Bezier Spline을 이용한 용접 로봇의 새로운 Weaving Motion 궤적 생성 알고리즘

In this paper, we propose a new weaving trajectory algorithm for the are welding of a articulated manipulator. The algorithm uses the theory of Bezier spline. We make a comparison between the conventional algorithms using Catmull-Rom curve and the new algorithms using Bezier spline. The proposed algorithm has been evaluated based on the MATLAB environment in order to illustrate its good performance. Through simulations, the proposed algorithm can result in high-speed and flexible weaving trajectory planning so that it s trajectory cannot penetrate into a base metal compared to the conventional algorithm using Catmull-Rom curve.

The Peasant iiterature appeared voluntarily under the severe robbing policy. The peasant literature standed for the enlightmentism through the "back-to-the-earth" movement of the intellectuals by what is called patterns of the racial-movement, but in the favourable position, the outlook on the farm villiage was very apprecia-tive and diagrammatical. The pro-literature, that is, proletarier literature, wasn't saved from an abuse as the curruption of toolizational literature because it was consciously misunderstood instead of being honestly understood about the farm probrems. Meanwhile, there are a kind of idyllic literatures which standed for the pure-literature. They took a deep escaped taste as a kind of material literature which was far from reality. After liberation,people widely received the western thought,So-called urban mer-chant literature was the mas??er of the situation by intelligence received even though immature and supperficial, while the peasant literature was ignored and went out of existence through Korean War still more. Accoroting to the historical changes as a modernization of rural communities, in the midst of the new contradictionof parm villiage,Writers showed their sensitive racteions about such problems. But the point of view which is vulgar against tragic conditions of rural community and the dlefect of human nature without spiritual depth were not overcome. At any rate on the human level of land that farmers stood, there are many writers who are unfavourable the Peasant's point of view as a popular consciousness which resists and wakes up from the arrograve of inhuman and systematic society.
RT-LAMP를 이용한 콩황화일반모자이크바이러스의 진단

Soybean yellow common mosaic virus (SYCMV) has been recently reported, it has been occurred a lot with Soybean mosaic virus (SMV) and Soybean yellow mottle mosaic virus (SYMMV) in soybean field. SYCMV belongs to genus of Sobemovirus and induced viral symptoms with yellowing, mottle and mosaic. A reverse transcription loop-mediated isothermal amplification (RT-LAMP) method allowed one-step detection of gene amplification by simple procedure and needed only a simple incubator for isothermal template. This RT-LAMP method allowed direct detection of RNA from virus-infected plants without thermal cycling and gel electrophoresis. In this study, we designed RT-LAMP primers named SYCML-F3/B3/FIP/BIP from coat protein gene sequence of SYCMV. After the reaction of RTLAMP, products were identified by electrophoresis and with the detective fluorescent dye, SYBR Green I. under daylight and UV light. Optimal reaction condition was at 63 for 60min and the primers of RTLAMP showed the specificity for only SYCMV tested in this study.
고압에서 Dioxane-Water 혼합용매 중의 식초산의 전기전도

The equivalent conductance of acetic acid has been measured at different pressures and temperatures, also with the solvent composition varied. With the increase of pressure, the conductance of acetic acid solution increased up to 20 dioxane weight percentage, at which level this value began to decrease above ??N acetic acid concentration. These phenomena indicate that the acetic acid molecules tend to dimerize at high pressure and concentration. The changes of activation energy for electrical conductance were dependent upon the change of pressure. Their values are shown the distribution from 3 to 6 Kcal/mole. The Shedlovskys equation served as the formula to calculate the ionization constants(Kd) of the solute from the conductivity data and physical properties of molecules in the solution. The Kd values of the solute were much lower than those of sodium chloride (7.8 at 100℃), which means that the hydration number was shown relatively small in change (1.5-2.5 at 20-40℃) compared with that of sodium chloride.
Ethylenediaminetetraacetic acid(EDTA)항응고제에 의한 Mean Corpuscular Volume(MCV)변화

It is essential that we put the anticoagulant into the blood specimen of the CBC test. However, the value of some parameters in the CBC test can be changed whenever using some anticoagulants. EDTA anticoagulant is mostly used these days. There are 3 kinds of EDTA, that is K_(2-), K_(3-), and Na_(2-) EDTA. The author studies how many effects each the EDTA gets into the true value of blood specimen for MCV of RBCs. Especially we compared the MCV effect of different concentrations of 3 EDTA anticoagulants on the bias with time and instrument. Some results are gotten. In our results, K_(3-)EDTA anticoagulant shows more satisfactory MCV value than K_(2) or Na_(2-)EDTA. On using concentration of EDTA, 1.5㎎ EDTA/㎖ of blood show more satisfactory MCV value than 7.5㎎ EDTA/㎖ of blood. However, the choice of anticoagulant may be dependant on the different instruments.
