중국 화장품시장에서 외국계 공급업체와 중국 현지 소매업체간 관계의 질에 영향을 미치는 요인에 관한 연구

이 연구는 중국 화장품 시장에서 외국계 공급업체와 현지 소매업체간 관계의 질 변수인 신뢰와 결속에 영향을 미치는 선행변수들을 규명하는데 초점을 맞추었다. 연구대상은 중국 상하이 지역에서 외국계 화장품 공급업체와 거래하고 있는 현지의 뷰티숍으로 선정하였고 설문조사를 수행하여 실증분석을 하였다. 표본은 상하이의 전체 뷰티숍 리스트를 바탕으로 중ㆍ대형 뷰티숍을 단순 무작위 표본추출법에 의해 선발하였고, 그 수는 72개였다. 회귀 분석을 통해 가설을 검증한 결과, 중국 현지 소매업체의 신뢰를 증가시키는 외국계 공급업체의 능력, 문화적 민감성, 그리고 현지 소매업체와의 관시의 영향력과 현지 소매업체의 결속을 증가시키는 외국계 공급업체의 업무 공식화와 문화적 민감성의 영향력 모두가 존재하는 것으로 나타났다. 또한, 공급업체에 대한 소매업체의 결속을 증가시키는 소매업체의 신뢰의 영향력이 존재하는 것으로 나타났다. 그러나 신뢰를 증가시키는 업무 공식화와 결속을 증가시키는 관시의 직접적인 영향력은 나타나지 않았다. 끝으로, 이 연구의 이론적 의의와 관리적 시사점들이 논의되었고, 연구의 한계점들과 향후의 연구방향들이 제시되었다. This study focuses on finding out the determinants of relational quality between the supplier and the retailer in the Chinese cosmetics market. A total of 72 questionnaires were collected by surveying beauty shops which mainly do business with the foreign cosmetics suppliers in Shanghai area. The findings support the premise that a retailer’s trust in a supplier is positively related to the retailer’s commitment. Supplier’s ability, guanxi and cultural sensitivity have positive impacts on trust. Formalization and cultural sensitivity affect commitment positively. But the formalization is not significantly related to the retailer’s trust. The guanxi is not found to be significantly related to the retailer’s commitment yet. Finally, the authors discuss some theoretical contributions, managerial implications. And then, they present limitations of this study and the future research directions.

Two new compounds (1–2), including a bisabolane-type sesquiterpenoid (1), one new diphenyl ether derivative (2), together with 23 known compounds (3–25), were isolated from the fruits of Phyllanthus emblica. Their structures were elucidated by detailed spectroscopic analysis. All the isolated compounds were screened for the DPPH scavenging effects and cytoprotective effects against H2O2 induced PC12 cells injury. Compounds 12–15 showed significant DPPH scavenging effects with the IC50 values in the range of 3.25–4.18 lM. Among these potential antioxidants, compound 14 improved the survival of PC12 cells after H2O2 exposure without showing any cytotoxicity at the tested concentrations.
Experimental research on masonry mechanics and failure under biaxial compression

This study aimed to develop a simple and effective method to facilitate the experimental research on mechanical properties of masonry under biaxial compressive stress. A series of tests on full-scale brick masonry panels under biaxial compression have been performed in limited principal stress ratios oriented at various angles to the bed joints. Failure modes of tested panels were observed and failure features were analyzed to reveal the mechanical behavior of masonry under biaxial compression. Based on the experimental data, the failure curve in terms of two orthotropic principal stresses has been presented and the failure criterion of brick masonry in the form of the tensor polynomial has been established, which indicate that the anisotropy for masonry is closely related to the difference of applied stress as well as the orientation of bed joints. Further, compared with previous failure curves and criteria for masonry, it can be found that the relative strength of mortar and block has a considerable effect on the degree of anisotropy for masonry. The test results demonstrate the validity of the proposed experimental method for the approximation of masonry failure under biaxial compressive stress and provide valuable information used to establish experimentally based methodologies for the improvement of masonry failure criteria.

<P>Exploring the properties of noble metal atoms and nano- or subnano-clusters on the semiconductor surface is of great importance in many surface catalytic reactions, self-assembly processes, crystal growth, and thin film epitaxy. Here, the energetics and kinetic properties of a single Cu atom and previously reported Cu magic clusters on the Si(111)-(7 x 7) surface are re-examined by the state-of-the-art first-principles calculations based on density functional theory. First of all, the diffusion path and high diffusion rate of a Cu atom on the Si(111)-(7 x 7) surface are identified by mapping out the total potential energy surface of the Cu atom as a function of its positions on the surface, supporting previous experimental hypothesis that the apparent triangular light spots observed by scanning tunneling microscopy (STM) are resulted from a single Cu atom frequently hopping among adjacent adsorption sites. Furthermore, our findings confirm that in the low coverage of 0.15 monolayer (ML) the previously proposed hexagonal ring-like Cu-6 cluster configuration assigned to the STM pattern is considerably unstable. Importantly, the most stable Cu-6/Si(111) complex also possesses a distinct simulated STM pattern with the experimentally observed ones. Instead, an energetically preferred solid-centered Cu-7 structure exhibits a reasonable agreement between the simulated STM patterns and the experimental images. Therefore, the present findings convincingly rule out the tentative six-atom model and provide new insights into the understanding of the well-defined Cu nanocluster arrays on the Si(111)-(7 x 7) surface.</P>
Inhibition Effects of Pulp on Seed Germination of American Ginseng

The germination inhibitory effects of American ginseng (Panax quinquefolium Linne) pulp were discussed. The germination inhibitory effects of pulp juice were decreased in a concentration de-pendent manner. When the pulp juice was diluted 0 (original juice), 1, 2, 5, 10, 20, 50 and 100 times, the radicle lengths of the assay plant, Chinese cabbage (Brassica chinensis Linne), showed 0, 0.32, 0.72, 3.13, 4.83, 16.07, 16.73 and 23.50 mm, respectively (CK=25.98 mm) The pulp evidently inhibited the embryo growth in natural fruit. The longer was the duration that the pulp stayed around the seed, the longer was the time course needed for embryo getting free from the inhibitory effects of pulp. When the depulping was performed on the day 0, 15, 30 and 60 after harvest, the time courses needed for embryo extricating the residual inhibitory effects from pulp were 30, 75, 135 and 135 days, respectively. Moreov-er, if the pulp stayed around the seed with time, that would make the seed rotten ratio increase. When the pulp stayed around the seed for 0, 15, 30, 60 and 270 days, the seed rotten ratios were 5.47, 5.71, 19.05, 27.14 and 33.33%, respectively. Therefore, we concluded that the pulp could be included in the inhibitory components which made American ginseng seed get into dormancy.
2-good rings and their extensions

P. V´amos called a ring R 2-good if every element is the sum of two units. The ring of all n × n matrices over an elementary divisor ring is 2-good. A (right) self-injective von Neumann regular ring is 2- good provided it has no 2-torsion. Some of the earlier results known to us about 2-good rings (although nobody so called at those times) were due to Ehrlich, Henriksen, Fisher, Snider, Rapharl and Badawi. We continue in this paper the study of 2-good rings by several authors. We give some examples of 2-good rings and their related properties. In particular, it is shown that if R is an exchange ring with Artinian primitive factors and 2 is a unit in R, then R is 2-good. We also investigate various kinds of extensions of 2-good rings, including the polynomial extension, Nagata extension and Dorroh extension.

The present study was designed to isolate and characterize novel chemical constituents of the stem bark of Juglans mandshurica Maxim. (Juglandaceae).The chemical constituents were isolated and purified by various chromatographic techniques. The structures of the compounds were elucidated on the basis of spectral data (1D and 2D NMR, HR-ESI-MS, CD, UV, and IR) and by the comparisons of spectroscopic data with the reported values in the literatures. Two long chain polyunsaturated fatty acids (1 and 2) were obtained and identified as (S)-(8E, 10E)-12-hydroxy-7-oxo-8, 10-octadecadienoic acid (1) and (S)-(8E, 10E)-12-hydroxy-7-oxo-8,10-octadecadienoic acid methyl ester (2). To the best of our knowledge, this is the first report on the isolation and structural elucidation of the two new conjugated ketonic fatty acids from this genus.
