초정밀 미세 패턴을 위한 전기 수력학 잉크젯 프린팅 시스템

잉크젯 기술은 가정용 프린터에서부터 제조 도구로 확대 되었다. 최근 인쇄전자 분야에서 고해상도 인쇄가 요구되고 있다. 기존의 잉크젯 인쇄 패터닝 방식을 향상 시키기 위해 전기수력학잉크젯 기술이 최근 주목을 받고 있는데 노즐 직경보다 작은 방울을 토출할 수 있고 넓은 점도 범위와 재료를 사용할 수 있기 때문이다. 본 논문에서는 미세 패터닝을 위한 EHD 프린팅 시스템이다. 요구 적출형 프린팅에 의해 다양한 패턴을 인쇄하고 벡터와 레스터 프린팅 알고리즘을 개발하였다. 내경이 8μm 인 노즐을 이용하여 7μm 이하의 미세 전도성 선폭을 EHD 방식을 통해 만들 수 있다. The application of inkjet technology has been broadening from home printers to manufacturing tools. Recently, there have been demands for high-resolution printing, especially in the field of printed electronics applications. To improve upon the conventional inkjet printing patterning method, electrohydrodynamic (EHD) inkjet technology has recently attracted attention because droplets smaller than the nozzle diameter can be ejected and materials with wider viscosity range can be used for jetting. In this study, an EHD jet printing system for fine patterning is presented. To print various patterns based on drop on demand printing, vector and raster printing algorithm are implanted in the printing software. Fine conductive patterns with line width of less than 7 μm can be easily achieved via EHD jet using a nozzle with inner diameter of 8μm.

This paper introduces a new parameter to design the 2×2 microfluidic centrifuge with single flow rotation positioned at the center of microchamber. The dimensional centrifugal acceleration momentum flux which is defined as the interfacial momentum flux divided by distance from the center of the chamber explains the flow rotation and its threshold provides a reference to expect single flow rotation. Through the numerical and experimental visualization of the flow rotation, the number and position of flow rotation in the 2×2 microfluidic centrifuge were examined. At a channel width of 50 μm and chamber width of 250 μm, single flow rotation was obtained over at a Reynolds number of 300, while at a channel width of 100 μm and chamber width of 500 μm, single flow rotation did not appear. The numerical analysis showed that the threshold centrifugal acceleration momentum flux to obtain single flow rotation was 3500 kg/m·s<SUP>2</SUP>.

This paper describes the measurement of performance evaluation of rotational flow varying chamber size and Reynolds number. Through the experimental visualization of the flow rotation, the number and position of flow rotation in the 2x2 microfluidic centrifuge were examined. At a chamber width of 250 ㎛, single flow rotation was obtained over at a Reynolds number of 300, while at a chamber width of 500 ㎛, single flow rotation did not appear. For performance evaluation, the intensity in microchamber was measured during 20 sec. At a chamber width of 250 ㎛, performance of rotational flow increased as Reynolds number increased. However, the variation of intensity in microchamber remained unchanged at a chamber width of 500 ㎛. The numerical analysis showed that the threshold centrifugal acceleration to obtain rotational flow for ejected particles was 200g.
정규 저크(Normalized Jerk)를 이용한 태권도 돌려차기 동작 분석

The purpose of this study was to evaluate the round-house kick of Teakwondo and to compare between elite and novice Teakwondo players using the normalized jerk method. MATLAB v6.5(Mathworks Inc., USA) was employed to analyze the normalized jerk. Fourteen male subjects who had no musculo-skeletal diseases were participated and were classified into two groups(7 elite and 7 non-elite Teakwondo players). While all subjects performed the round-house kick, the height of target set up based on the center of trunk position, respectively. In this study, independent t-test (elite and non-elite) was applied to obtain the differences of normalized jerk value between the two groups. Significance level was set as p=.05. The forward backward and upward downward normalized jerk values of the kicking foot COM(center of mass) were found to be significantly different between elite and non-elite groups in the maximum knee flexion phase. Significant difference was seen in the upward downward normalized jerk value of the kicking foot COM from maximum knee flexion to impact between elite and non-elite groups(p<.05). The forward backward and upward downward normalized jerk values of the kicking foot COM were found to be significantly different between elite and non-elite groups during overall round-house kicking phase(p<.05). The left-side right-side and upward downward normalized jerk values of the whole body COM(center of mass) were found to be significantly different between elite and nonelite groups in the maximum knee flexion phase(p<.05). Significant difference was seen in the left-side right-side normalized jerk value of the kicking whole body COM from maximum knee flexion to impact between elite and non-elite groups(p<.05). The normalized jerk values of upward downward were found to be significantly different between elite and non-elite groups during overall round-house kicking phase(p<.05).
천연 고분자가 함유된 락타이드 글리콜라이드 공중합체 필름에서 슈반세포의부착과 증식 거동 비교평가

본 연구에서는 신경세포인 슈반세포(SC)의 증식에 가장 적합한 생체재료를 연구하였다. 락타이드 글리콜라이드 공중합체(PLGA)에 탈미네랄 골분(demineralized bone particle, DBP), 소장점막하조직(small intestine submucosa,SIS), 그리고 실크를 각각 20% 첨가하여, 용매 증발법으로 각각의 필름을 제조하고, SC세포의 부착과 증식을 확인하기 위해 MTT, SEM 그리고 RT-PCR 분석을 실시하였다. 또한 필름의 친수성을 확인하기 위해 접촉각을 측정하였다. 분석 결과, PLGA/DBP 20% 필름에서 높은 친수성을 보였으며, SC의 부착과 증식률이 다른 군에 비해 크게증가한 것을 확인할 수 있었다. 따라서 PLGA/DBP 필름은 중추신경재생 재료로 활용할 수 있을 것으로 사료된다. This study was designed to find an appropriate biomaterial to proliferate Schwann cell (SC). Poly(lactic-co-glycolic acid) (PLGA) films mixed with demineralized bone particle (DBP), small intestine submucosa (SIS), and silk were fabricated by a solvent casting method. Analysis of MTT, SEM and RT-PCR were performed to confirm adhesion and proliferation of SC. Contact angle of films was assayed for hydrophilicity of films. We confirmed that PLGA/DBP 20% film showed higher hydrophilicity, promoted adhesion and proliferation of SC than other films. It was concluded that PLGA/DBP film can be applied for the scaffold biomaterials for the regeneration of central nerve system.
