paleocene/ Eocene transition at Nag El-Quda section in Upper Nile Valley, Egypt. I study this interval to evaluate the faunal and floral changes across the P/E transition. Four biozones of calcareous nannofossils and seven planktonic biozones have been recorded. The benthic foraminifera extinction event (BFEE) and the characteristic datum of both calcareous nannofossils, planktonic foraminifera, have been recognized. The absence of deep-sea benthic foraminifera (Stensioeina beccariiformis), the low abundance of (Angulogavelinella avnimelechi and Gavelinella rubiginosus) and increasing dominance of shallowmarine taxa (buliminids, Loxostomoides applinae) indicate deposition of the interval in shallow water environments (100–150 m depth). The benthic foraminiferal assemblages are dominated by Loxostomoides applinae, buliminids, and Lenticulina spp and indicate dysoxic conditions. Quantitative analyses have revealed a change in the species richness and fluctuations in abundance of foraminifera and calcareous nannofossils.
