        中国于2007年8月30日颁布的≪反垄断法≫是一部集大成而又有制度创新的≪反垄断法≫法典。它一方面借鉴世界发达市场经济国家的反垄断立法,根据中国国情确立了垄断协议规制制度、企业合并监控制度、滥用市场支配地位禁止制度三大传统垄断规制制度;另一方面它又根据中国市场经济初级阶段行政性垄断猖獗的特点创制了有中国特色的行政性垄断禁止制度。中国≪反垄断法≫这四大实体制度尽管还显得过于原则和粗疏,但它却成为遏制中国市场上的非法垄断行为的主要而又有力的工具

      • Global emissions of HFC-143a (CH3CF3) and HFC-32 (CH2F2) from in situ and air archive atmospheric observations

        <P>Abstract. High-frequency, in situ observations from the Advanced Global Atmospheric Gases Experiment (AGAGE), for the period 2003 to 2012, combined with archive flask measurements dating back to 1977, have been used to capture the rapid growth of HFC-143a (CH3CF3) and HFC-32 (CH2F2) mole fractions and emissions into the atmosphere. Here we report the first in situ global measurements of these two gases. HFC-143a and HFC-32 are the third and sixth most abundant hydrofluorocarbons (HFCs) respectively and they currently make an appreciable contribution to the HFCs in terms of atmospheric radiative forcing (1.7 ± 0.04 and 0.7 ± 0.02 mW m−2 in 2012 respectively). In 2012 the global average mole fraction of HFC-143a was 13.4 ± 0.3 ppt (1σ) in the lower troposphere and its growth rate was 1.4 ± 0.04 ppt yr−1; HFC-32 had a global mean mole fraction of 6.2 ± 0.2 ppt and a growth rate of 1.1 ± 0.04 ppt yr−1 in 2012. The extensive observations presented in this work have been combined with an atmospheric transport model to simulate global atmospheric abundances and derive global emission estimates. It is estimated that 23 ± 3 Gg yr−1 of HFC-143a and 21 ± 11 Gg yr−1 of HFC-32 were emitted globally in 2012, and the emission rates are estimated to be increasing by 7 ± 5% yr−1 for HFC-143a and 14 ± 11% yr−1 for HFC-32. </P>

This study is widely used in this field of physical therapy, by considering from past to present of electrical stimulation treatment, we could have an outlook for the possibility of the practical use of electrical treatment. Electical stimulation treatment has used to animals a well as humen by many scientists using a lower frequency. Electrical stimulation has been applied to human and animals by many scholars until now. At the early stage, induced current or interrupted galvanic current, sign pulse current were used but now, we use microcurrent. Microcurrent making use of high voltage pulse current induces body electrical current. Recently, as a method of electrical stimulation in human innerorgan, electrical stimulation treatment for stomach, constipation, urinary incontinence is becoming generalized. we are anticipating for the success of functional electrical stimulation treatment, which has the? control ability of stimulation in nerve tissue, collecting among many sign and hamonizing patient's ability with functional electrical stimulation.

        The purpose of this article is to introduce the theory of G�sp�r Mikl�s Tam�s, especially focusing on the truth about the proletariat. According to him, The working class has a contradiction between its belief in identity and a sense of historical duty of the revolution. He insisted that there are two different kinds of socialism, which can be distinguished as that of Rousseau and Marx. The socialism of Rousseau emphasizes the superiority of the proletariat when it comes to its aspect of morality and culture, while Marxist socialism strives to abolish the class struggles. The proletariat in Europe receive both ideas at the same time, which leads to losing hegemony in the struggle against the bourgeoisie in the meanwhile. His research carries a possibility of reflecting the strategies of the proletariat for the post cold war.

        Zima bem�ht sich, nicht Ideologisch zu sein. Er denkt dar�ber nach, da� sein Ideologiebegriff beschr�nkt sei. So wie Zima es angibt, ist seine Theorie schwer auf die gesellschaftliche Konfliktlage anzuwenden. Es scheint naiv zu sein, da� er �berwinden will, aber wie die wahre Erkenntnis hat das vorrecht diese Konfliktlage uberwinden zu wollen. �Kritische Diskussion� ist keine �bereinstimmung zwischen Subjekte in eine �Idealen Sprechsituation�(Habermas), sondern eine Hilfe zur wahren Erkenntnis des �Objekts�. Es ist wichtig dies vom Subjekt zu fordern. Noch immer geht es um das Verhalten des Subjeks' gegen�ber dem Objekt und die Wirklichkeitsver�nderung. Zima kritisiert �den Teilenden, den naturalistischen, den monologischen Diskurs� als Ideologie. Solche Kritik ist bedeutsam als Anstrengung f�r die Wirklichkeit und Erm�glichung wahrer Erkenntnis, und die Achtung des Anderen mit Ich, d.h. die Ver�nderung des Zusammenlebens durch kritische Diskussion.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of visual feedback training integrated mental practice on the balance function and walking ability of hemiplegia. 30 patients with hemiplegia were divided into two groups� experiment group(EG) of 15 people, control group(CG) of 15 people - were conducted. The two groups received visual feedback Training for 30 minutes, once a day, 5 times a week, for 6 weeks. The EG was additionally conducted which was performed mental practice for 10 minutes. The evaluation of this study were dynamic balance and static balance test, time up and go test, 6 minute walking test, berg balance test. Outcome measurements were before and after a 6-week training. We found significant differences for the dynamic balance and static balance test, time up and go test, 6 minute walking test, berg balance test between pretest and post-test in the 2 groups (p < 0.05). Also, the dynamic balance and static balance test, time up and go test, 6 minute walking test, berg balance test were significantly different between the groups at groups at post-test (p < 0.05). The findings of this study suggest that visual feedback training plus mental practice can improve balance function and walking ability in patient of hemiplegia. Further studies with a greater sample size and a longer intervention period, including the follow-up period, are needed to generalize the findings of the present study.
